  1. Mullein tea is really my best treatment for winter period, since I discovered it I don't get bad cough and even bronchitis as often as I used to. And mullein extract like this one https://www.amazon.com/USDA-Organic-Mullein-Drops-Lungs/dp/B0CKBPTPRL
is so good at fighting flu, such a great relief for breathing and night cough.

  2. There is big misunderstanding about any herbal tea benefits. All herbal teas when dried become FUNGAL,which defeats its purpose of health benefits.Same with green tea been promoted for its benefits,in reality it is health hazard.Long ago I have spoken to nurse in hospital who did not feel well,so she started drinking green tea. Then she start feeling more bad, thinking she does not drink enough green tea. After drinking more of it she start to feel very bad.Spoken to another lady who was drinking 8 cups of black tea a day.She had tingling in her finger tips, doctor give her antihistamine.Tested both teas on my body, green tea gave me itchy running eyes, black tea gave me leg cramps in bed early in the morning.Spoke to a friend who drinks black tea,had same leg cramps. How could something which is fermented have anti oxidants like black tea?Even worse for green tea which is steamed and dried.Herbs could be only beneficial if they are fresh, but be careful they can cause skin condition or even organs damage if overdone.Decades ago there was article in Australian paper from Government warning people about dried herbs that they can cause Cancer. In another one Medical Scientists were saying that house pets like dogs and cats are getting human diseases, since they have been introduced to dry and canned food.DON'T FORGET CANCER IS FUNGUS,but they don't want you to know this,or Doctors will be sweeping streets for crust.Wish you all good health. PS once I have left unwashed cup over night after drinking green tea,in the morning I find green fungus on the bottom of cup.So fungus is antioxidant.
