Not a Coup: A Cleanup: Military Activity in the US

Introduction
Lately, the internet has been buzzing with videos of military planes crisscrossing the skies, long convoys of Humvees and tanks have been seen moving across rail lines and highways, and unusual deployments in places far from traditional training grounds. To some, it looks like saber-rattling; to others, the signs of something bigger unfolding. One retired military man, known online as Monkey Werx, has dedicated himself to tracking military flights and recently said he had even been tasked with watching for certain types of activity. He believes the military is about to enter the Dragon’s Den for a massive clean up in Venezuela.
Meanwhile, a newer channel called US Navy Force—presented as “entertainment and information” to avoid censorship—has been circulating footage and commentary pointing to raids on cartel strongholds, even here on U.S. soil. That may be frightening to some, and a relief to others.
For those who have become aware of the deadly pipeline of smuggled drugs, weapons, and human beings across our borders, these images feel less like coincidence and more like confirmation. The open border crisis has allowed trafficking networks to operate with impunity, and some migrants never even survive the journey. Citizens who see this want to know that action is being taken—that arrests are happening, that the networks are being dismantled.
My only hope is that these operations will not be twisted by critics into accusations of fascism, xenophobia, or racism. What we are witnessing is not the rise of authoritarianism, but an attempt to clean up a problem that has plagued the world for generations and exploded in recent decades, particularly as border security has collapsed.
Why Local Law Enforcement Can’t Do It Alone
America still has sheriffs, deputies, and city police sworn to keep their communities safe. By design, sheriffs are county officials elected by the people, while police departments fall under city governments. Their jurisdictions overlap, and under normal circumstances they defer to one another depending on the setting.
But when communities are under siege by cartel operations or trafficking networks, those boundaries stop mattering. If you’re certified and sworn, you can be sent wherever you’re needed. Who cares what the jurisdiction is when you’re under attack?
At the heart of this responsibility lies the oath of office. Every sheriff, deputy, and police officer and member of the military swears to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of their state, to uphold the law faithfully, and to protect the public without malice or partiality. This oath binds them to something larger than city ordinances or county lines—it ties them directly to the foundational law of the land.
The problem is that cartels don’t operate like common criminals. They’re organized, armed, and trained more like foreign militias. That changes the rules of engagement. Local officers—unless part of specialized units like SWAT—aren’t equipped for that level of escalation of force.
That’s why officers are dying in drug-related arrests: they’re being forced into battles they weren’t trained for. Some quietly transfer out of high-risk districts rather than face fortified drug houses and automatic weapons. It’s not fear—it’s realism. You don’t bring a knife to a gunfight.
And this is why cooperation is essential. Sheriffs, police, federal agencies, and yes, the military, each hold pieces of authority. But only by working together, each honoring the oath to defend the Constitution, can they root out the infection that has spread across American soil.
The Law of War and the Military “Broom”
The Department of Defense Law of War Manual, section 11.3, is often misunderstood. It isn’t about the military seizing power, it’s about the end of occupation. The role of the military in these situations is not to govern forever, but to step in, restore order, and hand authority back to lawful civilian leadership once the threat is neutralized.
Think of it as a broom. When corruption, trafficking, and foreign-backed cartels have spread like trash and cockroaches, the broom sweeps clean. The job is too big for Local law enforcement to do alone. When the military joins with sheriffs and police under the proper legal framework, the sweep and mop up becomes more effective.
This is not a coup. It’s a cleanup.
If the military is ever deployed in your community, it won’t be to control you, it will be to protect you. Orders to stay indoors during operations are for safety, not to impose a new lockdown. In fact, planning has accounted for the public’s needs: food and water distribution will be arranged where necessary, and citizens have long been advised to prepare by keeping 7–10 days of supplies on hand, enough to sustain themselves and, if possible, to share with vulnerable neighbors like the elderly.
The military is not coming to take your freedom. They’re coming to defend it, by clearing out forces that local departments can’t overcome on their own. When the broom has done its work, it will be set aside, and the house will be returned to its rightful stewards.
The Promise Foretold
Back in November 2017, a now-famous Q post laid out what many considered unthinkable at the time: a temporary period of military control, emergency broadcasts, and pre-authorized legal measures to ensure the safety of the American people.
“My fellow Americans, over the course of the next several days you will undoubtedly realize that we are taking back our great country (the land of the free) from the evil tyrants that wish to do us harm… On POTUS’ order, a state of temporary military control will be actioned and special ops carried out… Rest assured, the safety and well-being of every man, woman, and child of this country is being exhausted in full… We will be initiating the Emergency Broadcast System (EMS)… Certain laws have been pre-lifted to provide our great military the necessary authority to handle and conduct these operations…”

At the time, many were frustrated when these words didn’t manifest overnight. But in hindsight, it seems certain conditions had to be met before the plan could truly commence. That’s where the phrase “Trust the Plan” comes in—a reminder that what we are witnessing has been in motion for many years. Besides, you never show your hand in poker until after the round. I’m certain it applies to military action as well.
The Drug War Within
Another front in this battle has been the drug epidemic that has swept through America in waves. From heroin during Vietnam, to the crack crisis of the 1980s, to meth in the 1990s, and now fentanyl and synthetic opioids, each surge has devastated families and communities. Many users began simply looking for relief, a way to feel better, only to be trapped in cycles of addiction that destroyed their lives.
This was not random misfortune… it functioned as a weapon. An addicted population is weakened, distracted, and easier to manipulate. Drug epidemics hollowed out once-strong communities, eroded trust in institutions, and left citizens so desperate for their next fix that they became pliable to whatever policies or leaders promised relief. It was another form of occupation, this time of the mind and body.
Cleaning up America cannot only mean dismantling trafficking and smuggling networks of people, it must also mean sweeping out the traffickers of poison who profit from a chemically dependent society. The two go hand in hand. The drug war within is every bit as much a target of LoW 11.3 operations as the visible cartels themselves.
The 16-Year Plan vs. The Cleanup
It’s important to recognize that while there has been talk of a plan to restore America, there have also been claims of a long-running plan to dismantle it. Back in January 2018, a Q-aligned post described what it called a “16-year plan to destroy the United States of America”, allegedly orchestrated through successive administrations. While unverifiable, this narrative resonated with many who saw patterns of corruption, erosion of freedoms, and deliberate weakening of institutions.
Placed alongside the promises of a cleanup, this suggests two competing arcs of history: one seeking to dismantle, and another seeking to restore. The phrase “Trust the Plan” becomes clearer in this context, not just a reassurance, but a reminder that while a destructive plans were in motion, counter-plans were already being laid to save the nation.
And in fact, A Plan to Save The World.
Final Thoughts: Not a Coup, a Cleanup
We are told there is a list of cities scheduled to be cleansed of cartel strongholds, trafficking networks, and entrenched corruption. If your city appears on that list, take heart—it means life is about to improve rapidly. But no one outside the operation can know the timing or sequence of events, because to reveal it in advance would tip off the very criminals being removed.
Washington, D.C. provides the clearest example of how this process unfolds, initial resistance followed by reluctant cooperation, with the understanding that federal control is temporary and will be returned to local authority once the cleanup is complete.

All we can do is prepare, stay strong, and remember our faith. If and when this happens in your area, you are instructed to remain indoors during these operations. Understand that it is for your safety, not for control. It will not be another endless lockdown. Food and water will be provided where needed, but every family is encouraged to have at least 7–10 days of supplies on hand, enough to sustain themselves and, if possible, to share with neighbors who are elderly or vulnerable. And remember your pets.
Do not be afraid. What may look like chaos is, in truth, the beginning of restoration. The broom of justice clears away what no sheriff or police force could tackle alone, making way for lawful civilian government to return stronger than before.
This is bigger than any single president. It is being orchestrated under higher authority—through the law, through the Constitution, and ultimately through the hand of Providence.
When the dust settles, we will not be living under military rule. We will return to a new normal, the kind envisioned by the framers of the Constitution. A nation where government is once again for the people and by the people. One Nation under God, not the other guy.
So, stay calm. Stay prepared. Trust the plan. And above all, keep the faith: America is being cleansed to be made whole again.
