Not only the human immune system remains healthy when fear is absent, but it's encouraged to remain strong when a person's initiative in finding solutions, and creating them is kept alive and kicking. To me, the continuation of top-down decisions is clear proof of a scenario that doesn't hold life preservation in its folds.
