  1. I feel relaxed looking at the soap and letting it go by – I won’t do anything I do not want to do I do not feel fear. All these things are created to cause anxiety and division. It is madness what a bore

  2. Great message from Lori Ladd. If I were her father, I would say “Yeah, that’s my lad”, ha!
The simplicity of “We always have a choice” and apply it to our waking moments as much as possible, for we’re cycling with trying wheels to the sides, in our consciousness, is beautiful once the exercise begins to bear fruit: confidence, trust in oneself.

Yesterday, I walked through the main hall of the Central Railway Station of my city, around 22.30 pm. to the train that would take me to the smaller station near my home, where my bike was parked. I heard shouting in the distance and turned around. A group of people were seated in the benches in the middle of the hall, and one or two of them were arguing, one was shouting repeatedly, while 2 surveillance workers with yellow vests, were standing by. It seemed that alcohol was the fuel on an angry fire, from what I observed.

I watched numerous passengers around me, beginning to pay attention too, watching intently. This is such an instinctive response, isn’t it? To pay attention and watch, when events happen that disturb the place, with people shouting on an angry tone. I felt the same instinctive fascination, only for a little while, for I chose to let it be and walk on towards my train. One can experience an amount of “much-ado-about-nothing” on one day and that’s enough I should think.
