There are two things you can do in the space between stories: nothing, or something. The danger is to, out of urgency or fear, keep doing what you have been doing in the old story.

  1. Your best option is to do nothing until you have more information to allow you to act or perhaps that is the answer period; do nothing. It truly depends on the circumstance relationships sometimes need a bit of time and space until people can reflect and steady their emotions to work things out. In an emergency you may have to act quickly with no clue what to do and no way to get help – you must then depend on your own gut feeling and have faith in yourself, you must take a chance to have a chance or give a chance of survival. I always say to God please guide me to do the right thing. I do not think that question can be answered best without knowing the circumstances the risks the time frame or indeed if it is a life or death situation with no one else to call on. So many different scenarios. Can you answer that one blind? I just have I guess but just generally. Everything should be tempered with wisdom.
