Kim Goguen: The Making of a Guardian

Every figure in this series so far arrived already positioned: a commander, a historian, a channel with a settled role. This article is different, and deliberately so — it follows an ordinary early life into a role its subject didn’t choose and, by her own account, spent years failing to understand. The next article picks up what she claims to be doing with that role now. This one is only concerned with how she says she got there. She falls into the Contact Counter Current most obviously given her prolonged claimed contact and co-creation with Source, as well as the Council of Nine, and various Galactic Federations both in person and via, what we could call, astral projection. Kim may clarify it in more detail, but I’ve done my best to represent her claims objectively and in the context of the theme of this series which is, that someone had NHI contact and did something with it – in this arc, for the benefit of humanity. Furthermore, and most key with many narratives present in the planetary version of who controls us, she met, at times physically many times over years with the highest level planetary administrator of the human project, Marduk himself.

An Ordinary Childhood, With One Exception

By her own account, Kim Goguen’s early life gave no outward sign of what was coming. What she does describe, beginning around age eight, is an unusual perceptual sensitivity — nothing dramatic enough, in her telling, to alarm the adults around her, but persistent enough that she remembers it clearly decades later. Around 1983, at about age eleven, she says she was swabbed for a DNA sample at what she recalls as a dentist’s office — a detail that reads, in isolation, like nothing at all, and which she says she only understood much later as a confirmation check: something, or someone, already looking for a specific person, verifying they’d found her.

Somewhere in that same general period, childhood or early adolescence, she describes an unexplained contact with a figure she refers to simply as “M.” Her own account is candid about how little she understood it at the time: she says she believed for years that “M” was, in the most literal sense, an older Asian man — a real person she’d met, nothing more exotic than that. She’s said she didn’t make the connection between “M” and Marduk, the administrator this publication’s Arcane Blueprint arc has already profiled at length, until roughly 2015 — which means, on her own account, she spent more than three decades in some form of relationship with this figure before she understood who, or what, she was actually dealing with.

I insert this video interview, not of Kim, but of a very recent conversation with the teacher of a telepathic, gifted, autistic child that the speech therapist teacher began working with years ago in middle school (I believe), who’s now out of high school. In the video, they’re discussing how she told the principle of the school about his abilities. The principle doesn’t act shocked and in fact says that they have known about him from another program who tracks people like him. It ties back into Kim’s claim above that she was tracked and confirmed. She’s not the only one and there’s another line of research into former GATE program kids of the 1980s who have found each other and are now sharing experiences that they went through – including them now having similar dreams. Hunted at Twenty-Five

The next marker she gives is age twenty-five, in 1998 — a point at which she says the old system’s attention on her sharpened into something closer to active pursuit. She connects this to a mid-1990s realization, on the system’s own side, that a darker timeline it had been counting on wasn’t materializing as planned, and to a specific date it was reportedly working against: her fortieth birthday, treated, in her account, as the point past which she would be functionally unreachable. Whatever the underlying mechanism, the shape of the claim is consistent with everything else in this series’ warning tradition: a system operating on a clock it didn’t control, working harder as the clock ran down rather than slower.

The Doorway Through Banking

The detail that makes the rest of this story plausible as more than pure cosmology is a mundane one: before 2007, by her own account, Kim Goguen was an ordinary entrepreneur, with several bank-related companies to her name and no prior connection to the banking dynasties this publication’s other arcs have already examined. The 2008 financial crisis is where that ordinary life ends. An $18 million line of credit she needed to trace led her into asking a question most people who touch the banking system never actually ask: where does this money actually come from, underneath the number on the statement?

That question took her, by her own account, to London in 2009, where she describes a brief encounter with a man she understood to be Nathan Rothschild — an encounter she says she chose not to pursue further at the time. It also led her toward what she describes as an off-ledger, or back-ledger, financial architecture running beneath the visible banking system entirely. By 2010 that trail had taken her to Switzerland, Germany, and Russia, where she says she found multiple, otherwise unconnected factions — contacts tied to the Federal Reserve, to a German network associated with secret space program claims, to Chinese financial interests, and to figures in the Middle East — all separately expecting her, specifically, to “trigger the system,” a phrase she says she didn’t yet understand herself at the time she first heard it.

She went looking for where the money actually comes from. What she found was looking for her too.

Schooled, Not Trained

Contact with “M” resumed, by her account, in 2010, with what she calls formal schooling beginning in May of 2011. She’s drawn a sharp and repeated distinction that this series treats as important rather than incidental: “trained is one thing, schooled is another.” Marduk and the Anunnaki lineage behind him are described, in her account, as charming, cunning, and genuinely engaging — and just as genuinely manipulative, teaching her the old system’s actual architecture largely by demonstrating, over time, exactly how little of what he said could be taken at face value.

A dated report from November 12, 2025 gives this dynamic real texture rather than leaving it abstract. She describes at least one significant in-person meeting with Marduk during a trip, and names specifically what she says she took from watching him operate at close range: that he “played both sides” of nearly every conflict he touched, that he would, in her words, “bet on all eight horses in a race” rather than commit to any single outcome, and that he lied extensively — not only to adversaries, but to his own followers. The same report describes a separate pattern entirely his own: Saturday-night calls, timed to Russian evening hours, placed to Rothschild contacts, generals, and Chinese leadership, in which he would offer a cryptic riddle and hang up without elaboration. Read together, the picture that emerges isn’t mentorship. It’s an apprenticeship conducted by observing a master manipulator manipulate everyone else, and drawing the obvious conclusion.

The Succession

What she describes coming out of that apprenticeship is a formal replacement rather than a gradual drift into influence. By her account and the archive material supporting it, she took over what the material calls Ground Command — Marduk’s operational role as Earth’s administrator, described in this framework as something close to a farm manager position, with the Anunnaki figures Enki and Enlil placed within the same control structure — on March 31, 2016, appointed by the Council of Nine specifically. Separately, and by the same account in the same general year, she describes holding a Universal Council ambassador seat since 2016 as well — two distinct offices, from two distinct bodies, arriving in the same year rather than one office described two different ways.

READ WITH CARE — This series flagged, in earlier drafting, an apparent conflict between this 2016 dating and other, less specific secondary sources (Cassiopaea forum, justempowerme.com, Global Village Institute) that place her succession closer to 2012–2013. That conflict resolves cleanly once the two councils are treated as genuinely separate bodies granting genuinely separate offices, rather than a single event two sources disagree about. The 2016 date, sourced to the more detailed archive material, is treated here as the more reliable figure for Ground Command specifically.

She’s offered her own framing for what shifted, underneath the formal titles: a recognition, at some point in this process, that authorizing power had always been hers to grant or withhold, and a deliberate choice not to keep that authority for herself in the way her predecessor had, but to work toward returning it to humanity instead. Whether or not every detail of the succession story holds up to future scrutiny, that reframing — power surrendered rather than power seized — is the same litmus test this series has applied to every other figure it has examined, and it’s the test the next article picks up directly: not how she got the position, but what she’s actually doing with it.
