We’ve all come across online fact checkers that purport to warn us away from independent media sites under the guise of protecting us from fake news. But who is behind these fact check sites? How do they operate? And if these ham-fisted attempts at soft censorship aren’t the solution to online misinformation, what is? Join James for this week’s important edition of The Corbett Report podcast, where we explore the murky world of information gatekeeping and ask “Who will fact check the fact checkers?”

“Truth is truth even if no one believes it. A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it.”

  1. Jon Young asks the audience “How do you describe the lives of the Bushmen in the Kalahari?” Many answers are rising up, they’re all true. Observations of practical life and qualities of spirit and their connection to nature, with the Earth. Jon Young asks them again “There’s one more thing that is related to our history” and a responder says “They’re our ancestors”. And that’s what Jon Young tries to establish, the re-connection to an unprogrammed mind and body, with all senses awake, plus the capacity to perceive and observe in detail, with a playful attitude and humour. Wholeheartedly. Holy hearts as down to earth as is possible.

Jon had just returned from some time with the Bushmen in the Kalahari and was asked to speak on the ‘unveiling’ day of this seven-day experiential course. 2. Thank you James Corbett for this report!

I believe filtering data through our heart is key, in my experience, to identifying “fake” news. If something doesn’t resonate with my heart I know something is not right. We are in this together. We are One. May we unite in truth and love. So be it! Love to you, Dear Reader!
