Do something good for your body, mind and spirit. Listen to music, get out in nature, dip your toes into warm sand. Walk the beaches, forests and anywhere in nature to breathe in the fresh air.  Life is so much better and so much more than negative news.

• Wait for your confirmation email from Prepare for Change (same day)
• Forward the donation confirmation to [email protected]
  • Include your full name as it appears on your driver’s license, phone number and email address and the words 2022 Shasta Conference 
• Print out your PFC confirmation email, bring it to the conference and present it to the person taking or selling tickets. They will have a list with your confirmation information waiting at the door.
