about the State of the Planet

In these most interesting of times most of us find ourselves frustrated to find how difficult it can be to talk to our family and friends about what we believe is happening on our planet.  Whether the topic is the pandemic, the control mechanisms that work the matrix, or our own spiritual belief systems, such sensitive topics seem to automatically create instant barriers in our communication.  There are multiple fears on both sides of any conversation.  The fear from people who can’t or won’t see alternative opinions.  Fear of hurting someone’s feelings.  Fear of anger.  Fear of the truth.

We will be holding a Zoom call this Saturday, June 6 to talk about some guidelines that may help you to better communicate.  Our talk will introduce some compassionate communication skills and techniques through the use of empathy and mindfulness.  We will offer some examples and possible “Do’s and Don’ts” and invite you to share yours.

The call will be held at 10:00 am EST USA and will last about an hour.  It will be hosted by two Prepare For Change volunteers.

Please download the Zoom application and make sure your audio/video settings are working prior to the call.  Participants will be muted but are able to submit questions and comments in the chat room where they will be viewed and addressed during the presentation.
