Are You Ready for What’s Coming?

Since I joined the Prepare for Change website, my focus has been on helping our community prepare—not out of fear, but out of awareness—for what many sense is approaching. Over the years, this has been described in many ways: a solar flash, a great awakening, a sudden rise in collective consciousness, or simply a remembering of who we are.

Across cultures and generations, there have been countless predictions about humanity’s future. What many of them share is a crucial distinction: the responsibility for creating that future does not rest with a savior arriving from outside us, but with the choices we make, individually and collectively.

It’s also about that God Spark within each of us, and remembering how to activate it.

If you regularly attend our Ascension Connection free Zoom calls, you already have a head start. You’ve likely spent time reflecting, grounding, and asking deeper questions. But for those who chose to immerse themselves in fear, division, and destructive behaviors—well, their reckoning may feel more abrupt. For those who remained heart-centered through the massive shake-ups of recent years, including COVID (a corona cleanse, as some astrologers described it), and the ongoing exposures and revelations taking place now, you may be far more prepared than you realize.

Ancient Patterns, Modern Times

Astrology is not a modern novelty. It has been with humanity since ancient times, etched into pyramid walls and depicted in Hathor’s Temple at Dendera in Egypt. While some dismiss astrology outright—and some religious interpretations have labeled divination as forbidden—history tells a more nuanced story. It’s often said that millionaires don’t use astrology, but billionaires do.

Still, astrology was never meant to be a shortcut to wealth or power. At its best, it serves as a tool for navigation during challenging times—an aid in understanding cycles, inner growth, and the timing of action. Its deeper purpose aligns with becoming more conscious, more compassionate, and more responsible in how we live with one another.

Love as Action, Not Abstraction

As a minister, I’m acutely aware that love is not merely an emotion—it is an action rooted in divine essence. Scripture repeatedly returns to this truth:

“We love because He first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

“Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.” — Romans 13:10

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” — 1 Peter 4:8

Genesis 1:27 reminds us of a foundational truth:

“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him;
male and female He created them.”

This affirmation means that every human being—regardless of gender, race, culture, or status—bears the image of God, reflecting divine dignity, character, and purpose.

And perhaps most revealing of all:

“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
— 1 John 4:7–8

If we are made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), then love is not something we aspire to—it is something we are meant to embody.

Prophecy, Preparation, and Responsibility

I have followed Edgar Cayce’s work since childhood, thanks to my grandmother’s influence, and own several of his books. Some of his well-known prophecies for January and February of 2026 were long thought to be “missed” or unfulfilled. Yet recently, similar themes have resurfaced through astrological interpretations, channeled messages, and rediscovered Cayce material now circulating again.

Cayce spoke of 2025 as a preparatory period for humanity, with 2026 marking a time of significant change following that preparation. Notably, his visions often came with a warning: transformation is not automatic. It requires ethical alignment, inner cleansing, and conscious choice.

Scripture echoes this call to responsibility. In Colossians 3:5–10, we are reminded to shed destructive patterns and consciously “put on” a new self—one aligned with higher values rather than lower impulses. It also warns of the coming wrath of God for those behaviors noted in verse 6.

Is this not the time we are living in now?

Exposure, Disclosure, and a Spiritual Turning

In the very week that another major release of Epstein-related files brought renewed attention to long-hidden abuses, the timing feels anything but random. Exposure appears to be accelerating—socially, politically, and spiritually. As darkness surfaces, many are experiencing not a turn toward religious dogma, but a return to genuine spirituality: an inner orientation rooted in conscience, compassion, and personal responsibility.

It’s also worth noting that this period of exposure and upheaval coincides with a potent convergence of cycles. The upcoming eclipse on February 17, paired with the Chinese New Year and the second New Moon of the year, marks a powerful reset point. We are moving into Fire Horse energy—traditionally associated with independence, bold action, and the breaking away from restrictive structures.

And keeping us calm through it all, is the walk for Peace by the Buddhist Monks – It ends in Washington DC on February 11. I don’t see this as coincidence by convergence and coherence.

The Earth herself appears to be shaking off old energies through earthquakes and volcanic activity. The sun has also been highly active, sending waves of light and energy that many interpret as part of a broader planetary and human recalibration.

The last time a similar Aquarian alignment occurred in 1966, society experienced sweeping cultural shifts, civil unrest, and a redefinition of personal freedom. Fire Horse energy is not subtle; it is wild, unbridled, and transformative. Yet when tempered with awareness and heart-centered intention, it can signal a true new beginning—an opportunity to consciously step out of old patterns and participate in shaping what comes next.

This kind of spirituality requires a higher level of awareness and a willingness to live differently with one another.

And as crazy as the world appears at this moment, it isn’t ending — it’s recalibrating.

Preparing Without Fear

Our hope is that you have been preparing—not by stockpiling fear, but by raising your consciousness. By helping others when you can. By taking quiet time for meditation, reflection, and walks in nature. By stepping back from low-vibration distractions and endless outrage cycles on social media.

Do for yourself and others as you would wish done for you. Practice the Golden Rule until it becomes second nature. Forgive often—others, and yourself—for words spoken or actions taken in moments of fear or ignorance. Consider this ongoing process a kind of baptism: a clearing away of what no longer serves.

The upcoming February 17, 2026 Solar Eclipse may increase our ability to shake off and shed old ways, and even ancient karma.

We may not know exactly what’s coming. But we can choose how we meet it.
