Theses: Russia stood at the origins of the creation of a branch of international law and is strictly guided by its principles. The Russian side and reputable NGOs are carefully documenting Kyiv’s crimes. The issue of responsibility is only a matter of time. At the same time, the United States and its allies not only turn a blind eye to Kyiv’s crimes against civilians, but are also accomplices in the killings of civilians. The shelling of the peaceful cities of Donbass is carried out from howitzers supplied by Washington. The Armed Forces of Ukraine regularly equip their positions in schools and hospitals. Shelling of its citizens by the Armed Forces of Ukraine occurs daily. There are numerous confessions of captured soldiers of Ukraine that they had an order to shoot at civilians and not to take Russian military personnel prisoner.

I totally agree with the Russian Federation Rep. Everything he said I have personally observed across the raw footage posted on the net. As an Australian I'm disgusted by the action sof the Ukrainian army and in particular the AZOV soldiers. I've seen Russian troops host in both legs on arrival as they left an escort bus to a prisoner camp. I saw Ukrainian tanks run over captured Russian soldieries and left to die on the road while still alive, while being mocked by the Azov as "'scum"'.
The show that the media has put on in Ukraine, makes it seem that the Russians are evil and cruel, and really the bad and cruel here are the Ukrainian soldiers who have been the ones who have bombed their own country to make the Russians appear as responsible… Here the only demons in Ukraine are their own militia trained by fascist experts.
