The UFO Threat Narrative VS CE-5

Since the first announcement by the military of UFO’s in our airspace in 2019, talking points have been ramping up. The Pentagon has their team analyzing the threat narrative while Congress decides what to do with the information, artifacts and technology discovered in crash retrievals.
There are agencies within the government that the public was unaware of, Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP), the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office to track UFO activity near military installations (AARO), and now, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF). It’s getting difficult to keep up with all the anacronyms. The secret programs help me understand where the real threat is coming from and it doesn’t appear to be alien. Research has shown that information from CIA insiders is dodgy at best (See “The UFO Lie” at the end of article).
I find it odd that after a century of hiding or downplaying sightings and contact reports that these agencies now want to step in and take control of the information (again). There have been few, if any reports, on actual attacks or collisions caused by UFOs. Scientists no longer want us to use the term UFO as it’s associated with extraterrestrials.
They now prefer the term UAP, unidentified aerial phenomena. Perhaps it’s because they have successfully back engineered craft that can fly with gravity defying abilities and at hypersonic speeds. They can also cloak and may be drones, controlled remotely. Tic Tac anyone?
“NASA now even has an independent team of 16 scientists and astrophysicists who will be studying and attempting to understand more about these mysterious observations in the sky, or as they call them, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs).”
For nine months starting Oct. 24, 2022, the team will pour over unclassified data collected by civilian star gazers, national intelligence, and security departments. NASA stands for National Aeronautics and Space Administration, although they have earned themselves the dubious title of “Never A Straight Answer”. It is the same people still trying to maintain total control of the narrative and hide information of what has been flying in our skies, while also hiding advanced technology through patents and private corporations that have no government oversight. It’s interesting to note that NASA’s red vector resembles a forked tongue!
There is a plethora of civilian contact experiences and reports to MUFON that seldom get discussed in mainstream media, unless they are negative or frightening. It amazes me that there is so little press on the practice of CE-5, a term derived from J Allen Hynek’s original classification of contact experiences.
Meet J. Allen Hynek, the Astronomer Who First Classified UFO ‘Close Encounters’
Hynek devised a sixfold classification for UFO sightings. They are arranged according to increasing proximity:
Nocturnal lights
Lights in the night sky.
Daylight discs
UFOs seen in the daytime generally have a disc or oval shape but may also include triangular, diamond and cigar shapes.
Radar-visual
UFO reports that have radar confirmation—these try to offer harder evidence that the objects are real, although radar propagation can be occasionally discredited due to atmospheric anomalies.
There is video footage from military craft being shown widely in the news from sightings over Mexico and during the 2004 Nimitz Encounter taken from their gun cameras.
Close encounters of the first kind (CE1)
Visual sightings of an unidentified flying object, seemingly less than 500 feet (150 m) away.
Close encounters of the second kind (CE2)
A UFO event with physical effects; this can be interference of electronics and vehicle (there are reports of engines dying and restarting after the UFO has left). Animals reacting, a physiological effect such as paralysis or heat and discomfort in the witness, or some physical trace like impressions in the ground, scorched or otherwise affected vegetation, or a chemical trace. Some witnesses later discover scars where implants may have been inserted.
Former CIA officer reveals military officers have suffered injuries after encounters with UFOs. Some have experienced burns, developed cancers or brain lesions following their sightings which could have been back engineered craft of terrestrial origin. Dr. Christopher (Kit) Green explained this in his article posted in the DailyMail.com
“Although his paper, published in March 2010, makes references to ‘ETs’ and ‘off-world exposures’, Green told DailyMail.com that he was able to explain every injury he has treated by currently existing, albeit advanced, human technology”.

Close encounters of the fourth Kind
A close encounter of the fourth kind is a UFO event in which a human is abducted by a UFO or its occupants. This type was not included in Hynek’s original close encounters scale.
Hynek’s former associate Jacques Vallée argued in the Journal of Scientific Exploration that the fourth kind should refer to “cases when witnesses experienced a transformation of their sense of reality”, to also include non-abduction cases where absurd, hallucinatory or dreamlike events are associated with UFO encounters. The film The Fourth Kind refers to this category. Vallée had a cameo role in the movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Close encounters of the fifth kind (CE5)/Human Initiated Close Encounter (HICE)
A close encounter of the fifth kind refers to human-initiated contact with extraterrestrial, or extradimensional life forms or advanced interstellar civilizations, claiming direct communication between aliens and humans.
Close Encounters of the fifth kind, or ce5, was first coined by Dr. Steven Greer. Greer is a retired emergency room physician who founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) and the Disclosure Project, which seeks the disclosure of alleged classified UFO information.
In a CE5 event, individuals or groups use specific protocols to establish communication or interaction with extraterrestrial beings. These protocols primarily involve the use of contact meditation and may include the use of sounds or signals. Steven Greer has produced a number of crowd-funded documentaries on close encounters of the fifth kind which are quite educational. Some are available on YouTube, but others must be rented or purchased.
HICE also stands for human initiated contact experience which, in all cases I have seen or heard of, has been benevolent and beneficial to the observer or contactee(s). These experiences may include visual sightings, healings, downloaded information and profound changes in consciousness as a result of the contact.
For more information on the various modalities of contact and the outcomes of their studies, I recommend books from the FREE Foundation with Rey Hernandez and other scientists who conducted surveys in the thousands to come to these conclusions.

He and his wife have been holding group gatherings near their home and locations such as beautiful Mount Shasta and Joshua Tree California. They were given a telepathic message to start forming groups, all around the world, and as quickly as possible, in order to promote and practice CE-5. The process raises awareness and also boosts spirituality, and one’s ability to make these connections. Per Kosta –

Rather than waiting for governments and military agencies to leak drips and drabs of information on these visitors and guides, the grass root efforts of people practicing CE-5 and having contact will forge the way for more open experiences around the world and an evolution in global consciousness.

A bit of trivia before watching: The song, Calling Occupants, was originally produced in 1976 by a Canadian band called Klaatu. Klaatu happens to be the name of an alien in the 1951 movie, The Day the Earth Stood Still. The younger generation may be more familiar with the 2008 version staring Keanu Reeves. Although the movies are 57 years apart, the message is the same. There are extraterrestrials who watch over and want to help us, but we must stop the violence and wars. We are standing at the brink where we either destroy ourselves or take a leap of faith and evolve.
In 1977, The Carpenters created their own cover of the song which is the one used in this video. Interesting to note that it was the same year that Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Star Wars hit the theaters. Personally, I don’t believe in coincidence!
