TexasbansSharia[Eitors Note: Globalization is served by the ideas of the Elite Agenda, which wants to use concepts such as “diversity” to give any belief an equal footing before the law, even if it is contrary to local laws and custom, or against natural law. The parties wanting to have Sharia Courts, disrespect US Constitutional Law, and feel that obeying it would amount to embracing “hatred, fear and bigotry”. So if equal rights for women and due process for criminal charges are inconvenient for some immigrant groups, they can ignore them.  And there are those in Congress that want to enable this!

Liberals of all political persuasions no longer believe in God or natural truth, seeing any belief or creed as equal, thinking that those groups have a right to their own way of thinking. Maybe they should go to Saudi Arabia and try to practice this, they would soon experience intolerance of the most severe sort. They are actually embracing the idea that Wahhabi practices should be given equal footing with US Law.

The Elite have sponsored the spread of radical Islam by refusing to identify the doctrines of Wahhabi, (a radical misinterpretation of Islam used by the Saudis to maintain themselves in power) as the source of it, and pretending that all Islam is the same. In other words, you can’t reject the head choppers from Saudi Arabia without rejecting the peaceful Shia or Sunni muslims at the same time. Sharia Law, like ecclesiastical law belongs within its religious context and attempting to use it as a substitute for US law is a Globalist scam meant to undermine the rule of nations by their own laws.]

The first Islamic Sharia Court in the U.S. just got some very bad news, and Muslims are not happy.

In a close 5-4 vote, the city of Irving ruled to back the Texas state bill banning foreign law from the state. It basically would slam the door in their faces, preventing them from spreading Sharia throughout the country. Now they are accusing the city council of unfairly being targeted.

All four of the “voluntary” court’s lawyers were unlicensed in the state of Texas, a third degree felony. Mayor Beth Van Duyne received several phone calls on the matter. It seems that the Islamic Tribunal not only was unlicensed, but they failed to notify the city of their illegal court being operated in city limits. She promised to get to the bottom of it, and she did.

By their own website’s admission, if U.S. law conflicts with Sharia law, we follow Sharia law.” It also openly admitted separate rules for men and women in their proceedings, discriminating and humiliating women which is against the U.S. Constitution. The Islamic Tribunal also openly declared that they hope will “set a precedence that will be emulated and duplicated throughout the country.”

The more the mayor looked into it, the more it was apparent that they were attempting to establish a foothold using her city. She made a public Facebook post stating that she would back the new Texas law. She states that it was apparent that Zia Sheikh, imam at the Islamic Center of Irving, and the other Imams were “bypassing American courts” to make rulings under Sharia. Sheikh demanded an apology and wanted her Facebook post removed, which stated she would “fight with every fiber of my being” if the group was violating basic rights.

Sheikh says he just “asked her to clarify a statement … which seemed very Islamophobic.”

“She flat-out refused,” he said. “She said, ‘My statement wasn’t inflammatory in any way, shape or form.’” (Dallas Morning News)

Her office then asked for them to support the American Laws for American Courts bill and to abide by the Constitution. Sheikh instead flew off the handle.

“We don’t care about the bill,” Sheikh said. “It’s not going to affect us in any way, shape or form. The bottom line is the foundation of this bill is anti-Islamic.” (Dallas Morning News)

The meeting was filled by Muslims from the Council for American-Islamic Relations, a known terrorist organization. They even tried to paint the vote as Islamaphobia and bigotry.

“This continues efforts by elected officials who seek to score points with their voting base by demonizing Muslims,” Alia Salem, who directs the North Texas chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, told the City Council before Thursday’s vote. She said it had a choice between “diversity” and “hatred, fear and bigotry.” (Dallas Morning News)

The state bill doesn’t even mention Muslims or Islam. It states no specific foreign law. There isn’t even a mention of Sharia. In the end, four Irving council members voted to oppose supporting the Texas bill — John Danish, Allan Meagher, Joe Putnam and Dennis Webb. Danish, a Muslim council member, got up and addressed the crowd of mainly Muslims before casting his no vote.

“It is clear by the way this has developed that you feel threatened by it,” Danish said to the crowd minutes before the vote. “You, my neighbor! You, my fellow American, feel threatened by it and that is not right!”

Fortunately, despite the intimidation tactics by CAIR and the Islamic Tribunal, five of the counsel members saw right through it for what it is — the attempt to establish Sharia law, just like their website says, on American soil.

  1. John Danish, Allan Meagher, Joe Putnam and Dennis Webb …. these 4 should be OUT of here! HOW did they get elected or appointed?

  2. This post reminds me of a post by Laura Bruno from last year, and the discussion thread it spurred:

    Compassion, Refugees, Rape and Magic
    https://laurabruno.wordpress.com/2015/09/11/compassion-refugees-rape-and-magic/

  3. it’s like they are seeing how far they can push us. how much we will tolerate before we say ENOUGH. I think that limit has been reached!!!

  4. the fact they would even call that islamaphobic like we’re some sort of racists is absurd. Most muslims I know are against sharia anyway. They are just a sect of psychopaths who abuse the religion of Islam and peaceful muslims by using their names to advance the agenda of the criminally insane elite psychopaths.

that takes balls to go to another country and not only not comply with their laws but DEMAND a new set of laws for you? INSANE

no one would do that who wasn’t getting paid or had a sinister agenda. PERIOD.

  5. Thank you, Dane Arr, for being brave enough to research and post this, and for everyone’s comments. I literally agonized about expressing my views, because I fear that those who don’t understand would give me or any of us a lot of flack, for that is what we have seen play out with heartless cruelty. “Honor” killings (family killing their own daughters/sisters/wives who do not conform) are completely inhumane. As John Smallman often reminds us, God is love, and only love, anything else is illusion. Of course, love is a choice we make. Love heals and hatred and intolerance destroys. I do not even see this as religious differences, it is all a great control drama conceived of by small minds misinterpreting what is actually “holy”. LOVE is holy and it is unlimited. If we look for the divinity in others, we will find it.

Perhaps we should pass a law that anyone coming here to live must become citizens, and thus renounce any prior allegiances, or be deported. Ah, but then we wouldn’t be “the Great Melting Pot”, would we? Even misguided souls deserve love, but they do not deserve to undermine the protections afforded to us by our Constitution, nor to manipulate the intent of the Declaration of Independence due to the hate they embody, nor to usurp the rights of Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. This country is far from perfect, and we are in the midst of growing pains as a nation, but if there is one thing we can agree on, as long as we do no harm to others, it is our right to pursue happiness, and have the freedom to chase our dreams.

  6. Once upon a time America was the Melting Pot of the World, all people were welcome to join us and celebrate freedom of speech and worship.

Now we are supposed to worship diversity and scorn the liberties of our constitution because they impinge upon the beliefs of those who have come here from elsewhere, and who have not agreed to the principles of citizenship so clearly stated in the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America

    Oath

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

Since the nature of Islam has become to Rule Nations, I would say that the oath applies to Islam as a foreign sovereignty.

    Seems clear enough to me.

  7. I worked at a trilingual school in Morocco for 8 months. Morocco is a “liberal” Arab country, so I did not cover my hair. I was told there was a gathering that was not mandatory so I refused to go. Later the Berber female boss told me it suddenly “was” mandatory for all “staff,” so I boarded the bus, only to find non-staff, her family members, her extended family, and all their misc children. Then I was put at a table to eat with all these strangers and they were all women. When I asked where the men were, they were all elsewhere, so I insisted on knowing. “On the balcony.” Why wasn’t I asked if I wanted to sit on the balcony with them? Because it is a segregated event. I responded, “No school event has ever been segregated. Since WHEN? Segregation is illegal in my country. I did not sign up for Saudi Arabia.” Then I waited outside for the bus so I could go back. Later, my boss spread rumors calling me anti-Islamic, RACIST, and basically what that group was also doing in the above article. When we speak of our laws that ban segregation, and of OUR civil rights, they will call you a racist. In fact, ending segregation was UN-RACISM. It was the opposite. But explain this to a group whose agenda is clearly NOT spiritual equity. There is way more than brotherhood and love going on. That staff was told to IGNORE ME, as if their stiff social criticism and isolation would make me fall in line. That method works very well in Morocco. However, I just quit that school after a week of that B.S… I told them, “I am American and I value my rights. Including my right to say NO, to disagree, and to walk away.” God bless you all and good Muslims too. Not everybody wants to make women less than human. My many GOOD Muslim friends still side with me today. It’s more than just one corrupt family, community, or city. It is a state of mind that says manipulation is OK. It takes two to play that game. Just say NO.

  8. Bottom line: nothing trumps the U.S Constitution. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else and start your own country. Leave our constitution alone!

  9. ForeverUnlimited, thank you for your very insightful dissertation on this very disturbing issue. I “ditto” every word you voiced so eloquently. Although I am from Canada, this could very well happen here and I have to query “since when can a foreign entity come into a country and attempt to force their laws and cultural rules and regulations on alien boundaries? Would I be permitted to do the same in their country? I think not. I have lived in several other countries and when there I always regarded myself as a guest and respected the laws and regulations. If I decided that I was not able to adhere to their way of doing things, I just quietly and gently removed myself from the situation. Perhaps I am from the “old school” and was always taught “when in Rome, do as the Romans do”. That always worked for me!

  10. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I doubt we’ve heard the last of this. I am not a fan of any religion, I am spiritual. As long as we do not harm others, we can believe what we want. However, any religion that promotes extreme views, Fundamentalism and inhumane laws should be banned in any country. Extreme Christian, Zionist and Islamic beliefs have all caused much harm to humanity around the world, and should not hide behind a thinly-veiled outcry of “prejudice!”. I used to live in California, it was very P.C. Now I am in Boston; people in my community suffered irreparable damage to their lives from the Marathon Bombing, spawned from misguided beliefs. Despite that, diversity and tolerance are common here, but allowing a righteous, invasive, obliterating and misogynistic belief system to undermine our brilliantly thought-out Constitution is unacceptable, and should not be tolerated.

I sense that Sharia Law is likely a distortion of true Islamic faith and beliefs, which people say is actually a “religion of peace”. Many Sunnis and Shias live peacefully among us, and do not embrace Sharia. If Islam is truly a religion of peace, then any true believer should join us in opposing this unjust and inhumane “law”, that seeks to superimpose itself over established and accepted ways of life. This is not about hatred or prejudice, this is about protecting everyone’s right to live in peace, about protecting ALL people from harm, even if the source of harm is their own religious beliefs and customs.

Freedom of religion does not mean that you can take away the rights of others because you think your belief is superior; it means that you are free to believe what you like, as long as it does not spawn actions and laws that are harmful to others. That is tolerance. However, if you want laws passed that defy our Constitution and undermine it’s intent, that is NOT harmless, and in fact is detrimental to the concept of “for the good of all, harming none”. Thus, Sharia “law” has no place in the land of the free and home of the brave.

If you want to know the truth about Sharia “Law”, someone has assembled an archive of news events that show its true, chilling colors. WARNING: much of this news is not reported in the U.S. mainstream media, and may prove to be quite disturbing and shocking.
