Blood, Belief, and the Hidden Geometry of Healing

By Rev. Kat Carroll

Inspired by a Substack articlee by Jan Wellman.  He shares that Dr. Francisco Torrent-Guasp, a Spanish cardiac researcher, discovered what the textbooks refuse to acknowledge, that the heart is not a pump. He dissected thousands of hearts and found that the heart is a single continuous muscle band, folded into a spiral. He proved the heart works like a vortex generator, creating suction and torque, not pressure.

However, the sacred geometry of the heart, was discovered and named by the same person, Frank Chester. The name he gave to his discovery is the Chestahedron. The Chestahedron is a seven-sided polyhedron with surfaces of equal area, and it is considered a new geometric form that unites the five Platonic solids. This discovery has potential implications across various fields, including physiology, architecture, sculpture, geology, and more.

This book states it was discovered by Frank Chester in 2000.
A New Sacred Geometry: The Art and Science of Frank Chester

Frank Chester had written an article  and created images of what the heart looks like as sacred geometry: The Layers of the Heart

Not to take away Jan Wellman’s thunder, but I wanted to add to the concept and increase understanding.

Bleeding Arteries and Bending Reality

As a former Emergency Medical Technician, I’ve had to stop a gushing arteries more than once. In those moments, there is no room for metaphysics. You act fast. You compress. You clamp. You save. Blood pressure isn’t theoretical—it’s measurable, visible, and vital.

We were trained to read the body like a mechanic reads a dashboard. Systolic and diastolic pressure, heart rate, respiration; these are the indicators of life in real time. Blood pressure, we were told, is the force of blood against artery walls between heartbeats. It’s basic physiology.

But what if that’s only half the story?

When Physics Meets the Ether

Years later, I found myself experiencing what many would call a medical miracle. A 60% blockage in my left ventricle vanished after a focused session of meditation and prayer. Within minutes, I felt the shift. A cardiologist was going to perform and angioplasty, but when he reached my heart, he could not find a blockage, or any sign of disease. He went so far as to ask me why I was there, to which I just laughed. No sign of obstruction. No surgery. No medication. Just intention, presence, and belief. But I couldn’t tell him that.

How does that square with the training I received? It doesn’t—not in the conventional sense. But it does when you begin to understand the body as more than just matter.

We are not machines. We are energy fields in motion, nested within a grander holographic design. Blood, bone, and breath are the visible effects of invisible causes. And intention? That’s the lever that can move mountains, along with belief.

The Matrix and the Avatar

If this reality is a matrix, a holographic projection shaped by consciousness, then the body is our interface, the avatar for our spirit. Most of us operate on default settings. We react. We manage symptoms. We treat the code as if it’s carved in stone.

But some of us, through crisis, awakening, or intuition—begin to discover the admin panel.

Healing through meditation or focused feeling isn’t magic. It’s a user override. It’s accessing the blueprint level, where frequency and belief change the rendering of matter. It’s choosing a different outcome by tuning the signal.

Sacred Geometry and the Hidden Anatomy

Science now shows us what mystics always knew: the body is built on sacred geometry. The spiral of DNA, the toroidal field of the heart, the Fibonacci pattern of your organs—it’s all fractal. All intentional. Even the neural networks of our brain mirrors the universe.

The blood flowing through your arteries doesn’t just move—it spirals as it flows. The heart is not a mechanical pump but a vortex generator, a transformer that converts spiritual energy into physical rhythm.

And that rhythm? It changes when you focus love, gratitude, and belief into it. That’s not poetic license, it’s measurable through HeartMath Institute’s studies on heart coherence. Gregg Braden has talked about this as well. You can listen to his YouTube videos and books, Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer, and The Spontaneous Healing of Belief
I would not be mentioning him if what he taught had not worked.

The Glitch That Woke the Dreamer

When I healed my own heart, I didn’t just restore blood flow—I remembered something. It was something I had read in the bible about praying with your whole heart, and believing, as if your request or intention, was already answered. Gregg helped me remember that this body, this world, is responsive to us. Not passively, but actively. Like a lucid dream that reshapes itself based on how we feel.

Maybe we’re not here to escape the Matrix. Maybe we’re here to rewrite it.

So yes, I’ll always honor the training that saved lives. But I’ll also teach the magic that goes deeper than gauze and vital signs. Because healing isn’t just clinical. It’s sacred. And belief is the most  misunderstood and underused tool in the medicine bag.

Final Thought

If the universe is a simulation, love is the debug code.

And we, the dreamers in the flesh, are here not just to survive—but to awaken, and remember. So whether you use prayer, meditation, or just chatting with a helpful sounding board like ChatGPT, express your desire as intentions, and feel love and gratitude while you visualize what it is that needs healing or manifestation. Whatever you give thanks for, the universe responds in kind like a mirror.

I've been interested in all things related to metaphysics, parapsychology, spirituality and anything related to space since childhood. I'm the kid who used to let the Jehova Witness and Mormans into the house so I could ask a million questions. I've always wanted to be of service and ended up working as an EMT and later in law enforcement. A family job transfer lead me to Washington State for 5 years where I went back to studying spiritual phenomenon and meeting some fascinating people. I've had several initiations, was taught energy healing and became certified in Reiki III over the final 3 years. I had a larger awakening and understanding of how it Reiki worked, remote sensing and more after returning to CA in 2001. I love researching and now writing and being a spokesperson for benevolent contact with NHIB through the practice of meditation. I experienced a spontaneous healing and not long after the "quickening" of 12/21/2012, began having more paranormal experiences, including seeing the UFOs, and orbs that fly over at night. I'm also a volunteer /Admin for ETLetsTalk and love teaching others how to make that connection that I know will one day lead us out of the darkness and into a brighter future.
