From dailyveracity.com:
A recent ‘Twitter Files’ drop by Journalist Matt Taibbi shows that an organization called the Global Engagement Center – a fledgling analytic and intelligence arm of the State Department – pressured social media companies to censor three specific narratives about COVID-19.
One of those narratives the GEC ordered media and social companies to crack down on was suggesting that COVID-19 was created by the US government in order to achieve total surveillance and control over the people.
According to the leaks, the GEC also flagged accounts that described COVID-19 as an “engineered bioweapon,” blamed “research conducted at the Wuhan institute,” and attributed the “creation of the virus to the CIA.”
As it turns out, according to leaked military documents and new information we have access to today, many of these things appear to be true.
Top Secret Operation Passed from One Government Agency to Another
According to reports from various media outlets like the Intercept, in March 2018, EcoHealth Alliance (EcoHealth) and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) submitted a proposal to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) called Project DEFUSE that aimed to use a chimeric SARS-CoV spike protein to inoculate bats against SARS-CoVs.
Although DARPA supposedly ‘rejected’ the proposal, disclosures allege that EcoHealth and WIV ultimately carried out the DEFUSE program until April 2020 with the support of other parts of the US government like the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The NIH is the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and public health research.
The disclosure further highlights potential treatments such as ivermectin, and specifically claims that the DEFUSE proposal identified Hydroxychloriquine (chloroquine phosphate) and interferon as SARS-CoV inhibitors.
Although Dr. Fauci has testified that the NIH and NIAID had no involvement in “gain of function” research with the EcoHealth Alliance program, the documents indicate that DARPA classified the research as such.
Project Defuse was allegedly rejected by DARPA over ‘safety concerns’ and the notion that it violates the gain of function research moratorium, but throughout history when one government arm passes an operation off to another, it’s not usually due to the concerns they have for anyone’s safety.
EcoHealth Alliance is described as a US-based ‘non-governmental’ organization with a stated mission of protecting people from diseases, however, newly leaked information and recent statements from whistleblowers suggest the organization is a CIA front.
The following documents and information were mentioned on numerous occasions by the European Union and the US Congress last year.
What is EcoHealth Alliance?
EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak made a very strange statement during a 2016 forum discussing “emerging infectious diseases and the next pandemic”.
“We found other coronaviruses in bats, a whole host of them, some of them looked very similar to SARS. So we sequenced the spike protein: the protein that attaches to cells. Then we… Well, I didn’t do this work, but my colleagues in China did the work. You create pseudo particles, you insert the spike proteins from those viruses, see if they bind to human cells. At each step of this, you move closer and closer to this virus could really become pathogenic in people. You end up with a small number of viruses that really do look like killers.”
Research conducted by The Intercept has revealed that a large portion of the funding given to EcoHealth Alliance has not been utilized for health purposes, but rather for biowarfare, bioterrorism, and other nefarious applications involving deadly pathogens.
Daszak has received federal grants and contracts totaling more than $118 million, with The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contributing $53 million, the Department of Defense (DOD) providing $42 million, and the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarding $15 million.
John Gilligan, a former director of the United States Agency for USAID, once revealed that the agency was “infiltrated from top to bottom with CIA people”. According to Gilligan, the CIA’s goal was to place operatives in various activities abroad, such as government, volunteer, and religious activities. Despite its substantial annual budget of over $27 billion and operations in over 100 countries, USAID has had a long-standing relationship with the CIA, serving as a contract vehicle for various covert activities.
WikiLeaks in 2013 revealed the US’s plan to weaken the Venezuelan government via USAID, which included strategies such as “infiltrating Chavez’s political base”, “splitting Chavismo” and “alienating Chavez from the international community”. Many Americans have heard of ‘Operation Northwoods’ which was a proposed false flag against American citizens that entailed CIA operatives staging and committing violent terrorist acts against US military and civilian targets, attributing them to the Cuban government as an excuse to wage war against Cuba. Operations like this are still ongoing. In 2014, the Associated Press exposed USAID’s venture to create an alternative to Twitter in order to prompt an uprising in Cuba.
Since the release of several declassified documents, many whistleblowers have taken to social media to describe their interactions with Peter Daszak. On January 12, 2022, Dr. Andrew Huff took to Twitter to declare in a public statement that Peter Daszak, the President of EcoHealth Alliance, had informed him that he was employed by the CIA.
Before joining EcoHealth Alliance as an Associate Vice President, Dr. Andrew Huff had specialized in emerging diseases and obtained a Ph.D in Environmental Health. During his time there, he was able to create new techniques for bio-surveillance, data analytics, and disease detection visualization.
What is The Motive and How Deeply Were the CIA and DARPA Involved?
In 2002 DARPA created its Total Information Awareness office with the goal of collecting and analyzing huge amounts of data to achieve a total panopticon surveillance state of the world’s citizens.
The program was designed to be a massive data-mining effort, using computer algorithms to analyze huge amounts of data from sources like credit card records, airline ticket purchases, and emails. The program was supposedly disbanded in 2003 after it was deemed to be too intrusive, however, the office basically became obsolete as social media and technology have allowed the original goals of the program to be achieved.
The advent of COVID-19, combined with the subsequent emergency declarations and tracking of movement that ensued, presented the US government with an ideal opportunity to collect massive amounts of data and develop cutting-edge technological solutions to do so.
It also provided state governments the ability to change election rules and laws, and allowed for nearly half of the voting US population to be able to cast their ballots during the 2020 election by mail.
Palantir Technologies — an American software company that specializes in big data mining and analytics — is also a member of the COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Palantir was founded by Peter Thiel and Alex Karp in 2003 following the invasion of Iraq.
Sometimes credited with developing the software responsible for finding Osama Bin Laden and birthed by funding from In-Q-Tel, Palantir’s only client up until 2008 was the CIA.
According to a Forbes article from 2013, Palantir has become the go-to company for mining massive data for intelligence agencies in the last five years.
“Palantir lives the realities of its customers: the NSA, the FBI, and the CIA–an early investor through its In-Q-Tel venture fund–along with an alphabet soup of other U.S. counterterrorism and military agencies…” Forbes writes. “Palantir’s advisors include Condoleezza Rice and former CIA director George Tenet, who says in an interview that “I wish we had a tool of its power” before 9/11.”
During the beginning of Operation Warpspeed — Palantir, using its Gotham software — developed a program called Tiberius which is run by the federal government and used to collect data from US government agencies, pharmaceutical firms, and vaccine manufacturers. According to Benzinga, the Tiberius platforms were also involved in the clinical trials of the development of the current COVID-19 vaccines.
According to Tech Crunch, Palantir also built the CDC’s web app for monitoring the spread of COVID-19.
Palantir’s Gotham software is also being used by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to collect all necessary data related to COVID-19, and to ‘predict outbreaks weeks in advance.’ Palantir’s software powers the department’s HHS Protect operation and according to Science Magazine, Palantir was aggregating and managing any and all related data in regard to the spread of the coronavirus on behalf of the HHS.
HHS Protect came under fire last year after the HHS threatened US hospitals with loss of federal funding if they did not report all case and patient data exclusively to their system. HHS protect is a platform Palantir developed that would be run by another company called TeleTracking.
Yahoo News reported in October that the National Institute of Health (NIH) was also working directly with Palantir to ‘Support COVID-19 Research.’ The NIH awarded the data-mining firm with a $59.5 million contract to ‘support the National COVID-19 Cohort Collaborative.’
While the HHS teams up with various CIA-backed data mining firms, the agency is also forming partnerships with DARPA according to the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response.
Extensive reporting notes that several CIA-backed tech companies have been working tirelessly with different departments of the US Government on digital IDs and digital wallets which would include a person’s passport, driver’s license, health data, and more.
Moderna’s booster vaccine is based on a breakthrough in mRNA technology, and the RNA for this vaccine was created by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) through a company called National Resilience. National Resilience is a Virginia-based biotechnology company with ties to the CIA and the US military.
The company was founded by former CIA officers and has received money from the CIA’s venture capital fund, In-Q-Tel. National Resilience partnered with Moderna to develop the RNA for the Omicron booster vaccine. The company used its proprietary technology to create a unique form of mRNA that is capable of delivering a vaccine directly to cells.
Established recently in November 2020, National Resilience describes itself as a company that focuses on providing access to intricate medicines as well as protecting pharmaceutical supply chains from disruption. The company states they seek to create an enduring system of high-tech, full-cycle manufacturing to guarantee the medicines of today and tomorrow can be formulated rapidly, securely, and on a large scale.
In April 2021, National Resilience purchased Ology Bioservices Inc., which had secured a $37 million contract from the US military in November 2020 to develop an advanced anti-COVID-19 monoclonal antibody treatment. This acquisition not only granted National Resilience its first Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratory, but also the capability to fabricate cell and gene therapies, live viral vaccines, vectors, and oncolytic viruses. Moreover, their board of directors boasts of influential figures from the US National Security State, Big Pharma, and Pharma-related “philanthropy.”
The Cover-up
At the beginning of 2020, there was a lot of speculation about the source of the virus SARS-CoV-2. In March 2020, two papers were published in Nature Medicine and The Lancet, which had a major impact on the conversation regarding the origin of the virus. Fauci, Collins, Daszak, the corporate media, and big tech used these papers as proof to put an end to any debate about the possibility that the virus was created in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and even went as far as to censor it. Only after the Freedom of Information Act released redacted emails, did we find out that Fauci, Collins, and Daszak had direct involvement in formulating the two papers that dismissed the laboratory origin theory as a “conspiracy theory”.
Daszak expressed his opposition in April 2020 to the public release of virus sequence data related to Covid-19 gathered from China, which was part of the PREDICT program run by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). He argued that such a release would draw “very unwelcome attention” to the PREDICT and USAID projects.
In September 2020, Dr. Peter Daszak was chosen to head the World Health Organization task force which was responsible for looking into the potential of Covid-19 having been leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. According to the troves of documents that have since surfaced, as well as whistleblowers like Andrew Huff, it is not just for their own sake that Fauci, Collins, and Daszak are concealing the laboratory source of the virus, but also for the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Government.
Emails published by outlets like the Daily Mail have revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci and the head of the National Institute of Health (NIH) worked together to undermine an alternative plan for dealing with COVID proposed by a group of experts.
Phil Magness, senior research faculty and interim research and education director at the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER), tweeted out some emails in early 2020 which revealed attempts by Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins to engineer a “devastating takedown” of the Great Barrington Declaration.
The Great Barrington Declaration was a document signed by over 6,000 medical and public health scientists in October 2020, calling for an end to lockdowns, which according to the signatories have done more harm than good. The Declaration states that the most vulnerable should be protected, but that the majority of people should be allowed to live their lives normally, while the government focuses on protecting those most at risk.
The Declaration argued that lockdowns will have devastating economic, mental health, and social consequences and that they are not an effective way to control the virus. Instead, the signatories suggest that governments focus on protecting the elderly and vulnerable, and allowing the majority of people to go about their lives as normal. The Declaration suggests that governments should use “Focused Protection”, which involves targeting resources to those most at risk while allowing the majority of people to go about their lives without restrictions.
In an October 8 email from Collins to Fauci, the head of the NIH expressed his opinion that the GBD was the work of “three fringe epidemiologists” and was receiving too much attention. Collins suggested that a “quick and devastating published takedown of its premises” should be created, and asked whether such a piece was already being written.
Fauci responded by sending Collins a Wired op-ed that argued against the idea of herd immunity stopping the pandemic. Collins then forwarded Fauci an op-ed published in The Nation that also criticized the GBD.
A few days later, Collins sends an email to Fauci with a Washington Post op-ed he is quoted in with the headline, ‘Proposal to hasten herd immunity to the coronavirus grabs White House attention but appalls top scientists.’ Collins, working for former President Donald Trump at the time, states, “My quotes are accurate but will not be appreciated in the [White House].”
Fauci replies, “They are too busy with other things to worry about this. What you said was entirely correct.” Gregg Gonsalves, the writer of The Nation op-ed, then sends Collins an email thanking him with a subject line that includes mentioning Larry Kramer’s name, to which Collins responds with a smiley face.
The Doctors of the Great Barrington Declaration were censored on YouTube in November 2020 along with many other experts that shared their opinion on lockdowns, masks, and COVID vaccines. The GBD declaration has been widely criticized by national media outlets and the videos of the doctors, which had been posted to the platform in October, were removed without warning or explanation. YouTube claimed the videos violated their policies on “medical misinformation.” However, the videos did not contain any false information and were simply interviews with the doctors explaining their position.
The removal of the videos sparked a backlash from free speech advocates who argued that it was a form of censorship. YouTube has since restored the videos and apologized, saying that the videos were removed in error. Despite the apology, the incident has raised questions about YouTube’s commitment to free speech and whether the platform is capable of adequately moderating content.

The notion of the so-called covid virus was also created by the CIA and other cabal agencies, based on an alleged virus which has never been isolated, let alone recovered, and most probably doesn't even exist.
The whole covid-hoax is a gigantic PSY-OP. Lock, stock and barrel.
