The Shift is entering what we may call the “Banana Zone” of exponential acceleration. We’re seeing it in the freaky weather patterns planetary wide; we’re seeing it in the accelerating Pole Shift; the activation of earthquakes and volcanoes; and, with powerful emissions from the Sun. For anyone being misled by the Alternatives that this is “all just shadow manipulation”, well, think again. It’s happening on all the other planets in our solar system. We’re at the crux, the anvil, of massive planetary transformation.

Great Planetary Change Underway
Why are we currently amidst great planetary change?
The reason is, we’re moving through a high-energy segment of the galaxy – the galactic current sheet – at a time when both the Sun and the Earth are lowering their magnetic shields. And the Earth is accelerating in toroidal speed and frequency, due to the strong transformation of energies coming into 2025 – the birthing of the epoch, “Avalonia”. All bundled together, this is what’s termed, The Grand Galactic Convergence.

Right now, the majority are still oblivious to it all – the shadow has done its job of distraction and diversion well. However, I can feel a growing wave of people who are waking up to it. And when the volcanoes really begin to let rip, as soon they surely will, it’s going to rock humanity to the core.
That’s when there’ll be a rush to Facilitators who can help clarify and illuminate the path forward.

Becoming a Planetary Shift Facilitator: 9 Golden Keys
What does it take to become a Planetary Shift Facilitator?
Here are Openhand’s 9 Golden Keys:
1) Commitment and Focus: There must be a deep realisation of what is now unfolding, and increasing commitment to centering in the Shift in all daily activities. Essentially, 24/7.
2) Taking Ownership: Whatever triggers internally, wherever there is resistance in the field and pushback, a Planetary Shift Facilitator must be prepared to take ownership of what is creating. Why did we co-create it? What’s the invitation to break through our own personal density?
3) Empathy and Understanding: When working with a client, empathy is not to be confused with sympathy. The risk with sympathy is that it just holds the person in their limitation. True feeling-empathy is where we can feel, and activate, the blockages another is facing in their life. Then, to help them equalise with the resistance, by compassionately, but firmly guiding them through.
4) Field Sensitivity & Following the Flow: A Planetary Shift Facilitator must be dedicated to clearing their own field through regular daily meditation, raising vibration through aligned diet, deep consciousness bodywork and connection into nature. Thus, field sensitivity and multidimensionality steadily increase. Following the flow in daily life is paramount, because it steadily builds a picture of the Multidimensional Landscape.
5) Non-Judgmentalism and Equanimity: As a Planetary Shift Facilitator, you’re going to experience all different aspects of the Intervention here. To judge is merely to polarise and demonise – the Intervention consolidates. But simply to allow that behaviour to persist through acceptance of ‘anything goes’, is counterproductive too. We must connect, confront, and challenge with truth, but then invite a reconnection into the light. We must be able to find centredness, anchoredness, and equanimity in all Intervention interactions.
6) Resilience and Resourcefulness: Right now, you’ll still be in a minority out there, and although 8 billion people desperately need your services, they don’t often yet realise it. They will, in time. In the meantime, we must hone resourcefulness and resilience. It will stand Facilitators in essential steadfastness, which is going to become absolutely essential in the turbulent times ahead.
7) Self-Belief: You must become the coherent rock in the Storm. When someone looks in your eyes, they must be able to feel the rock steady centredness of self-acceptance and self-love. This only comes from working in a deeply committed way on oneself, consistently over time, stripping out doubt, fear, and uncertainty; where you build unshakeable inner confidence, that you can endure and make it through.
8) Courageous Self-Expression: The Old Paradigm is purposefully configured to knock down and push people back who have unique Star Being, and Rainbow Tribe frequencies. But that must not deter us. Now we’re coming into the time of revelation of Destiny. This is what we incarnated for. Our unbridled soul-ray-harmonic is the real game-changer of the planetary situation. We must courageously set it free.
9) Innovation and Creativity: The Simulation works to block the path at every twist and turn – to shut down the light. Planetary Shift Facilitators must work diligently to be flexible, open and innovative to constant growth and change. If one pathway of light locks down, we innovate, evolve and shift. We create new processes, products and services that open new channels and possibilities for everyone in the field.
Does that all sound too exacting? Too demanding? Then it wouldn’t be for you.
But if instead you feel inspired by it to meet the challenge, then it’s going to accelerate your spiritual mastery. Because that’s the nature of becoming a Planetary Shift Facilitator.
Working with the Star Being Nations
In becoming a Planetary Shift Facilitator, you’re going to be anchoring and resonating Star Being Frequencies that are activating to help us transform the field. The Star Being Nations gathered around the planet are eager to help. BUT, there’s a huge caveat.
The Star Being Nations cannot, and will not, give their energies in support of a venture that is not fully aligned with the truthful emergence. If there’s still attachment, investment or allegiance to any aspect of the Simulation, then they cannot support one’s actions.
All too often, we’ve seen people apparently wanting to support the Shift. But then being allegiant to some past life status that creates identity and connection into the Simulation – allegiance to the Temple of Isis, for example, or the Goddess energy, that seems to provide information and insight, or soft comfort and protection, but then weaves the direction back into the Intervention agenda.
That’s why, as Planetary Shift Facilitators, we must be bold and courageous, self-determined and sovereign, building unshakable trust in our own inner process. We must be prepared to challenge the ‘sacred cows and dogma’ of mainstream spiritual beliefs, even where that puts you in a minority of one. So often, these mainstream practices are the last line of defence for the Intervention.
Above all, we must be prepared to challenge ourselves, our own limiting beliefs, and steadily forge pathways forward through constant refinement and innovative iteration. In the quantum field, we do not work on absolutes, but possibilities becoming probabilities.
Becoming a Planetary Shift Facilitator
Steadily, we build pathways of light that unravel the old 4D construct and pave the way into a bright new beginning of the Golden Age in 5D/6D/7D.
