It feels like the pace of change is continuously accelerating, and that we rarely get a chance to slow down and adapt to everything that’s going on.  Even if we try to keep our frequency high and envision the brighter future we desire, it’s easy to feel stressed and even overwhelmed at times.  And we have also heard much recently about large solar flares and other major energy shifts affecting the Earth.

So, what works best for you, especially in times of chaos and uncertainty?  And feel free to share what’s been happening in your world lately that’s been particularly challenging.  Here are some possibilities:
