NYS can’t stop the ” mostly peaceful protests” ….. How can they begin to stop anything else?? Law abiding citizens ( with the $$ means ) are abandoning NYC in droves, along with stores and their tax dollars, all while the police have been ordered to “stand down”

Well, the State of New York can detain people who have just gotten out of prison
& they are on parole ( murders, & what nots.who have felonies.
And those people who go around at night & are looters as healthcare risks.
And those criminals who are health risks.
