Josh: Though shall have no other gods than the God/dess that lives within. Giving your power to religious institutions is a trap that must be avoided. I’m not saying don’t go to church. What I am saying is Think for yourself from the ‘direct knowing within you.
Happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy thoughts,… (I like to visualize a fluffy bunny). ?
Here’s chapter 13 from “The Quest” a book by Tom Brown Jr.:
“Living within the strangling confines of society, so that one’s Vision becomes reality, is the real quest in a Vision. This is the most difficult time in a person’s life and a nearly impossible path to follow. It is a lonely path, for there are no temples or congregations to lend support. Few speak the language of wilderness and those of the wilderness-mind find themselves alone in a land that does not speak their language or understand them.
It would be all too easy to run back to the wilderness, for there is peace and reality. It would also be easy to become part of the society we must live within, for to give in is to have no conflict. To live one’s Vision one cannot run back to wilderness, nor can we condone the society we hope to change. We must be fence-walkers, living between two worlds. This then becomes the razor’s edge. But there is a way to live within the confines of society, thus live the Vision of a better world, without being trapped or isolated.
I call this way of living “the wilderness mind.”
It makes little difference whether a person has to live in a city, town or country setting, or whether a person has to work in a factory, hospital, or construction site. The mind is the ultimate freedom and we are not imprisoned by the place we live or where we work. We have choices in life, especially choices as to the way we think and how we view the world. It is these choices and these thoughts that make life ecstatic or debilitating.
For those of us who have a Vision to see this world change, we have no choice but to work within society to bring about this change. We are tired of the pollution, the wars, the hatred, the prejudice, and the constant destruction of the Earth. We can see beyond the trappings of the flesh and into a world of spiritual riches. There is more of us in life than the nine to five work ethic and a life of clocks, finances, and shallow living.
We are governed by a strong Vision to get people back to the Earth, to basic and real values, and closer to the world of spirit. Those with Vision know that they cannot run away and hide, for there is no place to hide. We know that we must bring our Vision back to society or we become responsible for the destruction of the Earth.
Each of us works to change things in our own capacity and own way. I tell my students that they are the ones who carry the Vision, Grandfather’s Vision, from my school. They are the ones on the front lines and must face the masses, the complacency and ignorance of society. If they leave my school and do nothing, then the Vision dies, but if they reach just one person the Vision lives. Each person has the ability to lead another back to the Earth and to the Creator. One does not have to abandon job, house, and family to do this as the disciples had to do to follow Christ.
Each person has an opportunity every day to reach and teach someone. With each person who returns to the Earth, the Vision of a better world grows stronger, and the spirit-that-moves-through-all-thing becomes changed. There is no doubt that we are in the final days of the Earth as we know it. We have sacrificed our own mother for the sake of the false gods of the flesh.
We all work for only four things in life: lasting peace, boundless joy, limitless love, and a purpose beyond ourselves. Society teaches that we have to find these things outside of ourselves, while in fact these things can only be found within. It is the greed of society and its relentless pursuit of the false gods of the flesh that has destroyed and will continue to destroy the Earth. Truly we are a society that kills our grandchildren to feed our children, and I do not foresee much change in that attitude.
Many of us, from all walks of life, philosophies, cultures, and backgrounds, see that we are losing the Earth. Even though we all may not agree with each other, we are still fighting the biggest battle in history. If we do not win the battle, then all is lost and Grandfather’s prophecies become reality. There can be no running away and no rest to those fighting the battle. It was once said “On the plains of hesitation lay the blackened bones of countless millions, who at the dawn of victory lay down to rest, and resting, died”.
There can be no rest for those of us who love the Earth, our children, and our grandchildren. There is no running away for those who really love, for love is the greatest power. We are part of the life force of this world, and when one part is sick, all is sick. Fortunately, I can see and feel the resurgence of the spirit mind and people moving closer to the Earth. It is not just a fad, but an undercurrent in today’s society.
People are growing concerned. New laws are being passed, there are demonstrations and various groups trying to protect the Earth.
But this is not enough, for we must begin to reach everyone and reach them quickly. We must reach people, not in the mind, but in the heart. For society to change, each person must change. Society must learn to sacrifice its gluttonous lifestyle, greed, and prejudice, to seek the riches beyond the flesh. However, until that battle is won many of us must leave the wilderness and live our Vision”. (End of quote from “The Quest” by Tom Brown jr.)
Shine, no matter what, where and with whom, even in the thick of life, changing within and without.
I would like to ask, could the Lacerta interview be posted here on PFC?

What is to be said of such a testimony? That these are the type and gravity of forces aligned against life itself? It has been so since before there was such a thing as flesh. Are most aware of the true nature of evil? Almost certainly not. Of those who have kept their faith in God and Life in the face of such evil, right praise cannot be rendered in mere speach. That Christ knows all of this there is no doubt at all. This war was over before it began. The victory of God and Life has always been the case, and always shall be. I pray for the victory of the Light in this world. I believe that it shall be so.
