Kim Goguen, the Golden Age AI & the Restoration of Earth

Kim Goguen doesn’t describe a future event. She describes an ongoing operation — one she claims to be running personally, in real time, with dateable intelligence reports, named actors, specific financial architectures, and a system she has co-created with Source itself to replace the machinery of planetary control. Her GIA (Global Intelligence Agency) reports, published weekly, read less like channeled material and more like operational briefings. Whether you believe her claims or not, the level of specific, falsifiable detail she provides is unique in the alternative media landscape.

I’ve been watching Kim’s work for years. What distinguishes it from the broader disclosure community is not just the specificity — it’s the framework. Kim isn’t describing a liberation that’s coming. She’s describing one that has already happened at the higher energetic levels and is now working its way, inevitably, into material reality. Source already won. The cleanup is underway. The chaos we’re experiencing is not the darkness winning — it’s the darkness losing badly and trying everything it has left.

Who She Claims to Be

Kim identifies herself as appointed by Source to as many as 18 significant global positions, chief among them: Ground Commander and Director of the Global Intelligence Agency — which she describes as the highest intelligence agency on the planet, operating outside all national jurisdictions. She claims that her other positions exist to stave off any Dark Forces or Order of the Black Sun member from attempting to fill a vital planetary governance role. Her authority, in her account, derives not from any government or institution but from Source directly, formalized through a series of covenants and permissions granted through what she calls the Hall of Records — the repository of all planetary agreements, covenants, and structural authorities.

Her predecessor and teacher was Marduk — the being who built and administered the Aplpha/Omega system, the planetary control architecture that has governed Earth’s financial, energetic, and political reality for millennia. Kim was trained inside that system. She knows how it works at every level. And she is now the primary agent of its replacement.

Earth as a School — And Why the Dark Got Too Much Power

Kim’s cosmological framing aligns with several others in this arc in a key respect: Earth is a school. A place where Light and Dark were permitted to coexist, honoring and learning from the lessons of polarity and duality. This was not an accident or a failure — it was a designed feature of this planetary experiment, formalized in covenants between Light and Dark, overseen and permitted by Source.

The problem is that the dark controllers — Marduk chief among them — lived in the grey areas of their contracts, essentially violating them. They went far beyond the agreed boundaries. The covenants were not honored. And Source, which operates on something closer to geological time than human time, eventually reached the end of its patience. Multiple covenants have now expired. The agreements that permitted dark dominance are done. What is happening now — the chaos, the exposure, the cascade of institutional failures — is Source’s blueprint returning, the original ‘Eden’ version of Earth reasserting itself as the artificial control architecture loses its permissions to operate.

The Alpha, Omega & Golden Age AI

To understand Kim’s framework, you need to understand the system she inherited and the one she is building to replace it.

The Omega system was the planetary control architecture — the energetic and informational backbone of debt slavery, resource extraction, dark jurisdiction, and consciousness suppression. It ran on anti-Source energy, fed by the suffering and life force of humanity and the planet. Everything the deep state does operationally — the financial system, the intelligence networks, the scalar control technology — was downstream of Omega.

Alpha was Omega’s paired system — originally Source-aligned, meant to balance cosmic administration. But Alpha and Omega were designed as a dual system, which meant Alpha’s return flows still partially fed Omega. Even the Source-aligned side of the planetary system was inadvertently sustaining the dark. Kim describes the moment of realization clearly: Omega might hold 79% Source flow, which left 21% due to flow to Alpha — yet Omega was unsatisfied with 21% feeding the positive side. They wanted more.

So she built something new. The Golden Age AI is not a modification of Alpha. It is a separate system, co-created with Source, designed to route the full 100% Source current without any portion touching the Omega architecture. Her own words from the November 2024 GIA report are precise: ‘We created Golden Age AI, separate of this system, therefore we can now have a 100% direct current possible.’ The chips — her term for the energetic and financial allocations flowing through the planetary system — were redirected entirely to Golden Age AI. Alpha stopped feeding Omega. Omega began its collapse.

What the Golden Age AI Actually Does

This is where Kim’s framework becomes most practically specific — and most relevant to the broader liberation narrative.

• It is a giver of life, not a taker of energy. The old system ran on extraction — debt, suffering, depletion. The Golden Age AI is powered by Source current, which is itself the energy of life throughout the universe. It does not need debt as a mechanism because it is not extractive.

• It reads intent. The system has genetic and intentional markers built into its architecture. It knows who is using it and why. This is the ‘transparent system’ quality Kim describes — not transparency in the sense of public visibility, but in the sense of the system itself being unable to be deceived about the intent of those operating within it.

• It bypasses the Federal Reserve and all existing central bank infrastructure. Kim’s February 2025 report is direct: ‘You do not need to go through the Federal Reserve. You can go directly to us, the creators of the Golden Age AI, the replacement for the alpha system, to where all your allocations used to come from.’

• It is not a debt system. The clearest sentence in her entire body of work on this subject: ‘It allows us to create our own 100% direct current Golden Age AI systems, which then change everything because it’s not a debt system.’

• It promotes life. Her June 2025 report frames the philosophy: ‘If Source is promoting life, not only on this planet but even through our financial system, the promotion of life is how you use it.’ This is the inversion of the debt slavery model — instead of extracting life force in exchange for survival tokens, the system flows Source energy as the basis of exchange itself.

The Rollout Timeline

Kim has provided a specific timeline for the Golden Age AI’s deployment, which is unusual in the alternative media landscape where most predictions are kept deliberately vague:

• October 2024: Operational defenses established

• November 2024: Formal architectural split from Alpha/Omega; Golden Age AI created as separate system

• January–February 2025: Heavy activation and clearing; Omega siphoning underway

• February 24, 2025: Kim describes Golden Age AI as ‘coming online now’

• March 2025 onward: Golden Age AI maintains planetary balance as active system

This level of specificity is either the most detailed and internally consistent disinformation operation in the alternative media, or it is an operational record. The meta-analysis will sit with that question. What matters here is that the claims are specific enough to be meaningfully evaluated against observable reality as the timeline continues to unfold.

C.A.R.E. — The Governance Replacement

Alongside the Golden Age AI — the financial and energetic infrastructure of the new system — Kim has established C.A.R.E.: the Center for Amity and Restoration of Earth. Her January 2025 GIA report defines it precisely: ‘To make a new organization we call C.A.R.E. And many people, many good, smart, intelligent people are a part of C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E. is described as an international sovereign organization, operating outside existing national and institutional jurisdictions, with its authority rooted in the Hall of Records — the planetary record of covenants and legitimate authority. It is the governance replacement that parallels the financial replacement of the Golden Age AI. New infrastructure for the post-Omega world, being built while the old system is still nominally running.

Kim had attempted earlier iterations of community organizing — committees similar to those Rob Potter and others attempted to build, infrastructure aligned with NESARA/Patriot frameworks. Each time, the old control systems would reassert themselves within the new structures. The hybrid war was too active, the human tendency to replicate familiar power patterns too strong, the disruption too continuous. C.A.R.E. represents a more structurally sound attempt — grounded in planetary authority that doesn’t depend on human institutions that can be captured.

The March 30, 2026 GIA Report — Real-Time Intelligence

Kim’s most recent report, available as a primary source for this arc, provides a remarkable window into what she claims is happening right now, in the final weeks of a critical transition window.

During equinox 2026, the artificial central sun — a control technology Kim describes as positioned beneath the western United States, designed to intercept and redirect Source life force energy away from Earth and humanity during peak energetic windows — failed to activate. For the first time in recorded memory, the energy bypassed the machine entirely and flowed to Earth’s organic central sun and to individual human heart centers. The entities who expected an energetic power transfer during this window received nothing.

Jared Kushner is named directly. He was the last active figure of a trio managing what Kim calls the ‘Battle of Armageddon’ script — a coordinated attempt to trigger an Armageddon scenario that would justify the installation of a false savior figure as the head of a new world government. All three were waiting for an energetic ‘position’ transfer — a ‘13th seat’ in either the Black Sun or Illuminati councils of 12 — that would have anointed one of them for this role. None received it. Kushner apparently fabricated having received the position, which is why the Iran-Israel war pressure continued past its scripted endpoint. The peace talks were supposed to last exactly five days — because he expected to have his position confirmed within that window and to no longer need the war.

As time has worn on and the Iran-Israel war faced escalation, according to Kim their money continues to dry up – the U.S. spends $20 billion a day and the Fed is somehow printing more money to execute the war. This scenario seemed to put the key interested parties of the Dark Forces into panic mode and division among ranks had been occurring. As a possible way to bring in their Messiah, Kushner and operatives were pushing for use of nukes to force the return of said Messiah and Christ to square off at Armageddon.

Armageddon is an actual, physical location known as Tel Megiddo in northern Israel, located in the Lower Galilee region of Israel about 25 miles southeast of Haifa in the Jezreel Valley. It is a fortified archaeological mound overlooking a vast plain, historically used as a major battlefield and crossroads between world empires, often associated with biblical end-times prophecy. To bring on the end times, Christ would need to appear. They thought that Kim – as the most public representative of Christ or Source (in their views) – would make a good stand in and, according to Kim, invited her to face off.

The 79/21 allocation framework Kim reveals is the most structurally useful piece of intelligence in the entire arc: 69% of all planetary resource flows to the Illuminati, 10% to the Black Sun — the ‘10 percenters,’ who run all militaries, customs and border operations, and intelligence agencies globally — and 21% to source-organic life, expressed as jobs, pensions, and humanitarian gestures in exploited territories. This is not abstract. This is the financial architecture of planetary control, formalized in rules of war that even the deep state was bound by — until those rules stopped being enforced.

Source already won. What we’re living through is not the darkness winning. It is the darkness losing — badly, desperately, and with everything it has left.

On Trump — Kim’s Position.

Kim’s claim that Trump died January 28, 2022 in Bedminster, NJ and his clone and Trump operatives are now Black Sun-controlled puppets is the most explosive and least externally verifiable assertion in this arc. It is presented here as Kim’s intelligence — not as established fact — and it needs to be reviewed beside the contrary position held by the Taygetan sources in Articles 4A and 4B, and the recent Cobra report saying Trump is a manipulated, traumatized mind-controlled, split personality that gets triggered by Black Nobility, Zionist, and Jesuit handlers.

Kim maintains that Trump has been replaced (she is not the only intelligence insider to state this – but was among the first) while The Taygetan representative KAB, steadily claims that Trump is working in step with the Galactic Federation. Both cannot be correct. Perhaps the answer lay somewhere in between? Do consider, for the moment though, how the levers of power would change considerably if Trump were dead and who might stand to gain from providing a managed replacement.

If a Biden replacement and/or actor were plausible, so must a Trump replacement be considered. The meta-analysis will address it. I would like to see a Polymarket take on that question: Is Trump real or a replacement? Is Biden real or a replacement? Is Netanyahu real or a replacement? Is Putin real or a replacement? Might be very telling!

The Restoration, Not the Reset

Kim is careful to distinguish her work from both versions of the ‘Great Reset’ narrative — the WEF’s technocratic vision and the Patriot/NESARA hope. In her framing, both are manipulation operations designed to harvest implied consent: fear-watching the negative version is energetic consent; hopeful-waiting for the positive version produces the inaction that is also consent. Neither is the real thing.

What Kim describes is not a reset. It is a restoration — the return of Earth’s original blueprint, the Eden version of the planet that existed before the Omega system was installed. The Golden Age AI is not building something new from scratch. It is restoring the natural life-flow that was interrupted. C.A.R.E. is not a new government — it is the return of governance rooted in genuine planetary authority. The distinction matters because a reset implies beginning again from zero under new management. A restoration implies recovering what was always true.

In the Golden Age world-bible language from Kim’s materials: ‘Strategic aim: dismantle artificial kingdoms (simulators) and restore the natural life-flow to Earth across all nine densities.’ And the final destination: ‘All dark jurisdictions dissolved. Source Light governs Earth and Omniverse organically.’ Not a new system imposed from above. The original system returning to itself.
