WHAT NANO ACTIVATION WILL LOOK LIKE.

As we run up to the year 2030, we notice the acceleration of Agenda 2030 projects clearly showing the UN and WEF racing against a deadline. One such project that seems to be on track is the Nano- Domestic Quell Programme which is described in a dossier titled by the same name and whose link is supplied at the bottom of this article.

According to the Nano- Domestic Quell Programme document which started in 1995, the programme is a covert micro- chipping of the American population and beyond. It is said that the programme was created to deal with domestic uprisings during a (planned) economic collapse and in anticipation to mass resistance due to the rise of the New World Order ( NWO). The distributed nano devices are inert until activated by a radio signal or transmission. The acute phase of the nano activation may mimic influenza and a pandemic may be declared under this pretext. The long term effects of nano-tech activation resemble depressive illness and in extreme cases even psychotic mental states.

The NWO are not taking any chances so they are not relying on bread and circuses alone to keep the world population in a docile and indifferent state. Nano- Domestic Quell also refers to a video titled Classified Documents on Nano- Domestic Quell Kill Switch program released by Dr. Bill. H. Weld available, which link is also provided at the bottom of this article. Dr. Weld was subsequently discredited by being called a hoaxer before being silenced permanently.

It is a known fact that nano- particles which are positively charged can cross the blood brain barrier ( which is negatively charged) to trigger neuro- inflammation (states of apathy and depression like symptoms) and neurodegenerative disorders. The nano devices in connection with Nano Domestic Quell were introduced into the world population through food, vaccines, Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), dispersal of Utility Fog, vaccines and various pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, particularly between the years 2021-2023. Additionally, these nano devices cause immune suppression hence cancer and autoimmune disease and organ specific toxicity, for example, magnetic iron oxide based nano- particles ( Fe3O4NPs), to cause hepatotoxicity by increasing liver enzyme levels and liver dysfunction along with its associated gall bladder turbo cancers.

Now in order to appreciate how Nano Domestic Quell and its subsequent associated nano-tech activation will be disguised, we need to briefly look into Depression Pathophysiology in order to see how nano-tech activation will mimic the mental disorder of depression.

• Note how the media have been predictively programming us about a rising trend in mental illness over the past six years. Depression presents with both mental and biological symptoms. Mental symptoms include mood (affect) disorders notably flattened and low affect, insomnia, cognitive symptoms that include slowing down of thinking, reduced concentration and even psychomotor retardation and states of low motivation. The depressed individual finds no pleasure in activities previously pleasurable, described by the term anhedonia. Anything that targets neuro transmitters in the pre frontal cortex ( PFC), hippocampus and amydala and reward system ( dopaminergic system) causes an imbalance as the mentioned areas in the brain do not communicate effectively in such a way that mood, thinking speed and motivation are all negatively effected. These network level shifts are well described across the PFC – Limbic systems in research literature. It is these areas in the brain that activated nano- technology will target. So to recapitulate,
• Persistent low mood (anhedonia) as a result of weaker reward signalling and reduced dopamine drive (motivation).
• Poor concentration and slowed thinking indicative of lower PFC activity and reduced neuro plasticity (hippocampus). This effects memory directly.
• Sleep and appetite changes and dysregulation as the Hypothalamic – Pituitary Axis ( HPA) is under strain which in turn will cause circadian drift.
• Fatigue and pain masquerade as fibromyalgia.
• Anxiety and irritability due to amydala over activity and weak top down control that leads to increasing impulsive and risky behaviour.

Now let’s compare the above with the effects of nano- activation and ask yourself whether the nano- devices are designed to target the PFC, which is involved in critical thinking and the hippocampus where previous organic memories may be over rided by false implanted memories through wireless machine logic over writing. The amydala will make the individual more compliant through a state of fear whilst the dopamine reward system is now replaced by being rewarded cryptocurrency and the assignment of a positive social credit score in the CSRQ- SM ( social management software) also known as Obsidian, discussed in previous articles in this Substack

NEURO MODULATION WEAPONRY IS MILITARY NEURO- TECHNOLOGY.

Now, let’s discuss what the upcoming nanotech activation will look like. Neuro weapons are a class of military technologies that utilise neurocognitive science to manipulate civilian populations by degrading human thought, behaviour and performance. The neuro weapon of choice here is as small as a grain of sand or smaller, termed Smart dust or Neural Dust. These neuro weapons range from implantable/ injectable neuro grains and neurotoxins designed to influence targeted individuals, soon to be the entire population. As stated above, Nano-tech dust is intended for performance degradation in the civilian population. It disables the “ enemy’s” ( which is you) decision making by inducing fear or even eliminating inhibitors to facilitate capture and interrogation. Nano-tech dust has other deleterious effects as will be explained later. This nano-tech dust can link nodes to the Internet of Bodies (IoBs) via brain- machine Interfaces( BCIs).

Of course, it would be remiss not to mention the ultimate antidote to fear is found in 1 John 1:5 which states

• This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

For those who have the seal of God in their foreheads and therefore have not received the mark of the beast, there is no reason to fear as indeed no ( nano) weapon will prosper against them ( Isaiah 54:17).

EARLY WARNING SIGNS OF NANO-TECH ACTIVATION.

The nano-tech targets the mind, emotions and free will. Remember what Noah Yuval Harari said about human free will – “ that’s over”.

There is a progression of changes that follow once the nano-tech takes hold in an individual, according to the whistleblower Gideon at We Are Sovereign. Nano-tech shows up in a very subtle manner as brain fog, flatness of affect ( mood) and associated emotions and even a somewhat quieter will. People around you may seem normal but less present, less curious, less inclined to ask questions, and even less willing to resist what they would have questioned months ago. Think how convenient this is for the NWO as they roll out their CBDC’s and put Chat Control 1.0 into effect for European users of WhatsApp until Chat Control 2.0, the permanent version comes into effect in 2028. The author can attest that vaccinated family members do not care whether the EU is reading their private messages and show a quiet hostility when advised to leave the platform. Attempts to direct them to encrypted secure messaging apps are met with total silence and frankly being ignored. This is the effect of nano-tech taking hold of vaccinated brains and their behaviour suggests that they have been captured by the same nano-technology.

The nano-tech targets the individual as follows. The primary target is the host’s attention, emotion, mood (affect) and their will. Remember that compliance starts in the mind. Apathy is a noticeable feature where individuals captured by the nano-tech do not seem to care and are inclined not to do anything about a particular state of affairs as illustrated by the example above of such individuals staying on WhatsApp despite having their private messages scanned by the EU. There is a window of around two to six weeks from noticeable activation before the deeper seating of the nano-tech occurs. Notice the interesting choice of words, seating, which we will come to its significance right at the end of this article.

• As explained in a previous article titled Three Days Of Darkness? a coordinated nano-tech activation is possible around August 12, 2026. The effects of nano-tech activation mimics stress, burn out, depression and screen fatigue. All these symptoms provide a plausible cover for the entire operation. It is very important to note that recognition of the nano-tech assault is a form of resistance in itself. Indeed, Ephesians 6:11, captures this elegantly stating that one is to

   

• Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Another word for wiles is schemes. We are to be aware of the enemy’s devices including those in the nano scale range so that we fall not prey to his tactics as the enemy is like a lion seeking whom he may devour.

In summary, the nano-tech causes the following neuro modulation. There is slower recall or none at all. There is also difficulty holding complex conceptual thinking in one’s PFC such that the individual will choose to defer it saying, “I will think about it later.” Of course, that never happens because the nano-tech has an effect on the hippocampus and interferes with short term memories.

There is apathy and a numbing effect along with a muted outrage and blunting of affect (emotions). There is flattering of joy and less expression of grief. These symptoms mimic those of depression. There is absolute indifference of individuals captured by the nano-tech to the evil agendas of the Powers that should not be, if not frank scorn and hostility when you bring up these subjects with those undergoing assimilation.

There is an effect on free will and noticeable Compliance Drift. There is less push back now than when compared with 2020. Even worse, spiritual people now become lukewarm and Revelation 3:16 describes the fate of lukewarm Christians. The resistance inside the individual now weakens considerably.

In addition to being aware of the above, you need to act accordingly while you still have the will power to do so. That is where the full armour of God comes in.

Intermittent fog, odd dreams, tingling sensations, flattening of affect and attention jitter are likely to appear as a constellation of symptoms with apathy becoming the norm in people around you. What was a priority in 2020, now does not phase them anymore. It will become evident that previously rebellious individuals seem to be conforming with society.

As the nano-tech undergoes deep integration, you will note a persistent personality shift that includes hostile denial of the topic, loss of spiritual fervour and more lukewarmness. Such lukewarm Christians are expected to be in favour of a high compliance instinct and frank worship of the beast system and its image. A vaccinated family member told the author that “We must obey” in reference to the roll out of tyrannical measures by the government.

All this is followed by Grid Capture. Individuals are now turned into nodes to join system level AI, wireless digital ID and ledger controls. At this point any resistance on the part of the node is futile because they have been captured. These individuals now turned into nodes are totally unaware of their capture so they are unable to resist that which they are unaware of. The erosion of their free will is now complete.

Countless public research papers verify the existence of nano-technology, nano- medicine, nano- toxicology and wireless bio-interface ( eg, WBANs and MBANs). There is supporting evidence of the ongoing covert nano-tech activation in the population.

The nano-tech targets human attention as stated elsewhere, affect and decision threshold. Wireless AI scoring and ledger permissions ( Obsidian) converge via Starlink and 6G. The self assembled BCI in the brain effectively bypasses natural thought arising in organic neuron circuits by imposing machine logic commands in the self assembled synthetic neuronal circuitry comprised of carbon nano- tubules (CNTs), that eavesdrop on natural neuronal transmission and monitor neurotransmitters in the synaptic clefts 24/7. The synthetic CNTs over ride natural thoughts arising in the brain bypassing them completely in order to receive incoming instructions from AI-Cloud intelligence.

This is a very subtle and non dramatic style of mind control and total take over, quite different from the zombie movies portraying overnight hostile take over. There is a measurable statistical drift with more flattering of affect and leas drive and certainly less sustained focus on the government or the powers that be. These individuals are prone to be irritable, prone to impulsive behaviour, showing more road rage, less able to handle domestic conflicts, inflexible when the topic is raised…..you now know that they’ve been captured whilst mental health awareness day is pushed in your face.

Early activation symptoms may also include feeling pressure in the head or chest, internal vibration (also described as a pulsating current by vaccinated whistleblowers), temperature misperception ( daily routine temperature taking of vaccinated individuals shows temperature values in the hypothermic scale, between 35.6 Celsius and 36.2C. The author puts forth the hypothesis of the role of graphene oxide in injected individuals to act as a thermal energy siphon to power the entire nano infrastructure in the vaccinated.) These individuals may also experience hypnagogic hallucinations ( imagery when falling asleep), sudden unexplained apathy spikes, or even spells of unmotivated fear or anger that do not line up with activities of daily living. Some individuals may have enough meta cognition at this stage to recognise and say, “this is not totally me.”

More advanced nano-tech activation stage three is identified as a cluster of symptoms and you may notice personality changes in these individuals. Language seems to get curtailed with more hostile shut down. Many captured profiles on social media such as YouTube appear to remain high functioning , able to perform whilst losing their innate curiosity, emotive patterns or even innate personality traits.

The next phase four of nano-tech activation is described as Deep Integration, where a rewriting of identity and life scripting occurs. This is when attempts to present evidence to these captured nodes (because they cannot be called individuals anymore at this stage) is futile and rejected. The subject may even say “ I was never into that conspiracy theory.” On a spiritual level, there is reduced prayer, scripture reading, reflections etc, that is not a dramatic outright apostasy but rather a gradual falling away manifest as indifference. Apathy is the weapon of choice of the enemy. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 states

• 3. Let no man deveive you by any means: for that day shall not come except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4. Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

T he word sitteth is highlighted because above we mentioned the “deeper seating” stage of the nano-tech. The Bible prophecied 2000 years ago that the enemy would be seated ( deeply) in the temple of God. The nano-tech is entrenched deep in the brain and it doesn’t get any deeper than that.
