Ok. I got 27 minutes into the video and had to stop. Not because I don’t believe what is being said, but because Sacha is being “way too cerebral” in this process. Psychological and scientific words and high-faluting words words and phrases turn me off. It makes me wonder if he really understands what he is talking about from the conscious awareness of the heart. As new humans, I feel that we need to think less, and feel more! When the heart is allowed to participate in the evolutionary process, you speak in more simple terms that anyone and everyone can understand without needing to borrow scientific terms to make it seem as if you know something of great importance. Two events that happened in my life have greatly transformed me. One was in December 1984 as a near-death experience. The second, and the one event that has had the most profound influence within my heart, was the totally unexpected death of the woman I loved. Her death TOTALLY broke my heart open to a whole new realm of awareness that I had not allowed myself to venture into until that moment. Since then, 15 months ago, I have not been able to close that door, nor do I have any desire to do so. A level of knowing Love came into my life that I had not known before, and it has now become my constant companion. That which is of the Dark, I see right away, and yet, it is from that darkness where we learn more about the Light that attracts us. From the inner realm of the Dark we create with the Light. Love is the key, and for me, that is more important that rationalizing concepts of consciousness. I’m convinced that if you want to be more conscious, then get more into your heart.
