They are acting like an enemy that is for sure and I would see them as an enemy and protect yourselves. I have heard nothing but bad things about FEMA I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. Keep an eye on the kids because trafficking goes on in these instances and other very wicked low life behaviour. My prayers are with theses people they must be going through hell. This looks like engineered weather warfare and deliberate flooding. Possible land grabbing and other nefarious things going on.
