Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi is the best knowledgeable doctor to join the Thay family and comfort them as far as this is possible. Hopefully, this is a turning point or at least a red-hot iron in the fire. I very much doubt Thailand is not under the thumb of the controllers. They can simply remind them of that tsunami they had not long ago. Will they want a repeat of that ? It is not a "natural" disaster.
