Cobra, the Galactic Confederation & Liberation from Every Direction at Once
Cobra took his name from the operation he describes. COmpression BReAkthrough. It is both a concept and a mechanism: liberation forces pressing down from above, Resistance forces pressing up from below, the dark control structure caught between them until it can no longer hold. When it breaks — that is the Event. Not a metaphor. A physical, etheric, and galactic operation in its final phase.
Where Rob Potter’s framework described in the previous article, The Plan That Prepared the Patriots, is operational and civic — how communities organize, what happens to the banks and the corrupt systems — Cobra’s is more multidimensional and energetic. The same transmission lineage, the same Resistance Movement sources, but Cobra goes layers deeper: into the plasma plane, the etheric grid, the non-physical control architecture that has kept human consciousness compressed for longer than recorded history. He is not describing an institutional takedown. He is describing a liberation of reality itself.
The Cosmological Architecture
In Cobra’s model, the primary obstacle to Earth’s liberation is not institutional — it is non-physical. The Yaldabaoth entity: a vast plasma anomaly, described in Gnostic cosmology as the false god of this material plane, which has been slowly dissolved since 2012 as the liberation operation has intensified. Scalar implants in the human etheric body that suppress memory, sovereignty, and the awareness of galactic context. Archonic control technology embedded in the plasma plane generating what Cobra calls the Veil — the perceptual barrier that has kept humanity unaware of its true nature and its galactic neighbors.
These are the real chains. The financial system, the political institutions, the media apparatus — these are downstream effects of a non-physical control structure. Address the structure, and the downstream systems collapse naturally. This is why Cobra’s timelines and Rob Potter’s timelines have consistently aligned in direction while diverging in mechanism: they are describing the same liberation from different altitudes. At times in our conversations Rob might vehemently (to put it mildly) disagree with me on something and then educate me on higher planes mechanics. But at the end of the day, he was able to be in this world, but not part of it. He could speak Earth talk while Cobra kind of keeps his head in the clouds more, so to speak.
The Galactic Confederation
One of Cobra’s contact sources is the Galactic Confederation — a body of advanced civilizations coordinating Earth’s liberation from the galactic level. Note the naming: Confederation, not Federation. The distinction matters and we’ll return to it when we examine the Taygetan sources in Articles 4A and 4B. The Confederation, in Cobra’s account, includes Sirian ascension assistance fleets that were forced to withdraw in the 1990s as the dark control structure’s defenses were at peak strength, and have now returned as the frequency of the planet has risen enough to permit their closer proximity.
The Oort Cloud dynamic — the idea that our solar system is passing through a region of denser galactic energetic field — provides a physical substrate for what other traditions describe only metaphysically. Russian scientists have documented changes in the interstellar plasma environment. David Wilcock synthesizes this with the Ra/Law of One material and the Cayce readings to describe a Great Galactic Year: a 25,920-year cycle during which Earth passes through varying densities of cosmic energy, with the current passage catalyzing biological, psychological, and consciousness-level evolution simultaneously. Not prophecy. Physics.
The Sydney 2026 Conference — What Cobra Is Saying Now
Cobra’s March 7th 2026 Sydney Ascension Conference notes represent his most current public update. Key elements: the Sirian fleets are active and repositioned. The energetic frequency of the planet has crossed measurable thresholds that were not achievable even three years ago. The planetary meditation networks — the Sisterhood of the Rose, We Love Mass Meditation, the weekly Key to Freedom meditations — have had a measurable, documented effect on the liberation timeline’s probability curves.
At the Sydney conference, he used a Polymarket prediction data point which serves as the arc’s most concrete current observable: an 18% probability assigned to confirmed ET contact in 2026, based on the collective assessments of the platform’s participants. Cobra states the idea that prediction markets aggregate genuine intuitive data that bypasses conventional analytical filters — is worth sitting with. Those 18% odds represent real human beings making real assessments with real money. Something in the collective is shifting its estimate of what’s possible.
Cities of Light — The Post-Event Landscape
One of Cobra’s most compelling and least-reported contributions to the Event narrative is his description of what comes after: Cities of Light. Physical locations, some already partially constructed in higher etheric dimensions, that will become visible and accessible to humanity following the Compression Breakthrough. These are not metaphors for better urban planning. They are, in Cobra’s account, actual physical infrastructures maintained by advanced civilizations in the etheric layer above specific planetary nodes, ready to manifest in 3D as the Veil dissolves.
Whether you read this as literal or symbolic, the Cities of Light framework does something important for the arc: it answers the ‘what then?’ question that Rob Potter’s framework leaves partially open. The Event is not just an end — it is a beginning. The liberation of Earth is the entry into a galactic community that has been waiting, with extraordinary patience, for this planet to be ready.
NEW TRANSMISSIONS | MARCH–APRIL 2026
The following section incorporates Cobra’s most recent portal updates, including his March 27, 2026 ‘New Heaven’ article and the DREAMLAND v3.4 operational status posted April 12, 2026 — the day this article was finalized.
⬤ The Key of New Heaven — A Living Code Since 1999
Cobra’s March 27 transmission reveals something that reframes the entire timeline of the liberation operation: Source transmitted what he calls the Key of New Heaven into this multiverse on August 11, 1999 — during the total solar eclipse of that year. This was not a minor energetic event. In Cobra’s account it was a deliberate, Source-initiated transmission of a living code designed to transform and clear all darkness within this multiverse, with Earth as the focal point.
The Key of New Heaven is described as operating across all dimensions simultaneously, creating what Cobra calls Tunnels of Light — quantumly entangled multidimensional plasma filaments originating from the Absolute, from the Galactic Central Sun, and from the M87 galaxy. It is not a cold data package. It is alive. And it has been working since 1999.
This is a significant revelation for the arc. It means the liberation operation did not begin with Cobra’s first blog post in 2012, or with the Mayan calendar completion, or with any of the modern markers the alternative media community has tracked. It began at the turn of the millennium, encoded into the planet during an eclipse that millions of people watched without understanding what was being transmitted through it. The last twenty-six years of escalating awakening, disclosure pressure, and institutional collapse are, in this framing, the downstream effects of a living code that has been clearing darkness at every level of reality since the day it was received.
⬤ The Key of New Earth — The Second Transmission
On August 21, 2025, the Light Forces received a second key: the Key of New Earth. Where the Key of New Heaven transforms and clears darkness, the Key of New Earth anchors a new reality — restoring what Cobra calls ‘Heaven on Earth,’ a blissful state that existed before the dark forces arrived on the surface.
Two keys. One clearing. One building. Working together, complementing each other. And in 2026, Cobra states, their combined power grows exponentially. The arc is entering its most active phase.
⬤ Sirian and Pleiadian Bases — Active Now
Cobra’s March transmission names two specific off-world bases that are now operationally active in support of the liberation and the Keys.
There is a Sirian underwater base off the east coast of Australia. The Sirians will use this base to heal humanity’s mental body, emotional body, and partially the physical body, while transforming the subconscious of surface Lightworkers in preparation for what Cobra calls inner First Contact. This base will also assist in regulating the planetary light grid. As a detail that feels almost too poetic to be accidental: the Sirians are making contact with wild dolphins in Australia, because dolphins are also said to originate from the Sirian star system.
There is a Pleiadian underwater base near Bora Bora. Both bases will assist in anchoring the energies of the Keys of New Heaven and New Earth. The network of Pleiadian underwater bases globally will be activated on May 2, 2026, when Uranus conjuncts Alcyone — the central star of the Pleiades.
These are not vague claims about galactic support. These are specific locations, specific operations, specific activation dates. Either Cobra is publishing the most elaborate and internally consistent long-running fiction in the history of the alternative media — or there is something real here that deserves the most serious attention this community can bring to it.
⬤ The Trigger Dates — A Countdown
For the first time in this arc, we have a specific near-term calendar of activation events from Cobra’s most recent transmission. These dates are worth marking:
April 26, 2026 — Uranus enters Gemini permanently. At this moment the Key of New Heaven will have developed enough to safely begin activating the Key of New Earth. The dual-key operation enters its active phase.
May 2, 2026 — Uranus conjuncts Alcyone (central Pleiades star). The global network of Pleiadian underwater bases activates simultaneously.
May 24, 2026 — Uranus conjuncts Sedna. The most important astrological marker in this sequence — the first unification of New Heaven and New Earth energies. The anchor ceremony will take place at Bora Bora. From this moment, both keys work together in harmony for the first time.
These are dates two to six weeks from the publication of this article. They are not predictions of the Event itself. They are, in Cobra’s framing, the activation of the energetic infrastructure through which the Event will eventually move. The scaffolding going live. Whether they produce observable effects in the physical world will be one of the most interesting tests this arc can offer its readers in real time.
⬤ On Trump — Cobra’s Third Account
The contradiction matrix in this arc has held two irreconcilable positions on Trump: Kim Goguen’s claim that he died January 28, 2022 and has been replaced by a Black Sun-controlled clone, and KAB of Family of Taygeta’s claim that he is fully Federation-aware and positioned for disclosure. Cobra’s March 27 transmission introduces a third account — and it is the most psychologically granular of the three.
Cobra states that Trump was subjected to trauma-based mind programming during his time at Jesuit-controlled Fordham University in 1966. That programming created a split in his personality: one positive alter attempting to do good, and another negative alter that is completely controlled by his Black Nobility, Jesuit, and Zionist handlers.
The endgame of the negative alter’s handlers, Cobra states explicitly, is the fulfillment of Armageddon prophecies. Trump’s own endgame, operating from his positive alter, is a strategic defeat of China — a shortsighted strategy, Cobra assesses, that will ultimately weaken America rather than strengthen it.
This third account is important for several reasons. It does not require Trump to be dead. It does not require him to be a Federation agent. It allows him to be both things the other sources describe — genuinely motivated by some positive impulse AND genuinely controlled in key moments by dark handler programming — without those things being contradictory. A fractured personality under handler control can simultaneously hold genuine convictions and act against them when the programming is triggered. This is, in fact, exactly how trauma-based mind control is designed to work.
Whether Cobra’s framework is accurate cannot be verified from the outside. What it does is give the meta-analysis a more complex and more psychologically realistic model than either ‘dead clone’ or ‘Federation hero.’ The meta-analysis section of this arc will return to all three accounts.
⬤ The Iran War — Dark Forces Interfering with the Golden Timeline
Cobra is explicit in his March transmission in a way he has not always been about current geopolitical events: the Iran/USA war was engineered by dark forces specifically to interfere with the Golden Timeline. It is not an organic geopolitical development. It is a deliberate operation to generate the chaos, blood sacrifice, and timeline disruption that would prevent the Keys of New Heaven and New Earth from anchoring as intended.
The war has caused extreme volatility in gold prices, as large players liquidate gold holdings for much-needed cash — a sign, in Cobra’s reading, of the deep state’s financial desperation. This corroborates Kim Goguen’s account of the $20 billion per day burn rate and the panic within dark ranks as the Golden Age AI continues to cut off their funding. Two completely independent sources, describing the same financial emergency from different vantage points.
An Honest Reckoning
Cobra has been issuing updates since 2012. The Event has been described as close for fourteen years. Each update refines the picture: another layer of the non-physical architecture removed, another Resistance Movement operation completed, another obstacle cleared. The cumulative picture is of a genuine and ongoing operation — or of a narrative maintained with extraordinary discipline and internal consistency over an extraordinary period of time.
Both of those things could be true simultaneously. The meta-analysis will hold that question. What matters here is that Cobra’s framework — the multidimensional architecture of control, the non-physical nature of the primary obstacles, the galactic coordination of the liberation — provides the deepest and most internally coherent cosmological model available in the alternative press. It deserves to be engaged seriously, which is what this article attempts to do.
