I would be highly encouraged by this except that I suspect it to be somewhat exaggerated. I would certainly wish it all to be true. It is ironic that this starkly obvious and depressing collection of facts is noticed by a senior Russian official but is hidden to so many Americans.
Quentin, it is called "Complying" one makes something real if they believe it to be true, which I do Not, so I still have "Freedom of Speech."
