I have sat in countless hours of subconscious healing sessions, and this teaching right here is the one I find myself sharing with almost every single client I work with: the energetics of expansion. Right before a leap, we often feel as though we are mentally and energetically “backtracking.” Understanding what is happening on both a soul and subconscious level is what makes the difference between giving in to ego-driven thoughts and rising above—allowing us to quantum leap into our highest realities.
