Venus, Sacred Geometry, and the Evolution of Consciousness
When dreams overlap reality

Have you ever encountered a symbol that refused to leave you?

Not just something you noticed — but something that followed you, lingered, pressed gently at the edge of your thoughts until you were forced to look deeper?

That happened to me Saturday night when I saw an eight-pointed star on a TV show. I wondered what it represented in sacred geometry since I had just written an article on that topic. I also wondered if it was significant to UFO disclosure as some people claim it’s an identifying badge for some ET visitors that look like us. It turns out that the eight-pointed star represents Venus.

And as usual, these thoughts got me up just before 3 am to begin research. 3:00 AM is the “thinning of the veil,” a time when the mind is most receptive unfolding patterns. I had been dreaming of unfolding patterns and being in a library.  I’ll explain how this is all connected toward the end of this article.

The Eight-Pointed Star

An eight-pointed star, or octagram, is a geometric symbol formed by intersecting two squares or connecting vertices of an octagon, representing concepts like renewal, protection, and divinity across various cultures. It is known as the Khatim in Islamic art, the Star of Lakshmi in Hinduism, and a symbol of chaos in fantasy, often signifying balance, infinity, or the eight-fold path.

The eight-fold path is a Buddhist concept and way of living. The timing of this is fascinating, as the Monks finished their 2,300 mile Walk for Peace in Washington DC on February 10, 2026.

The eight-fold path is about living ethically, practicing meditation, and developing the wisdom to see things as they truly exist. These practices lead to a calmer, more emotionally stable, peaceful and happier life – the end of suffering.

The eight-pointed star is also associate with Ishtar or the Star of Inanna, a Mesopotamian symbol of the ancient Sumerian goddess, Inanna, and her counterpart, Ishtar. Ishtar is mostly associated with the Anunnaki and the planet Venus, also known as the morning star. Could it be so named because morning is the time of awakening, and we are currently in an awakening process on Earth?

The number eight is very significant such that it is used 73 times in the Bible.

We’ve been talking about finding inner balance for quite some time. And as we strive to become less judgmental and more compassionate during the ascension process, the timing  and synchronicity of the dream now makes more sense.

Significance of the Timing (February 2026)

My dream and the eight-pointed star aligns with several significant celestial events that emphasize “soft,” spiritual energy:

  • Venus in Pisces (Exalted): Since February 10, Venus has been moving through Pisces, the sign where it is considered most “exalted” or spiritually powerful. This placement emphasizes empathy, spiritual devotion, and unconditional love. – The day the Monks arrived in DC.
  • The Venus-North Node Conjunction: On February 17, 2026, Venus aligned with the North Node of Destiny. This is often interpreted as a “fated” moment for meeting “soul-contract” people or realizing a deeper spiritual purpose. We also experienced a lunar eclipse on this date – (perhaps you experienced a total eclipse of the heart 😉)
  • Heart-Mind Integration: As we approach the end of the month, Mercury (mind) and Venus (heart) are moving toward a conjunction in Pisces (exact on February 28). This is a potent time for forgiveness, healing, and intuitive clarity.

The “arrival” of the eight-pointed star symbol may be a nudge to focus on self-love and spiritual maturity—shifting our energy from “chasing” external validation to “radiating” our own inner light.

Does this sound familiar? In my last article about Sacred Geometry, the Vesica Pisces also generated this image of the fish, used in Christianity to show their devotion and faith.

It’s also an expression of Christ’s passion… And I believe love is the way to a new beginning for us all – genesis, if you will.
And “in the beginning” are the first three words of the Bible in Genesis, the creation story of the world. This act is described as an invitation to intimate fellowship, reflecting God’s deep affection and intentionality toward humanity.

Connection to Spiritual Love

In many traditions, the eight-pointed star (as the Star of Ishtar) represents a higher, more “divine” aspect of love that transcends the purely physical.

  • Divine Balance: Because it is formed by two overlapping squares, it symbolizes the union of spirit and matter. Its appearance often signifies a period where external actions are coming into alignment with internal soul’s truth.
  • Let your heart guide you!

A “Compass” for the Heart: Unlike the five-pointed star (which represents the more visceral/human cycle of Venus), the eight-pointed star represents the completed cycle—the wisdom gained after years of experience. Spiritually, this points to a love that is rooted in compassion, self-worth, and universal connection rather than just romantic desire.

Is that not what I’ve been talking about? The end of a very long cycle and the beginning of a new Golden Age. 2026 could be the reset and new beginning for humanity. From what I’m seeing intuitively this is the end of the Great Year that’s lasted approximately 25,920 years – Alpha and Omega, the beginning end and the ending, and a new beginning – We’re starting over in a new era.

I recalled something from my dream before wakening to look up the eight-pointed star. I was in a large library and climbing a ladder to get to the top shelf. I also saw a strange pattern that looked like an unfolding fan of many colors. My interpretation was that the colorful fan represented all the races of man – opening up, unfolding.

And that climb up the ladder in the Akashic records represents all of humanity – climbing, trying to reach enlightenment. It reminded me of the David Hawkins map of consciousness and how mankind becomes enlightened when we reach agape, unconditional love. God is love –
1 John 4:8. Made in God’s image.  Are we not gods?

With new information being released this week (February 20), such as the potential release of all information on UFOs and ET, perhaps we have reached a high enough level of consciousness where this could take place without causing mass panic.

Only when we rise to the higher levels of consciousness, letting go of fear and judgment and instead, embracing compassion, cooperation and love for each other – will we be truly ready to meet and work with our cosmic cousins.

Are you ready? Keep reaching higher!

Follow your star, let it guide you

Follow your star, let it lead you
It’s older and wiser than time
It’s there to inspire

When the sun warms the earth
And the sky grows clear
Fools follow daydreams
That soon will be gone
But that faithful old star
Just shines on and on

Follow your star, let it show you
That troubles seem worse than they are
Never think of them
You’ll rise above them
If you just follow your star
Follow, follow your star

I've been interested in all things related to metaphysics, parapsychology, spirituality and anything related to space since childhood. I'm the kid who used to let the Jehova Witness and Mormans into the house so I could ask a million questions. I've always wanted to be of service and ended up working as an EMT and later in law enforcement. A family job transfer lead me to Washington State for 5 years where I went back to studying spiritual phenomenon and meeting some fascinating people. I've had several initiations, was taught energy healing and became certified in Reiki III over the final 3 years. I had a larger awakening and understanding of how it Reiki worked, remote sensing and more after returning to CA in 2001. I love researching and now writing and being a spokesperson for benevolent contact with NHIB through the practice of meditation. I experienced a spontaneous healing and not long after the "quickening" of 12/21/2012, began having more paranormal experiences, including seeing the UFOs, and orbs that fly over at night. I'm also a volunteer /Admin for ETLetsTalk and love teaching others how to make that connection that I know will one day lead us out of the darkness and into a brighter future.
