In this episode we meet angel intuitive and spiritual teacher Cristina Aroche for a fascinating conversation about angels, spiritual awakening, and the higher frequencies supporting humanity right now. Cristina shares how an unexpected encounter with Archangel Raphael changed the direction of her life and opened her connection to the angelic realms. We explore guardian angels, archangels and cosmic angels, including the intriguing possibility of a connection between angels and extraterrestrial beings. Cristina also reveals what the angels are showing her about the collective awakening and consciousness shift happening on Earth, why more angelic beings may be supporting humanity at this time, and how our bodies are becoming capable of holding higher frequencies. You’ll also learn practical steps for connecting and communicating with angels, recognizing angelic guidance, opening your heart, and understanding angel numbers 22, 33 and 44.
