Wow, where did the summer go?! The weather is cooling down in North America and we’re getting ready for the holidays…. already! When we go within, we have an opportunity to think about the last year, what goals we accomplished, and what we would like to do in the next year. This group doesn’t hibernate, we use the down times to share and grow together.

We hope you’ll join us this Saturday for another guided healing meditation.  Send in the names of people and pets, families and even locations in need of healing to, [email protected]. Try to do so before Saturday so they can be included in the healing list.

After our guided meditation, we plan on just opening up the call to whatever it is you want to share, have concerns about, or want to discuss.  Healing is not constrained to our physical bodies. It can include body mind and spirit. Sometimes just getting something off your chest is healing.  Let if tall from your shoulders like the autumn leaves!

Question for Saturday:  If you had one thing on your mind you would like to dump into a pile of leaves and then imagine it burning till it’s gone, what would it be? How will you feel after letting it go?

Join us this Saturday at 8am Pacific or even a bit early as we generally start the call before the top of the hour to loosen up before beginning. In other news….

A full Super moon in Aries takes place on September 29th and we’ll be feeling that energy. It’s the 4th super moon in a row, closer to the earth and exerting a stronger gravitational pull on our planet, and our psyche. It’s a great time to pray for peace and healing and to manifest what you have been working on.

The Full Moon in Aries harkens back to the Solar Eclipse New Moon in Aries, which occurred in April 2023.

Feelings come to a head during the peek of the full and dynamic super moon. It’s action oriented, single minded, energetic and has the energy of moving quickly like a wildfire, (or like jumping into that pile of leaves for a bit of fun!).  Like Leo, this full super moon also represents our sovereignty.

Looking back to March 2023, there was a powerful Aries New Moon, followed by an Aries New Moon Solar Eclipse in April. The intentions set at that time are now likely to be in full bloom under this Aries Full Moon. It’s a great time to pray for peace and healing and to manifest what you have been working on for so long. We’ve come full circle! It’s time to reap the rewards and manifest what we desire.

Remember that thing we’d like to get rid of? Write it down, or as many things you’d like to cast away, then use the fire of a candle to burn them away.  Use the fiery energy of this time to release that which no longer serves you.
