  1. In Holland, Round Up is forbidden since 2011. Gardeners, who have to work under stress, managing large gardens in a shortest possible time, told me that it’s still in use. Under a different name.
In England’s garden centers it’s freely available. Garden-protection against insects and slugs, in the wet conditions of the UK, is in high demand. The numerous anti-this or anti-that-products for the garden often don’t mention the ingredients in it, when I did some research. When I point that out to the person in the shop, he or she acts as if amazed. Simply to oblige me, it’s very obvious and typically English.
Nothing else follows, no offer to check it out and inform me. A disinterest, in general.

England is very fond of high doses of chemicals, in the kitchen, in the food that is prepared in it and in the garden. I wonder if that’s the reason why so many look greyish and suffer of so many ailments.
You should sit at busstations in the countryside, look and listen to the conversations! In the beginning I was shocked by the condition the English population is in, in general, compared to the population in Holland. I presume it must have something to do with the intake of artificially flavored food and those anti-this and anti-that cleaning products. Plus the thick layer of make-up and hairspray use, by women.
    Brrrrrrrrrr…
