“I promise you nothing is as chaotic as it seems. Nothing is worth diminishing your health. Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear.”

Happiness is what we all want in our life. Its importance in achieving the higher energy has been realized by many cultures all across the world.
But there are some spirit poisons which can take away your happiness and ruin your life. Here in this article, we’ll expose the most common culprit (expectations) for unhappy life.
These life-ruining expectations are:
1. Opportunities will just appear
I agree that law of attraction helps to bring things that you want dearly. But this does not mean that you’ll get them without any hard work. A degree of hard work is absolutely necessary.
Here are a few tips to find opportunities:
- Be curious about life in general
- Try new things every once in a while
- Meet people outside your field (and from other countries/cultures)
2. I should be universally liked
This is the bitter truth of the life that not everyone will like you no matter how good you are. It is most often the biases, history, insecurities that hinder those haters to see good in you.
Stop expecting love and recognition from everyone; focus on your own work instead.
3. Life will be fair
We all know that life is not fair to everyone, but still we sit back and expect life to balance out the things for us.
If you feel the same, then you need to take command of your own actions and work hard to achieve what you want.
4. People can read my mind
This expectation creates problems in relationships. When you expect your partner to know everything without telling what you want, you are just inviting trouble for everyone.
Try to put yourself in the shoes of your partner and understand their condition.
5. Material possessions will make me happy
Yes, there are things that can make your life easier and smooth. Yes, there are things with which you can have a lot of fun. But do not fall for the trap that these things can give you true happiness.
If you want to live happily in this world, you need to find your true purpose and then work hard to achieve it.
Set your goals and have a positive mindset towards achieving them.
6. Self-doubt
Those who are trapped in this fear have actually set a downhill path for themselves. It is fine if you think you can’t win all the time. However, when you start thinking that you can never win; then you have actually lost your will to win.
Start believing in yourself. You must think that losing is actually a way to learn new things. Start preparing yourself for a new act every time with enthusiasm. Once you adopt the path of optimism and self-belief, you will have won half the battle.

Religion, People that think their faith should be based on religion. If we take the figurative character of Jesus and apply first the teachings, you are on a road to discovery. Then as your down this path of discovery and look for the deeper meaning you are at that beautiful point of the scripture Matthew 6:33 "Keep searching first the kingdom of God and all other things will be given to you."
