Well, at least some of you understood the concept of this exercise in finding positive examples that uplift the world. I hope you'll reach deep within and think about ways to spread positivity rather than focusing on the muck that we all know exists. Remember the story of the good wolf and the bad wolf always fighting…. The one who wins is the one you feed. Energy flows where attention goes so focus you attention on those things you want to see continue and grow in the world, especially actions of love, kindness, compassion, cooperation and gratitude for the beauty that still exists. I promise you feel better if you do!
About ten years ago I asked the Universe if I could be guided to be a part of something bigger than my work. I am a small business owner in Sebastopol, Ca. where I am a fine jewelry designer. I learned this craft and trade all by myself starting at 18 after growing up in a very poor and abusive family. I mentioned the family situation because in my 64 years life experience, I find that (generally) the most giving and generous souls often (not always obviously), came from struggle. We know what it feels like to suffer and go without and for me it has always made my heart be open to those in need. This planet density is not easy here and we are apparently here to learn some hard lessons that can help advance our souls. The challenges are many and in the end my greatest lesson has been to choose love, not fear. Also the gift of giving to others is truly the best feeling and I'm thankful to know that feeling. Ten years ago a couple weeks after my meditation to the Universe, an astrology woman came into my store and we had a wonderful conversation, became friends and exchanged emails. About a month later she sent an email titled "Matthew's Message's." I read it and it was obviously from somewhere outside of this planet, and it very beautiful to read. Matthew spoke of a coming Golden Age and said to stay out of fear. Stop watching news etc. I'm sure many of you know the drill…raise our vibration through love, not fear. A month later I received another Matthew Message and I looked up who Matthew is! Well I found this little site called "Matthewbooks.com." The short story intro on the site is very touching and it is the work of Suzy Ward and her deceased son Matthew. Telepathy is a real thing and much more interesting to me than channeling, as it is an actual conversation that continues daily with Matthew and his mother Suzy. I bought what was 4 books at that time and now there are 6. I read book one and was literally blown away at how many dots connected for my 20 plus years of research about many things on this planet that we are lied to by the controlling criminals. Especially the fact that we have never been alone here and we have been lied to about literally everything in our lives. Once you awaken to the truth, you cannot turn back and believe any of the obvious lies in media, Big Pharma etc. So I contacted Suzy the author and we became friends and I began buying and giving away her books to receptive souls in my store. After ten years and hundreds of hours of my time, giving away the books and discussing truth to help awaken souls to the importance of being and living in the light of love, I continue sharing messages of uplifting words. As Matthew says…"Light is Love, Love is Light." The opposite of Love is not hate, but fear. The entire news system was created for mass mind-control and fear. Anyway I have happily shared and gifted Suzy's amazing books with hundreds of folks who were ready for something that feels real and is completely uplifting and so important. Suzy and I are very good friends and she is now 88 years young and has a "sitting" with her son Matthew every day since 1994!!! I am also friends with an ex-mainstream news anchor who is all about alternative info for years now since she left C_N. I lined up an interview with Suzy for Coast to Coast radio and it was on August 26th with Cheryll Jones. I do all I can to bring Light and Love to as many souls as I can reach and I am thankful to be able to do so every year from now on. All the profit from Matthew's Message's book sales goes to feed starving children. Suzy is an Angel on earth. Sorry for the long story. Love David Allen

I have 6 feral cats, 4 dogs and 10 foxes whom I feed and care for…It started with just one fox on a wet night to come now to this. I have to say they lift my heart and the feeling of love I get is tremendous.
Love it!! I have 3 indoor outdoor kitties and 3 that show up when they need a boost. It's cute to see the feral faces pressed up against your back sliding door in anticipation of breakfast! One of them is brave enough to let me give it a bit of love but only on his terms, or I get a whack, not too hard, thankfully!! All my cats get along with the 3 stray's. One year, a big black tom cat showed up at the back door. My tabby who also adopted us, saw it was hungry and picked up a mouth full of food and dropped in in front of the hungry stray! Even animals have something to teach us about compassion. : )

YouTube is a commie web site censoring GOD CREATOR type language content in the videos.
They censor anything great and wholesome or the truth.
I have successfully infiltrated them with all messages of hope, love, compassion, moral compass issues, mental illness support, teaching Creators word without getting removed.
I find the music/meditation videos intended to help us ascend and stay next to the Creators plan.
I then leave this comment in the videos comment section:
"If you read this, doesn't matter where you are right now on this planet, I wish you a wonderful night and a happy peaceful life where all your dreams become true. Wishing you this from Colorado
I LOVE you all!"

This comment I left at the very top of this video received 1700 likes no thumbs down and 155 gratitude replies. This is one out of 111 comment sections I work with .
I have placed one hundred and eleven of the exact same comment on YouTube.
I get responses back full of LOVE, hope same wishes back to me from each little part of this planet.
This way its not my video they can take down and the person that made the video LOVES the comment section so full of well wishers! It stays up no problem.
Each day I rise, I find at least 10 to 20 "YOUTUBE GRATITUDERS" left me a message in the reply section of my comment.
You can request from YouTube that the replies from your comments be sent to your gmail account in box.
Each day the replies to my comments have such an array of wishes.
Mostly gratitude for what I told them.
However some folks open up and ask how they can get in touch with me.
I send them my e mail and I then help them mentally, spiritually or emotionally as they are really hurting in this life. LOST.
That's what I do from my small mountain top town.

We have been so molded by ideas of superiority/inferiority that we are deeply embedded with the concept of hero worship (and of worship itself) We expect "good deeds" be done in a formalized manner when really we can do good deeds simply by treating everyone we come into contact with as equal to us. Being thoughtful of the people we live with, talk with, have dealings with on an everyday basis. Most people ignore this and think one has to do something on a public scale or within a group. Our minds are so bent and twisted, we need to point out to each other when we are practicing superiority/inferiority behaviors. That requires self-confidence and an open mind to hear criticism. Doesn't mean one has to take it on as often times, people give criticism without realizing they are projecting some inferiority about themselves, onto someone else. However we still must be open to it so we can be aware of our "blind spots" and our biases. This is probably one of the kindest things we can do as it is an example to others.
Hello All, I like the idea and especially the spreading of good ideas. So many people want to DO something, but hardly know what. I have an association ICMA²C (International Center for Molested, Abducted and Abandoned Children, since 1994). Many people asked me what they could do in this hard times of revelation of the Truth, to lighten the lives of so many and especially Children. The Epstein scandals, the traficking of Children, the underground rescues of children and so on. Because it is obvious by now that nowhere in the world a decent governmental solution is at hands, I created within our association the V&CPA (Victim & Criminal Profiling Academy), one year ago. Creating a documentary in which I give homeless people lots of money and a video camera to document what they do with their money. Trying to dispell the myth that they will only spend it on drugs or alcohol instead of trying to improve their lives.

Back when I was at my job cashiering, one customer decided to buy groceries for another customer in front of them. The customer in front was shocked and said "Thank you!" Then, the customer who's groceries were bought pitched in $20 for the next customer, paying it forward! This wasn't me myself doing anything for anyone, but felt that it was noteworthy.
I myself could give good deals to customers, as my job emphasized customer service and allowed this to a certain extent. I have given free grocery items to customers on occasion, such as instances where they didn't quite have enough money, and they were very grateful.
Lately however, I've become a hermit lol! There are many ways to uplift though that are not in person, such as communication through the internet. I seek to explore and find knowledge both within and without and write about it, which can perhaps be uplifting.
Sharing your story and connecting to others is helpful. The last 2 years have turned many into hermits but we've made a lot of new friends with like minds over the internet. Thanks for sharing and caring!

Hello Victoria, if you don't mind my asking, isn't your example based on an assumption? If you mean to prove that the Earth is flat, by exposing a lie about the "Globe Theory" I don't believe there's any way or form to make us experience this. Is it?
Therefore, there's no upliftment in it, to me, especially because I can't see, nor experience, what's the positive effect of what you've done. When you want to lift us up to The Heavens, it may be a Stairway for you, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm fine by staying on firma terra's round body, and be in "The Heavens" of my choice. To each his/her own 😉
