The Fractals and Frequencies of Our Being
My trip through the looking glass

— Rev Kat Carroll

Have you ever had a moment of sublime clarity? A moment when some random thought comes to mind and it makes so much sense you must write it down before it’s gone? I had such an experience while enjoying meditation in the back yard. It is my little slice of heaven among the trees, hummingbirds and a few feral cats who have also claimed the space as their own.

A thought came to mind, like a whisper…. “I am with you. I have always been with you. And all the lifetimes you have lived and forgotten, I was with you then, and I remember. You are not alone and have never been alone”.

Then I was shown the image of a life size mirror. I could see myself in the reflection. It fell to the floor and shattered into countless pieces. And when I looked down, I could still see myself, a miniature version of the whole, staring back at me from all those tiny shards. Each reflection complete and whole.

My attention was then brought back to now and through half-closed eyes I saw the reflection of a tear drop in my sunglasses. In that tiny drop I could see a rainbow of colors, all fractals of the one light perceived as white or clear light. That’s when the second “AHA” moment struck. We know that white light contains all the colors of the rainbow, a spectrum of frequency that we perceive as color and form. Something we call hue. Hue means having color and form…. Human!

In that moment I had that third epiphany; we are all bits of light or shards of mirror; fractals of the One, the original. Like a hologram, each piece is a perfect replica of the whole, no matter how many times it’s been cut and split apart. Such is the fractal nature of holograms. The only thing that may  be missing is our awareness or memory of this.

Why would this be so? I have heard it said that God wanted to experience life, so he/she split off bits of Him/her self, in order to experience life in all of its diverse forms, each fractal reflecting back to the original. Oddly enough, an experiment was conducted that proves this from a scientific point of view. A photon was divided, and the halves separated. Under observation, what ever happened to one half of the photon was immediately mirrored in the other half no matter how far apart they were. Physicists call this phenomenon “quantum entanglement” or, as Einstein used to say, “spooky action at a distance”. People can experience this too and I have.

I was reminded that we are ALL fractals of the One, the originator, God, Source, super consciousness or, whatever you want to call it. Therefore, we share the same experiences in some way, such as through our thoughts and emotions. If you’ve ever known that something was wrong with a family member and then received a call from them, or you called because you were worried and found out they were sick, or going through a rough time in their life, then you have experienced that quantum entanglement. With people, all we need do is focus our attention on someone or something. If you have ever felt that someone was staring at you and you turned to see they were, you were entangled. There is a field of consciousness that we are all tapped into and we can, as a collective, sense when something wonderful or terrible has happened, such as the events of 9/11. Our collective emotional response was measured by computerized random number generators at Princeton. This is science, not woo woo. As fractals of the One, when we focus on positive feelings, that too is reflected out to the universe and it has a calming effect on the population.

If what we do, say or even think is reflected out to the other fractals of ourselves that are likely spread out across the universe, doesn’t it make sense we should make our experiences as pleasant as possible, for the sake of others?

Waves of light

And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Genesis 1:3

One wonders what magical frequency was used by God to create light and then separate the darkness to form the 1st day and the first night. From there he separated the waters above from the waters below. I wondered why there is water above the sky (according to the bible) as well as below. With so much water there must be “waves”. Is there a reason we call these light and sound waves? At what frequency does light or sound become dense enough to become matter and take on a physical form? I learned years ago that light waves are faster than sound waves. Interestingly, light can be a wave or a particle and it depends entirely on whether or not you’re watching the double slit experiment.

What’s faster than light waves?

E-Motions

Emotions are oscillating frequencies or, energy in motion. The frequencies of love, compassion and gratitude are among the highest, resonating at 500 Hz and above. The best music is generated from 432 Hz (darned close to 500).

Each emotional state we experience carries a frequency – Notice how they align with the frequency and colors of the human chakras. The higher vibrations are those we seek to attain leading to more conscious awareness and higher planes of spirituality. Whether in meditation or our daily activities, the positive feelings of love, gratitude, Joy, and peace will resonate with others and they will be drawn to your energy. A continued practice of meditation in these higher frequencies can have other profound effects on your health and wellbeing.  This is an excellent video of emotions and frequencies applied to water and how it effects it, and the people who injest it.  It will really make you consider your words, thoughts and intentions, your environment, and the importance of blessing your food and water before ingesting –

That’s Heavy Man…

Negative emotions like fear, anger, hate, jealousy, and guilt are low vibrations. You probably noticed then that when you are frightened or anxious it is difficult to think clearly, focus or to get anything accomplished. Positive emotions resonate faster and can lift you out of your funk. When you are in a bad mood and someone tells you to lighten up, now you understand how the phrase originated! Then there are people that just make you feel better to be around. We say things like “they have a good vibe”. These people will make you vibrate faster just by being near them. Lower vibrations tend to want to raise when exposed to higher vibrations – this happens when you pluck a single guitar string… those not in motion will quickly begin to vibrate.

I looked at an article for clearer information about Hertz (Hz). The article I found was not necessarily what I was looking for as it related to the refresh rate or how fast a cycle repeated in monitors, TV sets and the video games. It was interesting to note that the higher the Hz, the clearer the picture became. No doubt you have noticed a huge difference in viewing videos at 140 or 720. In 2016 we were viewing TV screens with refresh rates of 60, 120 or 240 Hz. Blur occurs when the refresh rates our too slow for our brain.

What happens when humans raise their frequency to higher levels? Will our vision become clearer and allow us to find solutions to our problems? Yes. Will we see things in a light spectrum normally unavailable to our eyes or, does something else happen? That’s the topics of a whole new article but if I’ve piqued your interest, start by reading the Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and articles about the Rainbow Body achieved by Tibetan Buddhist through meditation.

Sound and Cymatics

The word cymatics came from the Greek word κῦμα or, kyma, which means ‘wave’. With sound waves, the lower tones vibrate more slowly. We hear sounds best in the range of 1,000 Hz to 5,000 Hz, which is also the range of our vocal cords for speech.

The lower notes are created on thicker strings that resonate more slowly than their higher counterparts. Music has a strong effect on our emotions, and it is used in movies to create feelings they wish you to experience in the scene (and artfully so). Try this experiment the next time you watch a love story or an action movie; Turn off the sound and notice the change in your emotional state.

Sound waves can be seen in action by placing sand, salt or sugar on to a plate placed over a speaker. As the frequency is changed, the crystals are vibrated, and patterns emerge. Certain frequencies create more coherent and beautiful patterns. The higher the frequency, the more complex the pattern. Here is a video so you can observe this phenomenon in action: Amazing Resonance Experiment!

Brain Waves

Gamma waves are the fastest Hz and are involved in the highest processing tasks and cognitive functioning. Gamma waves are critical for learning, memory, and information processing. The 40 Hz gamma wave is important for the binding of our senses into perception and are involved in learning new material. It has been found that individuals who are mentally challenged and have learning disabilities tend to have lower gamma activity than average. You can produce gamma waves more often through meditation.

There are higher frequencies listed but what they do is still being studied, but I have an idea… How about travel through space and time?

E = mc2, is the equation from German-born physicist Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity. It expresses the fact that mass and energy are the same physical entity and can be changed into each other. In the equation, the increased relativistic mass (m) of a body times the speed of light squared (c2) is equal to the kinetic energy (E) of that body.

So, where am I going with this???

If mass and energy are interchangeable, then the energy, or the frequency of our emotions can affect the physical world around us. This was proven by Princeton University and the studies conducted by the Global Consciousness Project and Global Coherence Initiative during major events such as during 09/11/2001. We both receive and send frequencies into that field of global consciousness. (Please see the resource list for more detailed information).

In summary – Everything and everyone is a fractal of the one. We share our frequencies through global consciousness. The higher frequencies are lighter, faster, and apparently, easier to see and more pleasant to experience. We are affected by the frequency of others.

When we each learn to increase our personal vibration, we can begin to harness the power of higher frequencies to create changes in ourselves and, in the world around us. This includes better health, happiness, and even spontaneous healing.

Raise your vibration and raise the vibrations of those around you. Create a wave of happiness and make our world a brighter place.

Be the change you want to see in the world. – Gandhi
