On January 3rd 2019 H.R.24 and H.R.25 Bills were Submitted to the US Congress House Committee:
H.R.24 Bill Calls For A Full Audit of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks by the Comptroller General.
And Most Importantly…
H.R.25 Calls For Abolishing The Internal Revenue Service by repealing the income tax and other taxes abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.

You are correct. It did not get enforced because no person in congress wanted to step down for a new election and the President and VP had to step down for 5 min and do their oath over, after all they were going to enforce it, the remainder of congress would not do it because it is likely many would not have been re-elected. This was the stipulation to get it enforced, but past presidents would not do it because they are greedy. Pres Trump will get done whatever will help us and it may well be this.

Come On! For Once do the right thing and push this through. We deserve to know. I want our rights back. Until WE MAKE OUR GOVT ACTUALLY WORK FOR US LIKE THEY SHOULD BE NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE. VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE!
I surely hope these bills go through, it will be the start of getting part of our freedoms back!
No need to re-invent the wheel. The Comptroller General that leads the Government Accountability Office (GAO) is the investigative arm of Congress and perform the audit work that would be required. It would be a massive task, but the American people hopefully would have faith in the ability of this very capable agency.
We’ve got a lot of naysayers on here. Of COURSE it’s not going to happen if we all have that attitude! Whether it’s put up every year or not I don’t know, but I don’t think so. Why don’t we all try a new attitude, not a loser’s attitude? Let’s not let our leader’s off the hook this year. Let’s contact them incessantly and warn them that if they want to be voted in the next term this had better be voted through. I know that’s what I’m going to do. Let’s go for it!

It is hard to believe that these 2 Bills will ever become law. Too much corruption in government and the special interest set on both sides.
We just have to stay focused and informed and hope that good will eventually win over evil.

In order for “WeThePeople” to get anything from the Government as in Federal Reserve Audit and abolishing the IRS Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer either have to retire or die, either way there will never be anything approved for the people as long as democrats hold any type of power. I agree with oldkoreanwarvet that the dems are money hungry and some republican are turning that way by agreeing with the dems. Between the democrats and Rino republicans we’re pretty much screwed. President Trump has been doing a damn good job for us so far but with the backstabbing from some (Mitt Romney) and others the President is almost standing pretty much alone.
Pelosi and Reid, both should be tried for Treason and executed. The both colluded and signed officials documents verifying Obama’s background had been checked and he was eligible to run for the office of the President! Hi, President Trump is not alone, he has God behind him and protecting him. He will get this done during his presidency It is one of his goals. Don’t you think they would have assassinated him by now if God were not on his side. Everything is true that you said, and Trump is fighting a great fight but he is very clever and he has won on everything he has tackled. There is more to come and Pelosi and Schumer, Schiff and all those plus the republicans who are corrupt…he knows, he knows them all and we are going to see a bunch of arrests to include them and more. Gesara/Nesara were passed in the US Congress (House & Senate) then signed into law by then POTUS Bill Clinton. Once Gesara is in place and activated (209countries), The IRS and FED are history. Google it and you will be thrilled with the other items in it. “ALL DEBTS” WILL BE PAID!
Barnard and his group had some interesting proposals, but NESARA never got anywhere close to becoming a law. For the conspiracy-minded, there are those who think that it was passed in secret and then stopped by the events of 9/11.

According to the Grace Commission Report to President Reagan in 1983, ALL personal income tax from the beginning in 1913 went to the privately and secretly owned Federal Reserve Bank of New York. So NO more federal taxes should be required since nothing from personal income tax went to the US Treasury anyway.
Reform will happen, just not through the same system that prevents what is needed.
Let’s suppose for a moment the two we vote for an audit and striking the IRS charter. The Fed will NEVER open their books, not the real books anyway, to we the “roaches” as the called us at a recent Bilderburg meeting
a few years back in Switzerland. Look how difficult it is just to get our own FBI to provide the Congressional oversight committee with the requested information. Dont play patty cake with evil. Swift arrest is the best procedure locking them up securely, then turn all eyes outward for yet another 911 style false flag event. Military court proceedings and seizure of all assets as reparations to the American people to ensue. Lastly make Epsteins island a new GITMO and lock all the former ” guests” up there to let the victims do what they did to them. Eye for an eye.

These two bills have been languishing in two committees since January 2017 – – no thanks to the neutered former ‘leadership’ of Ryan and McCarthy and tepid inaction by the Repugnantcans in those committees. Do not expect any movement on this for at least the next two years. The Repugnantcans on these committees have shown their ‘true colors of conservatism’. At least we still have VETO POWER if the Senate caves.
Like all Federal agencies the IRS operates strictly by contract. Sign anything with them they legally got you. Sign nothing and continue not signing anything for at least 7 years you’er home free unless you want to sign up again. In the mean time that 7 years can be hell they’ll try to take everything they can knowing you can’t win in a corrupt court.
That’s what I did as they stole my money for quite a while and now after not filing for the last 15 years they leave me alone although I did pay a price for my freedom. Since the IRS gave up so did the State. Without tax returns good luck getting a bank loan. Banks are part of the system so it’s a matter of how much you want to be part of it.
Only three groups of people are liable for the income tax. Those that are employed by the Federal Government, those that contract with the Federal Government, and those who have an income from another country. It’s really a privilege tax. The earnings have to come from the government to be liable. That’s why it’s called a tax return.
It’s the same with the Forest Service and the BLM. If you get a ticket from them don’t sign it, it’s a contract. Besides that they have no power of police only, the power of contract and you can’t be forced into a contract.
What a wonderful idea!! But, needless to say, it won’t go anywhere because those rabid Democrats are already talking about tax increases. When I hear WHAT our tax money is used for, it makes my blood boil!
Let it be known that if income tax is abolished in the USA then it will have to be abolished in the UK also.
Maybe one day with the right people in office, it will happen!

I think Woodall introduces HR 25 every year. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.
This is an example of how government is broken. Everyone knows this bill is going nowhere (look how much debate and negotiating goes into relatively minor changes to the tax code). Yet everyone has to go through the motions of pretending to move this through the process and Woodall gets some free publicity for shaking things up. So, everyone acts out their parts and the real tax code changes that the special interests want are buried on page 432 of the next “reform” legislation.
