Beyond the Veil and The Great Awakening

What if the great Awakening and transformation we’ve been waiting for has already begun?

Have you ever known something without knowing how you knew it? Perhaps you dreamed of an event before it happened, sensed someone was about to call, or experienced an intuition so strong that you couldn’t ignore it.

Some may dismiss these experiences as coincidence. For others, they become the beginning of a lifelong exploration into the mysteries of human consciousness. Because they pay attention.

What if there’s more to these experiences than we’ve been taught to believe?

And what if the abilities and expanded perceptions we’ve anticipated are already beginning to manifest within our population, and especially in our children?

The Awakening We May Already Be Experiencing

For years, I’ve written about The Event, the Great Year, the precession of the equinoxes, and the ancient Hindu cycles known as the Yugas. In these traditions, Satya Yuga represents a Golden Age of truth, harmony, wisdom, and heightened spiritual awareness.

Some ancient texts speak of humanity moving through very long and repeating cycles of consciousness, experiencing periods of forgetting followed by periods of remembering.

I believe we may be approaching or within such a turning point. But when it happens gradually, would you even notice? Would it be like the proverbial frog sitting comfortably in a slowly heating pot of water? In our case, it would be like waking up from anesthesia, a bit confused in the beginning.

I recently listened to a conversation on Jean-Claude’s Beyond Mystic Wacky Woo Show, featuring Richard, known as WooWoo Dude, Joseph, and hosted by Jean Claude. They discussed visions, dreams, remote viewing, and their expectations of extraordinary changes ahead for the planet.

Something caught my attention.

They were describing a future in which humanity would experience an expansion of consciousness and abilities, while apparently overlooking something rather remarkable.

Weren’t they already using some of the very abilities they expected humanity to regain?

Richard described visions that he believed revealed possible future events. Joe discussed dreams he interpreted as precognitive. Remote viewers have been exploring similar questions for decades, and psychics and dream interpreters since antiquity for royal families.

I’ve experienced moments of spontaneous knowing myself. I believe that insght and intuition advanced after years of meditation, then later, remote-viewing practice, and other explorations of consciousness. Believe it or not, I also think the sighting of a craft over the house also sparked some kind of awakening.

I can’t always explain how impressions arrive for myself or others. And not every insight or impression proves to be accurate. In some cases, we may never know because the event took place somewhere unfamiliar, or it was in the news, but you didn’t know about it. Before 9/11, many were reporting visions of the smoke and dust and buildings falling but did not know or understand the visions until the event happened.

These experiences should inspire you to continue asking questions. The visions may be confirmed at a later date. And that’s fascinating. If you have lucid dreams and visions, I encourage you to keep a record of them.

Perhaps we’re not waiting for something new to happen within us. Perhaps we’re beginning to rediscover something ancient, lost over the many millennia of our lives (which may be numerous).

Different Lenses, Different Realities

I view the world through somewhat different lenses. Not necessarily better or more accurately, but differently. Where others see unrelated events, I sometimes recognize patterns and associations.

Ancient spiritual teachings, scientific investigations, psychic experiences, historical cycles, and modern conversations about consciousness may use entirely different language. Yet occasionally, their descriptions seem remarkably familiar. Those are the stories I enjoy writing about and I hope my understanding of how things work help others to awaken to their own inner knowing and explore further.

Perhaps we’re all looking at the same magnificent tapestry, but from different angles. Some see the individual threads, others the colors, and still others begin to recognize the patterns emerging between them. None necessarily sees the entire picture. It’s a matter of perception, and sometimes our perceptions are skewed.

What happens when we begin sharing what we see?

What if expanding consciousness is less about acquiring an entirely new set of eyes and more about expanding the spectrum of what we’re capable of perceiving?

Think of a rainbow. The colors were always present in the light, even when our eyes couldn’t distinguish every shade of color.

Might consciousness also hold possibilities we have yet to recognize?

Fear, Curiosity, and the Power of Perception

There is another consideration. What we believe influences how we interpret our experiences.

Two people may witness the same event. One sees impending catastrophe; another sees an opportunity for change. Fear may narrow our attention toward danger, while curiosity encourages us to examine possibilities.

This reminds me of the 1956 science-fiction classic Forbidden Planet.

In the film, an extraordinarily advanced civilization developed technology capable of manifesting thoughts, only to discover that its own unconscious fears become destructive.

I explored this concept in my earlier article, Monsters from the Id: Are We Creating Our Own Demons?

The lesson remains relevant today. And that brings us to a question worth considering:

What if the way we perceive reality influences not only the future we expect, but the future we help create?

The Hallway of Converging Futures

In the Wacky Woo conversation, Richard described a vision of walking down a hallway lined with doors. At first, many doors were available. But as he progressed, the hallway narrowed until only one door remained.

He interpreted this as humanity approaching a transition that could no longer be avoided.

It reminded me of Bill Wood’s 2012 Project Camelot interview with Kerry Cassidy, in which he described alleged Looking Glass technology and converging timelines around December 2012. He couldn’t see beyond that date. But it doesn’t mean the world ended…. obviously!

Both were talking about a future where the old corrupt systems would end, and a new type of civilization and technology would begin…. Something that would be shared with the world. I really like ChatGPTs image with the light at the end of the tunnel! The door all humanity must eventually walk through.

Whatever one makes of those extraordinary accounts, the symbolism is intriguing.

What if humanity’s journey isn’t leading toward one sudden, spectacular Event, but reaching its climax through a series of smaller transformative events over time?  Some of the events may seem frightening, but what if they are the catalyst that will bring about a positive future? And what if we are nearing the end of that long hallway, and heading for the exit?

Perhaps some have already crossed the threshold. Others are approaching it, while still others may hesitate, uncertain of what lies beyond. Perhaps they carry fear and possibly guilt. I don’t think that will work in a new world. The door is narrow. We need to shed our burdens.

Perhaps the veil has been lifting gradually, allowing us glimpses of possibilities that once seemed unimaginable.

From the Chrysalis to the Golden Age

I often think of humanity’s transformation as a butterfly emerging from its chrysalis.

Inside, the caterpillar undergoes an astonishing reorganization. Much of what it once was breaks down as a new form develops.

From the outside, the process may appear chaotic. Yet something extraordinary is taking shape. Could humanity, and perhaps Earth itself, be experiencing a comparable transformation?

The familiar structures of our world are changing. Technology is advancing rapidly, long-held assumptions are being questioned, and conversations about consciousness are reaching an increasingly diverse audience. It’s becoming acceptable to channel, remote view, have psychic visions, and more.

The popular hundredth monkey effect is a wonderful analogy for a tipping point in collective awareness. Could growing numbers of people openly exploring consciousness encourage others to examine experiences they once kept private?

Perhaps awakening spreads not through a single miraculous event, but through countless individual moments of recognition.

One person begins asking questions. Another shares an experience. Someone else discovers a practice that transforms their understanding. Talking openly about our experiences may be a catalysis for change within the collective consciousness, spreading from country to country.

Who Will Meet Us at the Threshold?

For years, many have insisted that humanity must become its own savior rather than waiting for rescue from beyond our world.

But perhaps we should consider a different idea.  Embracing change with curiosity rather than fear.

Receiving help is different from surrendering responsibility. Are we in control of our thoughts and intentions?

Those of us who practice CE-5, or human-initiated close encounters of the fifth kind, emphasize approaching these experiences sober, without fear, and with an open heart and mind. We need to provide what I call, a clean signal.

Fear has its place. In a genuine emergency, it can trigger the fight-or-flight response that helps us survive. But when fear becomes a constant companion, it can cloud our judgment, influence our perceptions, and prevent us from recognizing new possibilities.

Those who practice mindfulness and meditation understand the value of calming the mind, observing our thoughts, and learning not to be ruled by them.

Science fiction explored this beautifully in Frank Herbert’s Dune. The Bene Gesserit practiced a discipline known as the Litany Against Fear, which Paul Atreides recited while undergoing a painful test administered by Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam.

The opening words are unforgettable: “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.”

The purpose wasn’t to deny fear, but to face it consciously, allow it to pass, and emerge with greater self-mastery.

Perhaps that’s a lesson humanity needs as we approach our own threshold. We cannot always control what happens around us, but we can learn to recognize fear without allowing it to determine our choices.

What might happen if more of us approached the unknown with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind rather than fear?

Not as frightened children waiting to be rescued, but as conscious participants ready to exchange knowledge and accept responsibility for our future.

In The Day the Earth Stood Still, Professor Barnhardt expresses the idea that civilizations sometimes evolve only when they are on the brink.  Only at the precipice are we willing to change.

Perhaps this is our precipice. Our threshold. Our doorway. Our veil waiting to be lifted.

What if the Great Awakening isn’t something we’re waiting to witness, but something we’re already participating in?

Perhaps it’s time to remove our rose-colored glasses and discover the extraordinary spectrum of colors—and possibilities—we’ve been missing
