Cobra welcomed everyone and started as usual with the Brilliant White Light Meditation to align energies.
Brilliant White Light Meditation
-Close your eyes and watch your breath coming in and out, and as you do so, you relax. As you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your being. As you breathe out, you radiate Brilliant White Light in all directions into your surroundings and just increase that light.
-And as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your physical body. Permeate your organs, your bones, every cell with Brilliant White Light. As you breathe out, you release everything you no longer need from your physical body — all diseases, viruses, pain — just let it go. And as you breathe out, you radiate Brilliant White Light in all directions. Just keep breathing like that.
-And now, as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your plasma body. Permeate everything with that light. As you breathe out, you release all the anomaly, all the Lurker, everything you need to let go. And as you breathe out, you radiate Brilliant White Light in all directions. Just keep breathing like that.
-And now, as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your energy body, your etheric body. Permeate all your chakras and meridians with that light. As you breathe out, you release all the blockages from your chakras and meridians that you no longer need — just let it go. And as you breathe out, you radiate Brilliant White Light from your etheric body in all directions. Just keep breathing like that.
-And now, as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your emotional, astral body. Permeate your emotional body with that light. As you breathe out, you release all the emotions you no longer need — fear, anger, guilt, depression, jealousy, sadness, whatever it is — it has to go. And as you breathe out, you radiate that light from your emotional body in all directions. Just keep breathing like that.
-And now, as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into your mental body, into your mind, permeating all your thoughts with that light. As you breathe out, you release all the mental patterns, thoughts, belief systems, doubts and worries that you no longer need — it has to go. And as you breathe out, you radiate that light from your mental body in all directions. Just keep breathing like that.
-And now, as you breathe in, you breathe Brilliant White Light into the totality of your being. As you breathe out, you radiate Brilliant White Light in all directions. And as you keep breathing like that, you begin to realize that you are a Being of Light.

And we confirm that fact by singing the sacred word OM three times.

-And as a Being of Light, you connect with the other Beings of Light in this group, and together we are one big Being of Light. As a group, we breathe in Brilliant White Light and bring it into our being, and as a group we radiate Brilliant White Light in all directions. And as we keep breathing like that, we begin to realize that we are a Being of Light.

-And as a group, as a Being of Light, we connect with all the other points of Light on the planet — groups, couples and individual points of Light joining together. We are creating a planetary network of Light. You can feel, experience, or visualize that network of Light growing, expanding across the Earth, until all darkness disappears and all suffering ends, until the whole planet becomes one huge Being of Light. This is the moment of planetary liberation.

-Now visualize our galaxy, the Milky Way, as a double-spiral star, with billions upon billions of stars. Each star is a galactic point of Light, and together they create a network of Light. At the center of the galaxy is the Central Sun, and the Galactic Central Sun is sending Brilliant White Light to the stars, and the stars are sending Light to our planet — the last planet to be accepted into the Galactic Network of Light. This is the prophecy: when all darkness disappears and only Light remains. And the time is now.

-Now visualize a pillar of sky-blue Light coming from the sky, through this room, through this group, into the center of the Earth; and another pillar of sky-blue Light coming from the Earth, through us, and up into the sky. That pillar flows in both directions at once. Above us, in the stratosphere, is a mothership of the Galactic Confederation, which is the source of that pillar of Light. It is high in the sky. That pillar is here to protect us and to align us with the highest purpose of this conference. Remain in that energy field for a few moments.
-As you breathe in, you breathe the essence of the mothership into your heart. As you breathe out, you radiate the essence of your heart into the light of the mothership. Just keep breathing like that. Following your own choice, you can call upon all the Beings of Light — Saint Germain, the Archangels, Goddess Isis, Goddess Kuan Yin — and upon the Ascended Masters and Ascended Beings, asking them to help align us with this conference. We can stay a few moments in silence.
-And slowly you become aware of your surroundings — the sounds around you, your physical body, the floor beneath your feet. When you are ready, you can open your eyes and be fully present here and now.
INTRODUCTION
Energetic activations started in May in Bora Bora and will reach a peak in July 2026 as we prepare for the
compression breakthrough. The activation which started in Bora Bora on May 24th permitted the start of the
compression breakthrough which is based on physics and cannot be stopped.
The key to the new heaven has descended to the level of the planet, and the key to the new earth has ascended to the heaven. The new heaven key together with the new earth key can transform all planes of creation in the quantum field which can transform anything that is not of the light including all anomaly permeating the physical plane.
The new earth key focuses on the physical plane. The two keys met and anchored on the 24th of May and
created a chain reaction in the quantum field. These energies have been permanently anchored on the
physical plane and these keys meeting have created a reaction which is slow at the beginning and is gathering
a momentum that cannot be stopped.
The New Heaven and New Earth keys are learning from each other and getting stronger. There is a Mass
Meditation planned for July 25th 2026 which will be more effective if we reach critical mass. It will still happen if
under 144 000 people meditate at the same time. Information on the mass meditation needs to be shared with videos and to
influencers with a large following, Instagram and other platforms and they can be directed to Cobra’s Blog to

Cobra asked who in the audience was willing to hold a physical group meditation on the 25th in France and
elsewhere. Participants volunteered from Paris; the centre and south of France; Cathar country in France,
Rome in Italy; Viareggio, Italy; an area close to Geneva and Sweden. It is better to meet in a physical group. If
that is not possible, you can do it online, so we all do it at the same time. The Chinese group and Cindy from the French “Prepare For Change” Team are offering online meditations which will be posted on websites.

There will be 3 booster meditations to prepare the energy during the exceptional 10-day period of astrological
alignments.
The July 15th and July 21st meditations and times are all posted on Cobra’s Blog which will prepare for
the main activation on the 25th July which has the most important astrological configuration in our lifetime for
opening the ascension doorway.
MAIN ACTIVATION on July 25th, 2026 at 5:53 AM UTC
This astrological configuration started in the 1950’s when Ashtar made contact
with our planet to start the ascension process.
This led to the late 1970s and early 80s genuine new age movement spiritual awakening before the fake new
age movement transpired.
Pluto activates this aspect again on July 25th, 2026, when the ascension process will be reactivated after 40+
years; activating the compression breakthrough for the planet.
TACHYONS
Tachyons are the first particle to be created; they are connected to source.
These subatomic particles travel faster than anything and carry energy of source that harmonize and heal. The dark forces have a net of ionosphere heaters that block the tachyons entering the surface of the earth.
The tachyon chamber has an oscillation crystal on a space station. There was one on Genesis II which was deorbited in September last year. There was a spare one in orbit, so the chambers are working from this one now until Cobra puts a second one
in orbit as backup which is not easy.
There is a quantum link for tachyons to reach the surface of the planet from the crystal in orbit through a
wormhole to the crystal in the tachyon chamber. This creates a hyperdimensional wormhole that can conduit
the tachyons to the tachyon chambers.
There are two types of tachyon chambers; one is a healing chamber and the other is to tachyonise crystals
which are not publicly available. There are only two in the world.
Tachyon Chambers harmonise living tissue. There are many chambers in France. For some reason the French people
like tachyon chambers very much! There are 90 chambers in France; 1 chamber for every 50 000 people.

Q. What is the role of Northern countries (Sweden/Scandinavia) in this process?
C: Northern countries are important as they are connected to the North Pole which is a portal; those regions
bring very specific energies to polar regions such as Siberia and Northern Canada.
Similarly, those countries in the South are connected to the South Pole.
Q. What is the role of China in this process?
C: It is not of the highest purpose to answer this question now. There are Dragon energy and Ley Lines there.
Q. What is the state of the Notre Dame vortex now?
C: As a result of rituals in Notre Dame there is decreased energy in the vortex to a certain degree.
Q. What do you think of José Arguelless and his book?
C: José Arguelles was instrumental in the 1987 harmonic convergence which was a precursor for the 11:11
gateway which Solara assisted in opening. It is up to you to decide how you like the book is when you read it.
Q: We had a heat wave coincide with the workshop this week; is it the Dark Forces? What is the role of the
heat wave we are experiencing? Do you think the entities are burning up?
C: Quite soon the Dark entities will burn in hell anyway.
Q: What about the energetic helmet (block) that was mentioned at the Bora Bora conference?
C: It will take some time for it to be dissolved.
Q. Why can we not share the notes from this meeting with friends before 4th July?
C: Best to wait. To allow energies to move, be integrated and time to settle before releasing.
Q. How are the Cathar regions relevant?
C. I’m waiting for the positive templars to wake up and act on their mission.
Q. I visited the Barabar caves in India and felt my cells being activated – what is the history?
C. Cave structures tend to have very high vibration. In India Buddhist monks meditate in the Ellora caves there
because of their high vibration and leave their imprints.
Q. Is it true that there is a chamber under the Giza Plateau?
C. There is an extensive underground network of chambers from Giza to Malta and the Vatican. It is heavily
suppressed by the Cabal and there is a negative masonic network in Egypt that are suppressing disclosure.
There is an ancient spaceship buried under the pyramids in Giza.
There is a special energy in the Abydos temple; the lower section of the temple is about 16,000 years old from
the time of Atlantis and there is a sacred lake where the energies can still be felt.
Q. What is happening with the positive templars and the activation of the Mary Magdalene mysteries?
C. The templars are the keepers of the teachings of Mary; maybe they are fearful. They need to be more active
and speak up and activate the Mary Magdalene legacy.
BEHIND THE SCENES
Cobra said he can finally speak about some things happening behind the scenes.
On May 24th the compression breakthrough was activated with long lasting consequences for this planet.
The Hell Layer which is 30 Meters above the surface has kept the quarantine in place using Atlantean technology for the last 26 000 years and keeps everyone repressed. The frequencies emitted affect everyone’s mental and physical bodies.
In 1994/1995 enough people were awakening that the matrix grid was disintegrating. In 1996, the Archon
invasion kept upgrading the Artificial Intelligence making the grid stronger.
The May 24th activation put in a code of new earth and new heaven which is disintegrating this structure.
From May 24th to July 9th the Light Forces have been testing and learning how the matrix is disintegrating and
the reaction of the dark forces which can be very dangerous.
The real process of the disintegration of the matrix which broadcasts programs of suffering, will be on July 9th
and the system will be impregnated with light. We are in the most intense energy which is often fierce. There
was an intense process beginning this week where the Light Forces are learning how to breach the matrix and
made a big breakthrough in the artificial barrier. It is very intense and this can remove the last of the physical
blocks for the Manifestation of our Golden Timeline Process.
Until now, those who have tried to work on their Golden Timeline Manifestation get to a certain level and
cannot go past certain blocks for example issues with relationships and money.
The Dark Forces continue to create the manifestation of suffering through programs that they are broadcasting. After July 9th the broadcast strength will decrease, and a breakthrough created so manifestation will be much easier.
The Light Forces’ strength will impregnate the system with light, which will be anchored into the vortex energy point in Place
VendÖme in Paris. This location was chosen by Saint Germain; from that moment on it will be anchored forever.

Q. Could you tell us about the vortex which is in the South of France?
C. It’s very strong and will bring in a lot of light.
Q. What about Mount Bugarach in France?
C. There is a space station above, and underneath there is an ancient Agartha base.
Q, Any news that the Anutara family have been activated?
No news.
Q. What do you mean exactly by not ‘activated’ especially related to the templars?
C: Not active in their mission for this incarnation i.e. not doing it.
Q. What about CERN in Geneva and the dark forces?
C: It is still used to a certain degree. This is not a big deal anymore.
Q. Is it true that all pyramids are activated?
C. One of the grids activated in June.
Q. What does it mean exactly not ‘Activated’?
C: Not active in this incarnation means not doing one’s mission.
Q. Are templars aware of who they are?
C: Yes, some are and they are afraid to speak out.
Q. Could there be some templars here in the room.
C: There might be.
9th JULY 2026 : SAINT GERMAIN ACTIVATION
Activation July 9th for Abundance in the Octagon of place Vendôme, Paris.
Octagon is used in sacred geometry to bring harmony and reduce anomaly. The traffic around the Vendôme Place
flows in a hexagonal pattern around the central pillar. ( the square is octagon and the roads around are hexagonal shaped).
Light forces will use this geometry on July 9th to anchor
a golden chalice of light so there will be etheric gold anchored.
There will also be an emerald chalice in that hexagonal region.
I think the pillar is made of bronze. The activation will be very powerful for that location, then it will move to
the rest of Paris, France and the rest of the world
There is a meditation to support the process, and this can be done on July 9th which St Germain will use to
create the new financial system.
PLACE Vendôme MEDITATION
-Close your eyes and watch your breath.
-As you breathe in, breathe in golden light. As you breathe out, breathe out golden light.
-Just keep breathing like that and now visualize a mothership above Place Vendôme in the stratosphere.
-Visualize the mothership creating a golden chalice of light which is slowly descending. The whole square is inside this chalice which
emanates abundance.
-Imagine a slightly smaller emerald chalice coming from the mother ship and placing itself centrally in Place Vendôme.
-Visualize Saint Germaine on the mothership and sending blessings of abundance to the square until the chalice starts to overflow through the square, through Paris and France and then to the whole planet and all banking systems globally.
-Visualize Saint Germaine sending light to the chalice which is overflowing and the energy fills Paris, then France and the world.
People’s lives are now abundant.
-This emerald light activates the emerald grid, and we just keep visualizing this for a few more moments.
-Slowly become aware of your physical body, the sounds around you, the floor beneath your feet.
This meditation can be shared after July 4th and can be done wherever you are to support the St Germain
activation on July 9th.
Cobra asked people to share their experience of the meditation:
1. I felt a lot of love, very moved, energy flowing through my heart when connecting with the emerald light
which I was very impressed by.
2. Flow of golden light was very abundant and intense. I have never seen such beautiful golden light.
3. I saw emeralds on surface of earth are bursting with fire and making a bridge to July 9th activation.
4. I had an intense and beautiful experience of golden light bursting with white sparks and flowing so
beautifully and abundantly.
5. I saw the energy like mycelium trying to spread but being blocked because of the concrete.
Cobra replied that this is an issue that the Light Forces are trying to resolve.
6. Another participant shared that there was a strong march ending at Place Vendome earlier this week for the
protection of children. It was calm but happened there and wondered if there was a connection?
Cobra said there is a gearing up of the energies already at Place Vendome in preparation for July 9th activation.
The people working in the area around place Vendome must be noticing the strong energy there and
wondering what is happening.

Q. Is the quantum economic system linked to Nesara/Gesara?
C. Yes.
Q. What about red beryl?
C. It can help with healing sexual energy. It is very rare and can only be found in Utah.
Q. Last night there was a very strong earthquake in Venezuela? Can you comment on this?
C. It is part of the planetary purification process, a release of tension.
Q. I found an opal.
C. Can the owner come pick it up?
Q. When manifesting, how can we remove our blocks?
A. We will do something for this later in the workshop.
PLEIADIAN OPERATIONS
The Pleiadians have stepped up operations drastically last week as part of the process of intervening with
Matrix technology. They were afraid to use it before because of the reaction of the dark forces. They were
testing how to reduce the matrix with a type of scalar technology around the planet.
Pleiadian technology is allowing the field of compassion and unconditional love to dissolve the matrix, a type of scalar technology. The matrix was blocking the expression of love and compassion. All angels and archangels are sending light to the planet.
There are two possible reactions. Those connected to the light will receive healing and those that are
connected to the darkness will have a very strong reaction. This is what the Pleiadeans were afraid of. They are
now testing and calibrating and harmonizing this technology.
There will be energy of abundance. People don’t know how to use money creatively and constructively as can
be seen with lottery winners etc. Lightworkers need to clarify what they want on their golden timeline so they
are clear about what to do with the money when it will come. Manifest to go beyond the matrix values.
MEDITATION TO MANIFEST ABUNDANCE
-Close your eyes. Breathe in brilliant white light and breathe out brilliant white light.
-Now visualize a huge balloon which has a capsule with an open door. You go inside the door, and the balloon begins to lift higher
and begins to enter the stratosphere, above all the airplanes.
-You go so high that you can see the curvature of the earth. This is your position for the golden timeline.
-Visualize your golden timeline going the best way. All days are full of abundance. All the best things come to
you without any effort, like in a movie every day. You can feel, visualize all these moments.
-As you’re experiencing these moments, the balloon begins to descend slowly until it lands.
-You exit and go back to your chair.
-The golden timeline is now firmly anchored in you and slowly you become aware of your
physical body.
-When you are ready, you can open your eyes.
The golden timeline is now firmly anchored in you and slowly you are becoming aware of your physical body.
Sharing after Meditation:
1. Deep, non-material sensations, perfume, being with all and so alive.
2. Doing the Golden timeline at home was grey, doing it here just now it was filled with emotions,
colour and joy.
3. After doing this golden timeline meditation, it took a few minutes to realise that I already have
that life today.
4. I saw myself getting out of current obligations, inside something more natural, a more natural
way of life. If I could succeed in doing just a little of what I saw, that would be a lot already.
5. Each time I see this meditation I see the place of my birth, beautiful nature, the plums in a golden
colour. I saw people that were well and people getting better.
Last night when we were all going home, we saw a golden balloon with an illuminated saucer.
Comment: This is what we are manifesting.
Cobra: When you do this meditation, a part of yourself goes into the stratosphere, thus transcending the
current reality. If you do this meditation, blocks will be removed
