This documentary covers the UK government 'Slaughtered on Suspicion' policy designed by Imperial College's Neil Ferguson, which saw millions of cattle unnecessarily slaughtered to 'prevent the spread' of Foot and Mouth disease.
This is the same Neil Ferguson whose computer models drove the UK's Covid-19 policy recommendations. Made in 2014 and recently removed from the Internet when Vimeo shut down the UK Column channel.

Looking back on all of the historical data that I have read regarding Germany's Nazi abberation circa 1934-1945, , I wish that more Americans were familiar with it. If they were, they would be far less likely to tolerate the treatment that they are getting from modern Democrats and other profoundly evil people. They could much better be able understand cause-effect relationships and to link beginnings to endings. The history of the "Third Reich" is very much a case study in short-sighted and self-serving bureaucracy and meticulously organised structures of lies.
