✨Theme for this session: Shadow Work Part 3: “HEALING OUR INNER CHILD”
The inner child is part of the psyche that influences how we think and react as adults. It can drive many of our emotions in our daily life, especially when we are unaware of it. When you lose conscious awareness of your inner child, you may experience difficulty regulating your emotions and act from a regressed state when upset. When we address behavior patterns and triggers that are rooted in childhood events by nurturing our wounded inner child, we can heal and transform anger, sadness, fear, shame, loneliness, and other emotional distresses. Join us as we discuss our inner child and work together doing exercises and mediations to help us heal and become the best version of ourselves!

We will also do protocols and meditations together for protection, healing, and anchoring Goddess energy!
