The only topic I'm interested in, when it's about a so called "alien invasion", is the alien visitors' hoax, with hologram images, and material crafts, constructed by Earthlings. In order to convince us that we need to unite, and fight the invaders, which are described almost like the triffids, or body snatchers. So that we'll welcome any saviour, no matter what this means to our sovereignty.
