The National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative was created by President Biden’s Executive Order on September 12, 2022. It virtually guarantees that transhumanism and genetic manipulation of citizens will be the main topic of the 2024 election cycle.
The EO is tectonic in that it aligns and mandates all agencies “to coordinate a whole-of-government approach to advance biotechnology and biomanufacturing… to help us achieve our societal goals.”
What “societal goals”? This phrase is used no less that SIX times in this document. Section 8 states that the “societal goals” are identified in Section 3, but upon examination, only recursive goals are found there, ordering agencies to create reports to submit to higher levels. For instance, Section 3(v) states the purpose is “to address the societal goals identified in this section.”
But the only goals here are to create reports. Section 3(i) is apparently one of those goals:
The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in consultation with the heads of appropriate agencies as determined by the Secretary, shall submit a report assessing how to use biotechnology and biomanufacturing to achieve medical breakthroughs, reduce the overall burden of disease, and improve health outcomes.
So, are the societal goals to submit reports? Well, that is what it says except that the reports are directed toward “health, climate change and energy, food and agricultural innovation, resilient supply chains, and cross-cutting scientific advances.”
The real goal is in the introduction to the EO, and it should set your hair on fire:
We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers; unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale-up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster.
On top of this, your taxpayer dollars are going to pay for your transmogrification because Federal investment is specified to flood into “key research and development areas of biotechnology and biomanufacturing.”
Do they know what those “key R&D areas” are? No. Section 3(v) ties the unknown goals to societal goals and commands the Director of the National Science Foundation to
“submit a report identifying high-priority fundamental and use-inspired basic research goals to advance biotechnology and biomanufacturing and to address the societal goals identified in this section.”
Oh, and to address those recursive societal goals while you are at it.
Now, all this genetic modification has full government support, truckloads of taxpayer money but you might imagine that there are not enough highly trained workers capable of holding jobs in the biotechnology sector. No problem. Enter Section 7, Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Workforce. Section 7(a) states,
The United States Government shall expand training and education opportunities for all Americans in biotechnology and biomanufacturing.
Remembering that this EO is a “whole-of-government” initiative, it’s no surprise that,
To support this objective, within 200 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Education, the APDP, the Director of OSTP, and the Director of NSF shall produce and make publicly available a plan to coordinate and use relevant Federal education and training programs, while also recommending new efforts to promote multi-disciplinary education programs.
There is something for everyone here, including international entities. Section 12 orders the Department of State to engage “international partners” of all types to “enhance cooperation, including joint research projects and expert exchanges, on biotechnology R&D, especially in genomics and to “work to promote the open sharing of scientific data, including genetic sequence data.”
Presumably, this does not mean that the Wuhan Institute of Virology is now our legal partner, does it?
Now, for those who are a little skeptical about what I am suggesting here, let’s just rip the veil off in this closing observation:
The term “key R&D areas” includes fundamental R&D of emerging biotechnologies, including engineering biology; predictive engineering of complex biological systems, including the designing, building, testing, and modeling of entire living cells, cell components, or cellular systems; quantitative and theory-driven multi-disciplinary research to maximize convergence with other enabling technologies; and regulatory science, including the development of new information, criteria, tools, models, and approaches to inform and assist regulatory decision-making. These R&D priorities should be coupled with advances in predictive modeling, data analytics, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, high-performance and other advanced computing systems, metrology and data-driven standards, and other non-life science enabling technologies. Section 13(i)
The term “life sciences” means all sciences that study or use living organisms, viruses, or their products, including all disciplines of biology and all applications of the biological sciences (including biotechnology, genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and pharmaceutical and biomedical research and techniques), but excluding scientific studies associated with radioactive materials or toxic chemicals that are not of biological origin or synthetic analogues of toxins. Section 13(p)
In sum, Biden’s National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative is a complete capitulation of our government to Big Pharma, the biotechnology industry and the entire transhuman cabal that wants to create Humanity 2.0 by changing our genetic structure. Unfortunately, this is nothing more than a continuation and expansion of the eugenics movement from the 1930s and it should be recognized as such before tossing it back into the flames of hades where it belongs.
