If you are not familiar with Baal, the following is what Britannica.com has to say about him…
Baal, god worshipped in many ancient Middle Eastern communities, especially among the Canaanites, who apparently considered him a fertility deity and one of the most important gods in the pantheon. As a Semitic common noun baal (Hebrew baʿal) meant “owner” or “lord,” although it could be used more generally; for example, a baal of wings was a winged creature, and, in the plural, baalim of arrows indicated archers. Yet such fluidity in the use of the term baal did not prevent it from being attached to a god of distinct character. As such, Baal designated the universal god of fertility, and in that capacity his title was Prince, Lord of the Earth. He was also called the Lord of Rain and Dew, the two forms of moisture that were indispensable for fertile soil in Canaan. In Ugaritic and Hebrew, Baal’s epithet as the storm god was He Who Rides on the Clouds. In Phoenician he was called Baal Shamen, Lord of the Heavens.
In Other words: Baal = satan

Gods, there are many, Idols, with different names but there is only ONE, that resides in all of us! God-Devil=Almighty, I call 'IT' the "Universal Singularity", "UNISIN"! IT has no gender, not your lord, king, father etc., that is Bible Study=B.S.! The Almighty resides in all of us! Not a creature out there in the heavens/clouds. Almighty (Good-Evil) a symbiotic entity, is within us all! IT gave us a gift, 'Free Will' that is also a great burden, since because of 'Free Will' we are responsible for everything we DO or fail to Do, towards our fellow travelers, Men, Women and Children and our Environment, while we are on this beautiful, accommodating Planet of ours! So be alert and careful, whatever you do, do not let the Devil-EVIL gain the bloody upper hand in your SOUL! Just take the 'Golden Rule' into your hearts and try to live by IT!
Let's follow your logic: Baal is a storm god (like Yahweh), sits on mountains (like Yahweh), is a bringer of rain and dew thus fertility …bringer of life…..is that bad?
Then last line: Baal is Satan!
But of course this kind of "logic" keeps coming from idiot Christians who yak yak on about following the Torah and some dyspeptic local god name Yahweh (who used to be El Shaddai which is really another name for Baal, and El)..who orders his followers to murder every man woman and child, …nice guy.
and yet you fall for this. Yahweh is another reboot and version of Baal from the north Canaan, and the god of the Exodus group from Sinai. Don't yak on about Moloch and child sacrifice…many did it. And animal sacrifice? Romans wrote of how Jew temples in Jerusalem stunk with dead animal bodies. And go watch the Jews in New York out in the streets every year swinging chickens by the neck and killing them, littering the streets and thinking their sins are forgiven! Not only unsanitary, but primitive, and superstitious.
But anyway, who cares what you think? Goyim have no souls. And yet you look to the Torah of this tribe as your way back to God?
Get consistent. Gods of rain and dew and fertility are OK. gods of hate and blood sacrifice and double dealing, not so good. Yahweh is and was schizophrenic. Get off your medz, open your eyes, use your brain, and drop this old miserable hateful deity.
Mind controlled cattle worshiping a cruel vindictive desert storm god.
