Gratitude and Living at Love and Above
A Heart-Centered Gathering with Rev. Kat Carroll
In a world filled with noise and uncertainty, I believe gratitude is the quiet force that brings us back to peace. It reminds us that love is still moving through everything, no matter how chaotic life seems.
During this talk, I’ll share how gratitude transforms fear into faith and reconnects us to the divine frequency of love. We’ll look at the science of coherence through the work of the HeartMath Institute, Nikola Tesla, and Dr. David Hawkins — and I’ll share a few personal stories of healing and the power of gratitude in action.
You’ll have a chance to participate by sharing (in 30 seconds or less) something you’re grateful for — a simple, beautiful way to build collective resonance together.
As usual, we’ll open the call for questions and comments afterward, with a 3-minute sharing limit so everyone has time to speak and be heard.
We’ll close with a short reflection and guided moment of gratitude, inviting the energy of peace and renewal to fill our hearts.
