Everybody Wants to Rule the World

I have spent the better part of three decades in this seeking space. From political to financial to power to the occult and supernatural. I have sat across from intelligence sources, whistleblowers, galactic emissaries, resistance movement contacts, and Vatican-adjacent financiers. I have heard the Pleiadian version, the Annunaki version, the White Hat version, the GFL version, and more permutations of the liberation narrative than I can count. And through all of it — through the dead ends, the stunning confirmations, the source collapses, and the occasional moment that made the hair on the back of my neck stand up — one thing has remained constant.

Everybody wants to rule the world.

That is not cynicism. It’s pattern recognition. And right now, in the spring of 2026, that pattern is playing out at a scale and speed I haven’t seen in my lifetime. Nor, so out in the open. The horses are in the gate. The bell is about to ring. And if you know where to look — and what questions to ask before the noise becomes deafening — you can see larger parts of the whole board.

I want to plant one idea here at the start of a new series and ask you to carry it through everything that follows. The question is never which story is true. The question is what each story does to the people inside it. That’s the only measure that cannot be faked. We will come back to this. By the time we reach the final article, you will understand why.

And here is the one thing every faction competing for Earth’s administration has in common — the thing hidden in plain sight across every version of the liberation narrative I have ever encountered: very few of them has sustained conversations with the others. My friend, Rob Potter, that did, isn’t here anymore. And he’d want to be here for this precise moment. But he has been silenced. That silence, and the others who go it alone, is as important as anything they are saying. We will follow that thread too.

That is what this series is for.

A Tale as Old as Time

Here is what I want you to hold as we move through this series: what is happening right now is not new. The players have updated their branding. The platforms have changed. The stakes have been reframed in the language of galactic governance and frequency shifts and civilizational transition. But the underlying dynamic — the contest for legitimacy, for the authority to administer what comes next — is the oldest story in the human archive.

The Book of Enoch describes it. The Sumerian tablets describe it. The Vedic epics describe it. Every indigenous cosmology with a flood narrative and a memory of beings who came before describes it. There was a time before this time. Something happened. The order that existed was disrupted or destroyed. And ever since, various factions — human, non-human, and hybrid — have been arguing about who has the right to rebuild it, and on whose terms.

Zecharia Sitchin spent decades arguing the Annunaki were humanity’s benefactors — creator gods who gave us civilization and deserve gratitude and perhaps deference. The Book of Enoch tells the same story with the moral valence completely inverted: the Watchers gave humanity forbidden knowledge, bred with human women in violation of natural and divine law, produced a hybrid race of giants who terrorized the planet, and were imprisoned for their transgression. Same beings. Same events. Completely opposite moral conclusion. The question of which narrative you accept is not a theological question. It is a political question. Because one narrative pre-authorizes a returning authority. The other demands accountability from it.

Every origin story is a jurisdiction claim. Every cosmology is a governance proposal. Read them that way and you will never be captured by any one of them.

I have met and worked with researchers and sources who represent most of the major frameworks currently competing for your allegiance. Benjamin Fulford, whose P3 Vatican-Masonic-White Hat-St. Germain-Asian Secret Society-et al network intelligence has been remarkably consistent and detailed over nearly two decades. Cobra, whose Resistance Movement framework and compression breakthrough model has maintained internal coherence since 2012 in ways that are genuinely difficult to dismiss. Kim Goguen, whose Global Intelligence Agency reports and Trustee claims represent perhaps the most radical and operationally specific alternative intelligence framework in the space. Rob Potter, whose liberation cosmology is rooted in direct contact experience and decades of genuine service to this community. Juan O’Savin, whose insider framing bridges the military-political and esoteric in ways that have proven prescient more than once. Each brings a cosmic lens to earthly things that are waaaaayy out there.

I have also engaged with by monitoring the sanctioned disclosure vector — the institutionally credentialed voices like Luis (Lue) Elizondo and Steven Greer and David Grusch, who carry Pentagon letterhead or congressional testimony as their credibility markers. And I have watched Tom DeLonge, the Blink-182 guitarist who was handed intelligence access and tasked with packaging disclosure for a younger demographic — a curated delivery vehicle for a specific faction’s message, doing exactly what he was designed to do.

Here is what I have learned from all of them, and what I want you to carry into this series: they cannot all be right about the facts. But they can all be right about the pattern. And the pattern is this — everyone at the table wants to be at the head of it.

The Week the World Changed Its Story

On May 8, 2026, the Pentagon opened the PURSUE portal — the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters — and released 162 declassified files containing photographs, military reports, witness accounts, and archival NASA imagery spanning eight decades of unresolved sightings. It was the first formal, multi-agency, presidentially directed release of its kind in American history. Donald Trump’s Truth Social post directing it used explicit language that no previous administration had risked: files related to alien and extraterrestrial life. Not ‘aerial phenomena.’ Not ‘unidentified objects.’ Extraterrestrial life. Hidden in plain sight inside a social media post.

Pause here. Let that land. A sitting U.S. president used the word extraterrestrial in a directive to the Pentagon. We are past the threshold.

Thirty-five days later — June 12, 2026 — Steven Spielberg releases Disclosure Day in IMAX globally. The man who shaped how an entire civilization feels about contact with non-human intelligence, through Close Encounters of the Third Kind and E.T., returns to that terrain for the first time in twenty years. His tagline: ‘If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you — would that frighten you?’ The film’s whistleblower protagonist wants full disclosure. Its corporate antagonist wants to stop him. Does this mirror reality or is it something else? This is not a small film. This is a cultural programming event at the highest bandwidth available.

Meanwhile, in what passes for conventional political reality, Donald Trump and Xi Jinping emerged from their summit having negotiated what may be the most consequential restructuring of global economic architecture since Bretton Woods. Two men, representing the two largest economies and roughly 2.8 billion people between their nations, quietly sketching the governance model for whatever comes next. The New York Post captured the moment with unintentional precision: ‘Why Can’t Xi Be Friends?’ The absurdist humor barely masked what it was pointing at — two of the most powerful men in the history of civilization finding common ground at exactly the moment when everything is being renegotiated.

The Galactic Senate is convening. The only question is who gets a seat, who gets to vote, and who wrote the rules.

And then there is Mel Gibson. His two-part Resurrection of the Christ — $200 million, IMAX, sources close to the project confirm — will include the fall of the angels, battles between cosmic forces of good and evil in other realms, and a Christ who descends not into comfortable theological abstraction but into the actual architecture of the interdimensional war that the Book of Enoch has been describing for 2,300 years. The Ethiopian Bible — the only canonical tradition that never removed Enoch — is getting its cultural moment. And it is arriving in multiplex theaters near you.

This is not coincidence. Convergences at this scale and velocity do not happen by accident. They happen because multiple forces, with different agendas and different beneficiaries in mind, have all calculated that the window is open — and that whoever establishes the dominant narrative framework in the next twelve to twenty-four months will hold extraordinary influence over what the transition looks like, and who it serves. Kinda sounds like a plan, no?

When the Tone Changes, Follow the Money

For anyone who has been in this space longer than five minutes, the shift in mainstream media tone is the most telling data point of all. Not the content — the tone. Content can be managed, contextualized, hedged. Tone reflects editorial directives. And editorial directives reflect ownership decisions. When ownership decides the conversation can happen, it happens.

NewsNation, through investigative correspondent Ross Coulthart and his Reality Check platform, has been the institutional vanguard — the journalistic advance team that spent four years making the UAP conversation respectable inside a cable news framework. Coulthart broke the David Grusch story. He has covered every congressional hearing with the rigor of a Walkley Award-winning investigative journalist, which he is. His coverage of the May 8 PURSUE release was immediate, detailed, and technically sophisticated — live analysis of the declassified footage alongside former Pentagon UAP investigator Lue Elizondo, who called it ‘a drop in the proverbial ocean’ and described the administration’s approach as ‘dipping your toe in the water before you decide to take a high dive and cannonball into the deep end.’ Then again, most recently, this past week, Elizondo appeared on CNN with Laura Coates and said, “What I’m saying is that we have something that is made by non-humans so whatever that means right, we’re talking about aliens in the vernacular sense, are we talking about something that’s been here all along?”

CNN covered the PURSUE release straight. No sneer. No dismissive framing. Straight coverage, including an interview with Dan Farah, director of The Age of Disclosure documentary. The Wall Street Journal has covered it. The New York Times broke the story that started this modern cycle in December 2017 and has tracked it since. The institutional media infrastructure is no longer treating this as a fringe conversation. That decision was made at ownership level, not editorial level. Something changed upstream.

Here is the question to hold: if the information itself has not fundamentally changed — if we have had whistleblowers, military testimony, and unexplained footage for decades — why is the permission structure changing now?

So, the media are one set of gatekeepers. If they’re on the disclosure train right now, that’s a significant shift that changes reality. Then we’ve got Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets and was sworn into office on the Ethiopian Orthodox Bible — the one that still contains the Book of Enoch — told Joe Rogan in August 2025 that she has seen photographic evidence of vehicles not made by mankind. She told him the intelligence community uses the term ‘interdimensional beings’ for entities that can move through time and space in ways that defy our current understanding of physics. She told the public to read the Book of Enoch. She connected the technology transferred to early humanity by the Watchers directly to the advanced capabilities of modern UAPs. A sitting U.S. congresswoman, on the most listened-to podcast on Earth, made the complete connection between ancient text, modern disclosure, and the nature of the beings involved — on the record, with her name attached.

This is not the fringe. This is the starting gate.

And this report also happened this week, provided by Jesse Watters of Fox News, broadcast on the evening show. It definitely crosses the reality threshold:

The One Filter That Cuts Through Everything

I have one editorial position on all of this, and I have held it since Prepare for Change worked on their mission statement within the Council I participated in back around 2019. I hold it still with some expansion at ends, at Naradigm Shift, with more conviction than I had then.

Planetary liberation. Human empowerment. Transparent. Judged by deeds.

Not by origin stories. Not by cosmological credentials. Not by the sophistication of the framework or the charisma of the messenger or the antiquity of the bloodline claim or the galactic rank of the emissary. By deeds. By outcomes. By what actually happens to actual human beings when the dust settles.

Jesus articulated the same principle two thousand years ago and it has not been improved upon: you will know them by their fruits. A tree that produces liberation produces liberation. A tree that produces rebranded control, no matter how elaborately it describes its own benevolence, produces rebranded control. The fruit does not lie.

This is the question to ask every actor in this drama, from the Pentagon to the Pleiades: What specifically changes for ordinary human beings? Who decides? Who benefits? And what happens to those who say no?

This series will give every major faction its best argument. The bloodline claim. The galactic confederation model. The resistance movement framework. The sovereign trustee position. The nationalist multipolar axis. The breakaway civilization. The religious eschatological claim. We will present each one fairly, with the strongest case its proponents would make. And then we will apply the litmus test.

Not because any one answer is obvious. It is not. Real disclosure — if and when it comes in whatever form it takes — will not be simple. The truth of what has been happening on and around this planet for thousands of years is almost certainly more complex, more morally ambiguous, and more demanding of human discernment than any single framework currently offered can contain.

But complexity is not the same as paralysis. You can hold multiple possibilities simultaneously, evaluate them against observable outcomes, and refuse to pre-authorize any administrator until the deeds are visible. That is not cynicism. That is the most powerful position available to a free human being in a moment of genuine civilizational choice.

The disclosure train has left the station. The question is not whether it is moving. The question is where it is going, who is driving it, and whether the destination serves you.

What Comes Next

Over the coming weeks, Naradigm Shift will publish the remaining articles in this series. That is a bandwidth decision. Someone decided the audience needed to be prepared. We will ask prepared for what.

INTERPRETIVE FORK — The disclosure now unfolding is not heading toward one conclusion. It is heading toward at least two simultaneously — and which one a person lands on will depend almost entirely on the framework they bring to the moment. One version of this story ends in cosmic uplift and contact with benevolent intelligence. Another ends in the recognition that what has been operating in the shadows is something far darker than craft retrieval. This series is about building the framework before the moment of choice arrives — so that when it does, you are navigating by your own discernment rather than someone else’s prepared narrative.

And we will ask the question that nobody in the mainstream is asking, because nobody in the mainstream has been doing this long enough to know to ask it: why are all the competing narratives surfacing simultaneously? Why is every faction making its legitimacy claim at the same moment? And why — if they are all working toward humanity’s liberation — are none of them substantially talking to or working with each other? The silence between the factions is data. We will read it carefully.

I do not have a definitive answer. I have never claimed to. What I have is thirty years of pattern recognition, a network of sources who span the full spectrum of this conversation, an editorial commitment to epistemic honesty, and the conviction that you — the reader, the listener, the human being navigating this moment — deserve the most complete picture anyone can assemble with the information currently available.

The horses are settling in the gate. The bell is coming.
