What our first-hand contactees say.

Every article in this series to this point has examined a contact figure — a channel, a commander, an administrator, a historian. This one is different in kind. It’s about the human network underneath all of it: the people who carried these messages between each other, who met, who argued, who kept working after the messages stopped feeling extraordinary and started feeling like an ordinary, exhausting, decades-long job. Some of them are named here. Some can’t be. At least one of them didn’t live to see this series published and he should have.

A Network, Not a Hierarchy

This publication’s own access to this tradition runs through Prepare for Change, a network established in 2012, at the request of former U.S. intelligence operatives who had themselves broken from the agencies they’d served. In the years since, that network has connected into Cobra’s Resistance Movement reporting, the Sisterhood of the Rose, Rosicrucian circles, Dragon Network contacts, White Hat military sources, royal-family whistleblowers, and figures embedded inside the financial system itself. None of that is a single organization with a chain of command. It’s closer to what Article 1 already described as the shape of the wider cosmic effort: many independent groups, occasionally cooperating, unified only by a shared stake in the same outcome.

That structure is also why this series has been able to draw on so many independent, uncoordinated threads that keep confirming each other from odd angles — Hatonn naming Semjase, Orda naming Fred Bell, Paul and Cobra and Rob independently corroborating Saint-Germain’s Joseph identity. A loose network of people who talk to each other, sometimes for decades, produces exactly that kind of accidental cross-referencing. A single centralized source could not. And these are only some of the contacts I maintain through the years – there are literally thousands who will claim contact and some version of this story. At what point do we acknowledge that these aren’t just coincidences, but a larger quilt of threads that individuals contribute to the bigger picture, with the purpose of achieving Disclosure organically. With sovereignity. Through multiple touch points. Does it need a government to confirm what those who have experienced already knows?

What It Costs

This series has spent nine articles treating the Armageddon wager and the hybrid war between administrative lineages as an argument about cosmology. It is worth stating plainly, once, that it is not only that. Across this same combined network — Prepare for Change, the Sisterhood of the Rose, the Rosicrucian circles, the Dragon and White Hat contacts, the financial-system sources — the losses run easily into the dozens per year, and have for more than a decade. That is well over a hundred people that we have known personally among thousands we’ve heard of over the past decade. Not casualties of metaphor. People who took real risks, working to move the world in a different direction than the one being managed for them, and did not get to see how it turns out.

Good people who were trying to change things.

One of them was Rob Potter, who appears throughout Article 4 of this series as the channel who carried Raymond Keller’s exchange with the Venusian contingent to publication. Rob passed away on May 5, 2025. He was a founding member of Prepare for Change, a dedicated fixture of the disclosure movement from Mount Shasta for decades, and, for this publication’s own lead interviewer, a genuine friend of many years — met in person more than half a dozen times, first in Mount Shasta, alongside Corey Goode in 2018, and many times after. Whatever weight a reader gives to any specific claim in Article 4, Rob’s own decades of work carrying it forward, at real personal cost, are not in question.

Rob Potter and Lady Aura Rhanes

Laura Eisenhower, Directly

Laura Eisenhower’s material has already carried real weight across Article 4 — the 1957 Val Thor rejection, and the separate, unreconciled account of a 1952 surrender and the Greada Treaty’s actual origin. What belongs here, rather than there, is the fact of her own public insistence on being asked directly rather than quoted secondhand. She has been explicit, in her own public statements, that the popular “Eisenhower sold out humanity” narrative circulates without any document to support it, and that she would rather correct that record herself than let it stand unchallenged. She has another piece of the story that’s slowly coming out in disclosure as the truth inevitably will: MJ12 acting on behalf of humanity made the fated deal. That’s not a detail about the 1950s. It’s a detail about how this entire network operates: sources who show up, correct the record in their own name, and stay reachable rather than disappearing into legend.

When the Student is Ready, the Teacher will Appear

This article was originally intended to include material from a source deeply immersed in the Rosicrucian tradition, who maintains a personal practice of drawing on Saint-Germain’s energy directly. That source’s work has shifted, in recent years, toward healing specifically rather than the broader discussion and teaching that they once engaged in with this network. Rather than press for an interview that wouldn’t reflect their current association, this series has leaned instead on Paul — the same PFC-network source already examined at length in Article 2, self-described as a third-density counterpart working with the fourth-density Hatonn the way anyone works with a higher self.

Paul’s own standing inside this network extends well past his Hatonn material. He had no prior familiarity with Hatonn or the Phoenix Journals until 2024 — after reading a handful of them, he felt guided to contact the site directly and volunteer, and was assigned to transcribe a set of audio tapes recorded back in 1998 and 1999. That makes him a recent arrival to this specific material by his own account, not a decades-long insider — a distinction worth stating plainly, since it changes what kind of authority his testimony actually carries: not the weight of having been there at the time, but the weight of someone who came to the material guided, tested it against his own judgment, and chose to stay. He remains, by every account available to this publication, a steeped insider across the beings, writings, and messages this entire series has drawn on — one of a number of similarly positioned people in this network who would, by disposition, rather not be named prominently at all. His current Hatonn transmissions, examined in Article 2, and his corroboration of Saint-Germain’s Joseph identity, examined in Article 5, are both already part of the record this series has built. What he adds here is simpler: confirmation, from inside the network itself, that contact is not an isolated claim but part of the same broader pattern every other figure in this series has already exhibited.

UNN and the Assemblies

Kim Goguen’s own platform, United Network News – now apparently going by United Network, sits at the center of this network in a way the prior two articles on her didn’t have room to cover. UNN/UN carries her GIA reports, but it also carries something quieter and, in its own way, more telling: ordinary positive community stories from around the world, presented alongside the geopolitical material. I served as a volunteer editor there, introduced to Kim directly through Prepare for Change during the same period that I was facilitating talks between financial-system contacts and Dark Brotherhood representatives tied to the Dragon families and Rothschild banking interests — and also contributed as a volunteer when Kim was organizing real local governance structures, holding a position in the Los Angeles Assembly.

CROSS-REFERENCE — This is the same facilitated-meeting territory Article 9 already described in deliberately oblique terms, for the same security reasons. What’s addable here, safely, is the shape of the larger project it was part of: not a single meeting, but an attempt at building actual local self-governance structures, assembly by assembly, city by city — the practical, unglamorous version of “leaving the farm” this series keeps describing in more cosmic terms elsewhere.

Sisterhood of the Rose

The Sisterhood of the Rose runs through much of these networks as a keeper-of-memory tradition — Violet Flame practices, Atlantean lineage, preparation for what this series has already called the masculine-to-feminine planetary shift. Cobra’s own reporting describes alignment with the Sisterhood specifically, and predicts these kinds of quiet, long-running societies becoming publicly known at the same shift point this entire series has been building toward.

Disagreeing in the Open

None of this should be mistaken for a network that agrees with itself evidenced in the very recent rift between personnel at UNN/UN and the rebrand going on there. Prepare for Change’s own leadership has had real, sometimes sharp internal disagreements over the years about how much weight to give channeled communications versus firsthand testimony versus documented record — the same four-tier discernment this series has applied throughout, playing out as an actual, sometimes uncomfortable conversation among people who otherwise trust each other. That disagreement is not a flaw in this network. It’s the clearest evidence that the network isn’t a cult of personality organized around any single voice, Kim’s or anyone else’s. People who genuinely believed everything they were told would not still be arguing about it a decade later.

A network that never disagrees with itself isn’t discerning. It’s captured.

The Ground Crew

There’s a name for what this network actually is, and it’s worth stating directly rather than leaving it implied: this is an administration too. Not the kind this series’ companion arcs have spent their length tracing — not a hierarchy of initiates and hidden councils managing a farm from above — but its structural mirror, operating from inside the population rather than above it. Those within this tradition who use the term call themselves, plainly, the ground crew.

The logic of that name holds up against everything this series has already established. Every figure examined in this series — Hatonn, Semjase, Val Thor’s contingent, Saint-Germain, Bashar, the Ra collective, Kim Goguen — describes itself as contacting individuals rather than institutions, and asks something specific of each one: not obedience, and not mere belief, but consideration — holding a piece of gnosis honestly, turning it over, letting it change how a single person actually moves through their own life. That is a strange kind of administration by any conventional measure. Though there’s some officers and approachable chain of command, there’s not really an enforcement mechanism – the structures where there are among UN and PFC have been fluid as they are emerging. For the most part, what each contacted person actually does with what they were given, individually, in whatever ordinary corner of life they occupy, is the entire mechanism.

What makes it an administration rather than just a collection of private epiphanies is what happens next: those individual acts, repeated across enough separate people who were never coordinating with each other, don’t stay separate. They start to rhyme, then converge, then function as something closer to a distributed, co-creating community — this series’ own accidental cross-referencing, described earlier in this article, is a small-scale version of exactly that same process. The ground crew doesn’t administer from a capital or a council chamber. It administers by multiplication: one activated person’s gnosis, replicated widely enough, becomes a shared shift in what a whole population is willing to consider possible.

CROSS-REFERENCE — This is the same mechanism Bashar describes as the splitting of realities in Article 6, and the same one Ra describes as harvest through individual polarization in Article 7 — read here not as cosmology but as an actual organizational structure, staffed by ordinary people, doing the actual work.

Read this way, every name in this article — Rob, Paul, Laura, the volunteers behind UNN/UN and the local assemblies, the many who didn’t live to see any of this written down — was ground crew before the term existed to describe them. Way showers, activated by contact rather than appointed by any authority, holding what they were given long enough to act on it, and trusting that enough other people doing the same thing, elsewhere, unseen, would eventually add up to something none of them could have built alone.

What the Network Leaves Behind

Take away every cosmological claim this series has examined, and what remains is still worth reporting: a real, loosely connected group of people, spanning military whistleblowers to bank insiders to mystery school contemplatives to experiencers to light workers, et al, who have spent more than a decade trying to move toward something better than the system currently managing them — at real cost, with real disagreement, and with real losses along the way. The final article closes this series by stepping back from all of it — the figures, the network, the three arcs this publication has now completed — to ask what any of it was actually for.
