I was chatting recently with a group of Diploma students at a CPD (continued professional development) weekend and the topic of 5g technology came up. We all felt ‘the world’ had officially gone mad. The conversation spurred me into doing a little more research as I would like to know how to offer the best protection from 5g not only for myself but also my family, friends and clients when 5g is rolled out.

What is 5g?

Simply put, it is the fifth generation of cellular network technology. 5g has higher frequency bands than 3 and 4g. It offers low-latency, high-efficiency data transfer. This is achieve by breaking data down into smaller packages, allowing for faster transmission times. We (humans) actually won’t notice the difference in speed but the machines will.

5g technology can only travel short distances and doesn’t move through buildings, trees or plants well. Because of this, cell towers need to be closer together and higher in number. The most logical place is to add them onto lamp posts and utility poles, meaning our towers may more than double overnight. If we could see the radiofrequency radiation it would look like a smog that’s everywhere all the time.

What is the concern over 5g?

– Inconclusive studies

One of the big concerns is the lack of concrete evidence as to whether 5g technology causes a threat to health and well being. It is felt that without conclusive evidence one way or the other the rollout shouldn’t go ahead.

According to Euro News, a group of 170 scientists have shared their concerns about the technology to the European Union. They have asked the EU to review exposure limits.

– Heating of exposed tissue

The International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) has presented a draft of advice that says:

“The critical effect of high-frequency exposure relevant to human health and safety is the heating of exposed tissue. High-frequency fields can penetrate into the body this results in friction and thus heat.” The draft goes on to say “The body can accommodate a small increase in heat, in a similar way that excess body heat is dissipated when performing a sporting activity. This is because the human body has a strong ability to regulate its internal temperature. However, above a certain level (referred to as the threshold) depending on the duration of exposure, HF exposure and the accompanying temperature rise can provoke serious health effects, such as heatstroke and tissue damage (burns)”.

– The well-being of plants and animals

There is also emerging scientific evidence causing concern for the environment, with harm to mammals, insects and bacteria, prompting scientists around the world to call for a moratorium on 5G.

– Vulnerable people

Not enough research has been conducted on the more vulnerable people in society including babies, pregnant people and the elderly an how the high frequency waves may affect them.

– Data Security

As we move to a more technologically connected world, the amount of data we share is increased. This raises concern about cybersecurity on a personal, national and global scale. Cybersecurity experts always advise users to updates devices often and to make sure that they don’t use simple easy to guess passwords. Despite these warnings, people still do careless things.

On a more global scale the more we connect and live life alongside technology the more vulnerable we become to our systems, homes, businesses and infrastructure not working if the internet is out of action for an amount of time.

Is 5g the choice of the masses?

I and many others are wondering why a communication system that could potentially harm and even kill human beings, animals, plants and the planet as a whole would get introduced despite it not being the choice of the masses? Evidently, 5g, as I mentioned above, was created for computers and smart machinery to prevent any delay or glitches and humans will barely be able to notice any difference, although this is not necessarily how it has been sold to us.

Who truely benifits from 5g?

The main reasons for 5g (that I can find) seem to be for the big companies to gain even more control both financially and with finding out personal information on a daily basis. Also contributing is the ignorance or unconscious greed from the consumer who seems to want more and more, whatever the cost.

An inner void

Many clients and students who I have met over the years express feeling a void within themselves that they cannot fill or an emptiness that just won’t go away.

It is common for people to desire more ‘things’ at a faster pace. But to what end and for what purpose? I wonder whether it is in an attempt to fill a void within? And does consuming at this fast pace fill it or does it simply only feed the illusion that just might end up killing us?

There is no doubt that technology (if we are not very mindful), steals our time, takes us away from ‘real life’, inhibits us in getting on with and ‘doing life’. Technology can keep us away from nature, personal relationships and an appreciation and connection to a higher power.

It is connection, relationship, purpose and meaning that truely fill us up.

I believe the rollout of 5g and the infrastructure to support it will only increase our risk of suffering major health problems further down the line if we remain uninformed .

Ways to protect ourselves

So let’s get positive and understand how we can offer health protection from 5g to ourselves and others.

  1. Refuse all 5g devices and any smart meters (or rather, ‘stupid meters’).
  2. Protect your home with an EMF shielding device and also screen shields.
  3. Eat an organic diet high in fibre with plenty of fruit and veg at least 10 a day and whole grains (not wheat) that you are not sensitive to of course.
  4. Earthing sheets. You can get them to sleep on or over you.
  5. Iodine to support your body dealing with the effects of radiation. Detoxadine or Lugol’s solution are both readily available forms of iodine.
  6. Antioxidants to enhance our immune systems to copy with the toxicity.
  7. Himalayan salt lamp
  8. Shungite Crystals

Grandma wisdom

Lastly, I also wanted to point out that with technology we are going to bed later and later and not resting our minds enough or allowing the innate healing to take place as we rest and sleep.

More rest and sleep are also suggested to counteract the effects of radiation, and on the whole benifical to help with modern day life and all the stressors it brings.

As my grandma used to say “every hour asleep before midnight is worth 3 after” and I have to say, I totally agree.

There is no doubt that 5g is coming and I now feel much more prepared with what I plan to do regarding protection from 5g for mine and my families health. I hope it helps you in some way too!
