Therese Z here: Cobra and the Resistance Movement have several times asked us to refrain from speculation as to the timing of The Event. Some weeks ago, I posted a video where Alison Coe tells about experiences that her clients have had in viewing – seeing within – the situation here at the time of The Event. A large majority have mentioned the month of March as being a likely time for the Event and so in my way I have contributed to the speculation of the timing. However, I hold the belief that this video with Alison can be of support to many of us wondering how this great Event will look when it occurs. In an earlier article I have said that we should remember that any delays will most likely be due to hostage situations. We might all of us imagine asking ourselves a question something like this; “what if a close loved one to me that I hold very dear to my heart was one of these hostages being held somewhere by dark beings – would I want the initiation of The Event to take precedence to the possibility of saving the life of that loved one?” Let us remember this instead of feeling any frustration and KNOW that the timing is in the Hands of the Goddess / Divine Mother and Father – Source – One and will occur in perfect timing.
Amazingly we are now living on a planet where the Galactic Codex is now the law that is being followed! This is the specific section of that law that Cobra is referring to in this update:
Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary
This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force. The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.
Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation. So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

Galactic Confederation forces of Light have decreed the surface of this planet to be turned into Confederation domain according to the Galactic Codex, section IV/2.
Not much intel about surface operations can be given to surface population for obvious reasons. The only thing I can say is that there is quite a high number of Chimera-controlled Draco and Reptilian hybrids that were incarnated into human clone bodies inside underground bases during the last Archon invasion between 1996 and 1999. After 9-11 false flag event in 2001, they started coming to the surface and infiltrating higher echelons of power inside human society. This situation is being addressed right now by the Light Forces as part of Operation Mjolnir.
Let me just say that the hostage situation on the surface of the planet is very difficult and liberation might take a little bit longer than expected.
This is the reason the Light forces advise against any speculation about the timing of the Event to avoid disappointment and suggest you rather start focusing on your mission and living your life to its fullest in the Now:

This indicates the power of control that the Dark forces still have on the surface of the planet. If the Event would be triggered before toplet bombs are dealt with, the number of casualties would be much much higher.
To prepare the planet for Compression Breakthrough, the Light Forces have asked me to instruct the surface population to change the surface of the planet into a Contact Dish.
Instructions:
If you own a property that has a small flat area big enough for a small Pleiadian saucer craft to land, you can silently say the following decree:
“In the name of my I Am presence, I decree and I command a landing of a Pleiadian ship on the land that I own, and my physical first contact with the Pleiadians from that ship, as soon as possible in the best possible way. “
It is very important that you NEVER say this decree aloud and that you never speak about your decree to anyone, otherwise you can not become part of the Contact Dish project.
Combined free will of thousands of people making this decree worldwide will send a coherent contact signal of pulsating Light into the energy grid of the planet and to the Pleiadians. It will effectively turn the whole planet into a Contact Dish. The critical mass needed for this to happen is around 12,000 people. This will be an indication for the Pleiadians and the Galactic Central Race that the awakened part of the human population has reached a spiritual maturity that equals 0.75 on the Kardashev scale:

If you read the Blog and the conference notes, you will read never tell anyone if you want a craft to land. It has to be done telepathically, sadly, you have now all excluded yourselves. I think this is premature and that Cobra shouldn’t be saying about contact dish until after the Event and full disclosure.
Hi Therese,I took exception to cobra and the resistance movement telling us to refrain from the timing of the event. Human INTENTIONS are our most powerful resource.Cobra is ok with our intentions for goddess meditations,but not for the event.Cobra seems to have some deep rooted MOMMY AND DADDY issues when it comes to the goddess Where is the BALANCE. Most people involved with the liberation of our planet do not use voice modulators for their protection ( do you ) .It seems cobra is more concerned about disguising the gender of who SHE really is and her agenda.In closing if there are 3.5 million HOSTAGES being killed each year (WE ARE ALL HOSTAGES ).that’s even more of a reason to go full speed ahead and get this liberation of the planet completed,not a reason for delay!
I believe its going to be a while as i have felt it is going to go back to the toplet bombs. Hopefully before December. I know its going to happen but chimera technology must be very advanced if the federation of light continues to have trouble removing toplet bombs.
I have a spot ready in back yard but they will have to land or hover over snow. Please pray for my daughter- so beset by vertigo and cannot drive or work. The resonance is rough for some.

If we toggle between feeling like we need something from someone (not of our own inner source) then we are shifting and distorting what is really happening here on Earth in the most important “event” of all – that we are learning to use our own instrument of thought/mind/body/collective/intention If we look out the “window” we weaken our HOME here as humanity is creating the self determination through a natural evolution and all this stuff about having hostages is really just a perspective that has nothing to do with the bigger picture … WE must shift where we put our “center” of purpose and this is done through becoming clear that we are here for EARTH FIRST and Humanity is our collective power! The dark powers are just power from another angle. We must first learn how to wield our own mind and perspective! (we are very powerful and do not underestimate this for one second) NOR DO THE star nations want anything from us. They keep saying – GO within Go within Go within (there are no hosts that are hosting the ages within!

And i feel you are right Go within we are very powerful especially if we can all work together. If we were so important and needed by them your right they would of already came. I see light ships , Orbs of living Light visit , My cats speaks very clearly with me . I see it all hinges on me choosing to like me and Being in the center of the head , GROUNDED ,,,,,, I am the Soul I am the light divine I am love I am will I am fixed design . Choosing to anchor the Soul into the mind emotions. Swirling light from the soul star surrounding everyone with pink light we are returning to Love . Kenny I really have to say that I do not think that you have followed the narrative about the Chimera group and the long removal process that Cobra has been giving to us over the past 3-4 years. Some specific dimensions would be helpful here. For example, would an area 50′ x 50′ be sufficient, or does it require more?
There is a nifty map-based area calculator here that people can use to help figure out if they have sufficient space on their land, provided we can get some specific guidance on the area that is required.

I’m finding it increasingly HARD to believe that the “Federation” is having a difficult time dealing with the so-called “Chimera Group” when taking into consideration they MUST have FAR superior Technologies to use at their wish.
The very IDEA that they NEED “Weapons” is suspect from my understanding of upper “Dimensional” life….When in FACT all THEY would need to do is CUT-OFF the “Source energies” and STOP the “Dark forces” in tracks.
