Good Morning
An immense mental fatigue, which makes the most basic daily tasks a pain.
Dreams so real that I can't tell if I'm awake or asleep.
A state of deep depression, of not belonging or having a place on earth.
Feelings of deep anger, towards others and even more towards myself.
The desire that when I die I will not transit to any other reality, but simply end
Anger against the universe, against god, against the laws of this world.
Easy crying.
Inability to feel joy
Self-blame
Feeling of accelerated time and not having time
Unhealthy need for isolation
Feeling that everything is a lie
Greetings from Portugal
Jorge
Just this Friday must have had an energetic upgrade as I experienced what seemed to be an adrenaline attack that came out of nowhere. I felt off and weird, like my soul was expanding beyond my body a couple of inches. This lasted for about 6-8 hrs and then disappeared as mysteriously as it had appeared. I felt "normal" by the time I left work for home.
