Introduction – Why you should read this article

Like many people in the world, I’d grown tired of the negative news that’s been so prevalent in the world. Instead, I’ve been working from the “glass half full” point of view rather than notice the top half was empty. Quite simply, I wanted to pay more attention to the good news rather than what was disturbing. In that vein of thought, I searched this year’s events to find the best news, and perhaps repaint some issues with a different, and more wholesome color.

At the dawn of a new year, it’s time to reflect on those significant events, notable achievements, and transformative trends that helped shaped the year, not just in America, but all around the world. From technological breakthroughs to political shifts and cultural moments, this year proved to be a dynamic year marked by both challenges and progress.

First, let’s note a major event at the end of 2024: The election of Donald J Trump as the 47th President of the United States, his second, non-consecutive term. Whether you love him or hate him, his January Inauguration speech set the tone for what was to follow throughout the year.

“The golden age of America begins right now.”  -DJ Trump

His promises included, putting America first, restoring sovereignty and safety, and rebalancing the scales of justice.  The unfair weaponization of the Justice Department is to end, especially the use of law-fare to interfere with elections. He secured the boarder to stop illegal immigration which has helped reduce crime.

American’s trust in government had been severely strained by the years of corruption, sometimes at the highest levels.  To research and hopefully fix the issues, Elon Musk was brought in with a crew of people to man DOGE, The Department of Government Efficiency. And what they uncovered was shocking. A lot of fraud and redundant payment activity (sometimes to the deceased) that costs the taxpayers, and the government itself, were laid bare. Positions were cut and agencies halted or suspended.  As expected, this was met with backlash.

Although the effectiveness of this group is still debated, two months after starting, DOGE’s website [https://doge.gov/savings] identified an estimated savings of $115 billion, or about $714 per individual federal taxpayer. And we know they have found much more!

The first to be laid bare was USAID in this article from the IRS: USAID official and three corporate executives plead guilty to decade-long bribery scheme involving more than $550 million in contracts; two companies admit criminal liability for bribery scheme and securities fraud

We were also made aware of a major fraud scandal in Minnesota with this December 6 Headline: The Minnesota Fraud Scandal Just Got a Whole Lot Worse for Walz and Omar

We’ve not seen all that was discovered and what is yet to be revealed. 2026 may be a huge year for disclosure.

Economic Highlights

Economically, 2025 unfolded as a year of both volatility and realignment. Trade policy shifts, including the reintroduction of tariffs, were paired with aggressive efforts to re‑anchor manufacturing, technology, and infrastructure investment within the United States. By year’s end, more than $2 trillion in new domestic investment commitments had been announced.

Major corporations pledged unprecedented sums toward U.S.‑based production and research, particularly in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. At the same time, foreign governments signaled confidence in the U.S. economy through large‑scale investment and trade agreements.

The result wasn’t instant relief for all economic pressures, but a visible shift toward domestic capacity, strategic industries, and long‑term positioning.

For many, the year felt economically “golden” not because hardship disappeared, but because a new directions were taken. The focus moved away from perpetual outsourcing and toward rebuilding foundational systems within the U.S.

Science and Technology Breakthroughs

2025 was a landmark year for scientific advancement. Artificial intelligence reached new heights in both consumer applications and enterprise solutions, raising discussions on ethics and governance. Developments in quantum computing, biotechnology, and space exploration captured the imagination of the public and experts alike.

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) sometimes called human‑level AI—is a type of artificial intelligence that would match or surpass human capabilities across virtually all cognitive tasks.  Currently, there are 30 nations competing for dominance in the field of AI with the US in the lead.

There were some interesting developments worth noting you can read about here: The 50 greatest innovations of 2025, especially if your reading this article with the new self focusing glasses! Some even protect your eyes from blue light emitted from monitors.

However, of all the new innovations, artificial intelligence stood at the forefront, and a new potential energy source to handle AI’s demands for energy. TAE Technologies, founded in 1998, is advancing fusion energy as a solution to meet rising electricity demands and address energy scarcity in the United States. The company is developing a fusion power system designed to provide reliable, affordable, and carbon-free electricity without the risks of nuclear meltdown or long-lived radioactive waste.

Environmental / Geophysics

Climate action remained a top priority, with nations ramping up efforts to meet sustainability goals. Breakthroughs in clean energy, widespread adoption of electric vehicles, as well as concerns over the sources that powered them (the very coal or liquid fuel we are trying to avoid). and innovative recycling technologies contributed to a greener global footprint. Environmental disasters prompted renewed commitments to protect vulnerable ecosystems.

The adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in the United States has slowed significantly and plateaued in 2025, with the share of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in new car sales stagnating around 7.5% and total electrified vehicle (NEV) sales at approximately 9% by mid-year. This stagnation follows a decline from a high of about 10% in early 2025.

While global EV adoption continues to rise, reaching 25% of new car sales worldwide in 2025. U.S. growth has been hampered by a combination of policy reversals, regulatory uncertainty, and persistent consumer concerns. Those concerns are expressed in this article: Electric vehicles had a bumpy road in 2025 — and one pleasant surprise

Health, Agency, and Public Trust

In health and wellness, 2025 continued trends that accelerated during the post‑pandemic years. Wearable technology and digital monitoring tools became increasingly common, while public trust in pharmaceutical and institutional health guidance continued to erode.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) initiative, launched after his confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services on February 13, 2025, aims to reverse the chronic disease epidemic in the United States by shifting the focus from disease management to prevention. The MAHA strategy outlines over 120 proposals targeting public health, environmental factors, and systemic reform.

More information emerged regarding long‑term effects of COVID‑era medical interventions, prompting many to reassess routine vaccination and treatment decisions. Parallel to this, there was a noticeable shift toward self‑directed health practices: cleaner food sourcing, reduced chemical exposure, meditation, and preventative care rooted in lifestyle rather than dependency.

The broader theme was agency. Across the health spectrum, individuals increasingly sought informed consent, transparency, and alternatives—reflecting a cultural movement away from one‑size‑fits‑all solutions.

Signs of Success

Crime in Decline – An underreported development in 2025 was a notable decline in crime across multiple regions. In the United States, preliminary data suggests the largest one-year drop in murders ever recorded, with estimates indicating a reduction of approximately 20% compared to 2024. Violent crime overall fell by roughly 10%, while property crime declined by more than 12%, including significant reductions in gun assaults, robberies, vehicle thefts, and residential burglaries.

Similar downward trends were reported in several international regions, though with local variations. While much of this data remains preliminary, the consistency of this downward trend across categories suggests a meaningful shift rather than a statistical anomaly.

Sobering Trend – One of the quieter shifts of 2025 was a continued decline in alcohol consumption. Recent surveys indicate that only about half of U.S. adults now report drinking alcohol, the lowest rate in nearly a century. Participation in movements such as Dry January and Sober October increased significantly, with nearly one-third of Americans taking part in Dry January in 2025. Nearly half of adults now say they plan to drink less going forward, reflecting a broader trend toward self-regulation, mental clarity, and personal agency. While subtle alcohol advertising has become more visible in entertainment media, the underlying data suggests a population increasingly choosing restraint over excess.

Geophysical Activity

2025 started off with a G3 Storm on New Years Day. G3 is considered strong and is the result of a sun producing a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME).

Despite early predictions that Solar Cycle 25 would be weak, peaking at a maximum sunspot number of 115 in July 2025, the cycle has proven stronger than anticipated. Year 6 of SC25 (December 2024 to November 2025) averaged 10% more sunspots per day than year 6 of SC24. The cycle saw a sharp increase in activity, particularly in October and November 2025, with flares occurring on a near-daily basis.

Even as I prepare this article on December 29, more activity is being reported. Sun news December 29 (UTC): Restless sun fires 4 M flares. Sun-stuff incoming!
The above article shows the moderate solar flare activity in stunning detail.

Per the article from Earth Sky, “last night capped a day of restless activity from our star, which produced a total of 4 M flares and 14 Cs (common). The M4.2 flare, fired by sunspot region AR4317, sent a burst of solar material and magnetic fields – a coronal mass ejection (CME) – toward Earth. Experts expect this blast to reach us late on December 31.”

Back to back CME’s such as those we’ve been experiencing, can lead to extreme conditions, such as intense geomagnetic storms, auroras visible at low latitudes, and disruptions to electrical power grids and satellite systems. Thankfully, disruptions of services were quickly restored. And the auroras that many do not generally see, were suddenly being shared across much of Northern America and even into the midwest! Northern Lights seen across Texas: Photos & Forecast | Northern Lights 2025

A lot of people have been sharing symptoms related to the increase in solar energy. Many feel they are “ascension symptoms”. One friend wrote me to say he felt like his DNA was changing.  In perfect timing, a video showed up in my feed to help explain what’s happening, as predicted by Edgar Cayce: WHY YOU FEEL TIRED & STRANGE: Edgar Cayce’s Prophecy on “The New DNA” (It’s Not Sickness)

There has been so much activity that Earths Van Allen radiation belt which is a shield of plasma, or highly charged particles, around our planet, is now fully charged. Astronauts have been preparing to head back to the moon in 2025, but that is now pushed to 2026, partially due to the increase in radiation in space.

Volcanic Activity on the Rise

Another notable feature of 2025 was a marked increase in global volcanic activity. Multiple volcanoes across different regions showed heightened unrest or eruptive behavior, including sustained eruptions, lava fountains, and ash plumes reaching commercial flight altitudes. Activity was especially pronounced along the Pacific Ring of Fire, though similar patterns appeared in parts of Europe and the North Atlantic. While most events remained within expected geological parameters, their frequency and visibility prompted increased monitoring and elevated alert levels.

Some researchers have noted a possible connection between this uptick in volcanic activity and heightened solar activity. As explained by Stephan Burns in a recent analysis, peaks in sunspot cycles and associated solar emissions may influence Earth’s magnetic field and internal stress systems, potentially acting as a trigger for geologic release. While this relationship is still being studied, the timing has renewed interest in how solar and terrestrial systems may interact during periods of heightened activity.

Cultural Course Corrections

Culturally, 2025 reflected a period of recalibration. Public appetite shifted away from ideological excesses and toward balance, authenticity, and coherence. In entertainment, several once‑dominant franchises and institutions saw declining engagement as audiences pushed back against messaging perceived as disconnected from lived reality.

Simultaneously, significant changes occurred within public institutions. Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives were rolled back across federal agencies and national cultural organizations, signaling a broader reevaluation of policy, priorities, and identity‑based frameworks. Whether viewed as corrective or controversial, these changes underscored a larger pattern: cultural consensus was no longer assumed, and institutions were being reshaped accordingly.

Spiritual Revival

Alongside economic and institutional shifts, 2025 also appeared to mark a quieter reorientation of values. For many, this did not manifest as a turn toward organized religion, but rather a renewed emphasis on conscience, personal responsibility, and ethical clarity. After years of fragmentation and excess, there has been a visible gravitation toward principles that emphasize integrity, compassion, and accountability… values that transcend politics, culture, and belief systems.

Some describe this shift as an awakening of Christ Consciousness, a universal awareness rooted in empathy, service, and discernment. In this framing, it is not about worship or doctrine, but about embodiment of his principals; how individuals choose to live, treat others, and engage with truth. It reflects a movement away from external authority and toward inner alignment, where moral clarity arises from within rather than being imposed from without.

Looking Ahead: Jubilee and the Question of a Golden Age

As the year closed, attention increasingly turned toward what comes next. Many sensed that 2026 may bring further disclosure—not only of corruption or political misconduct, but of long‑suppressed information related to technology, finance, health, and governance.

This is where the idea of a “Golden Age” takes on deeper meaning. In biblical tradition, the concept of Jubilee represented a built‑in societal reset: debts forgiven, land returned, and people released from generational servitude. Jubilee was not about punishment or reward, but balance—a safeguard against systems that, left unchecked, drift toward permanent inequality and debt bondage.

Modern discussions around NESARA and GESARA are often understood in this light—not as sudden financial miracles, but as contemporary expressions of Jubilee principles: the exposure of fraudulent systems, the end of perpetual debt slavery, and the restoration of fairness and transparency.

Whether such changes arrive through legislation, economic restructuring, or gradual reform remains to be seen. What was clear in 2025 is that public awareness has shifted. Perpetual debt, endless extraction, and institutional opacity are no longer viewed as inevitable. Increasingly, people are questioning systems that were once treated as immovable.

If a Golden Age is emerging, it may not arrive with spectacle. It may begin quietly—with the recognition that debt was never meant to define a lifetime, and that release, not bondage, was always part of the design.

It is my hope, shared by many, that we are standing at the threshold of such a moment.

Here is a song from the past: David Bowie-Golden Years Lyrics
Interesting that Bowie mentions 1,000 years, which is biblical for the time of peace and prosperity during the golden years. 😁

I'm the kid who used to let the Jehova Witness and Mormans into the house so I could ask a million questions. I've always wanted to be of service and ended up working as an EMT and later in law enforcement. A family job transfer lead me to Washington State for 5 years where I went back to studying spiritual phenomenon and meeting some fascinating people. I've had several initiations, was taught energy healing and became certified in Reiki III over the final 3 years. I had a larger awakening and understanding of how it Reiki worked, remote sensing and more after returning to CA in 2001. I love researching and now writing and being a spokesperson for benevolent contact with NHIB through the practice of meditation. I experienced a spontaneous healing and not long after the "quickening" of 12/21/2012, began having more paranormal experiences, including seeing the UFOs, and orbs that fly over at night. I'm also a volunteer /Admin for ETLetsTalk and love teaching others how to make that connection that I know will one day lead us out of the darkness and into a brighter future.
