The Ascension: Becoming Diamonds in a World of Pressure

But frequency is the quiet architecture behind everything we see, feel, and become. Color is frequency. Light is frequency. Sound, emotion, thought, and consciousness are frequency. When frequencies harmonize, we feel peace. When they clash, the body knows it instantly, and those around you feel it, too. Our energy fields constantly “listen” to one another, cross-tuning like instruments in a shared symphony.  When we tune our instrument to higher frequencies, those around us begins to harmonize. Our personal frequency affects those around us, both near and far. We are a part of global consciousness, both giving and receiving what we and others are feeling and transmitting.
What is your base frequency and color?

Our eyes serve as the first gateway for emotions. They are living prisms, the original “looking glass.” They take in frequencies that nourish our senses and soothe the heart. And because the eyes are the window to the soul, people seem to know how you feel or the kind of person you are, by simply looking in your eyes.

When the heart is open and the inner being is clear, the eyes reveal your true colors. They shine with the unmistakable spectrum of an awakened soul which draws other awakened souls to you via the law of attraction.

Some songs capture this truth long before we understand it. Cyndi Lauper sang, “I see your true colors shining through – Your true colors are beautiful… like a rainbow,” and perhaps she had no idea she was describing an ascension principle. Many artists don’t. Their lyrics become seeds that bloom decades later, when our consciousness finally rises enough to see what was always there.

And just like a stained-glass church window that refracts sunlight into brilliant colors, we too emit the light of our consciousness. But unlike glass, we may have shadow work and trauma to heal before our true brilliance can shine through. Are you leveling up?

Before we reach for the diamond analogy, it helps to remember that while the spirit is evergreen (eternal, undying, continuing across lifetimes), the human experience is decidedly deciduous. We shed what no longer serves, season after season, lifetime after lifetime. This shedding lightens our burdens and clears space for new growth.

This is where the diamond analogy emerges in the refinement of soul.

Diamonds are not created gently. They begin as ordinary carbon, buried under unimaginable pressure. Over time, pressure and heat transforms the carbon into a crystalline form that is capable of catching and reflecting light in ways nothing else can. They are the most precious of gems.

Our soul undergoes a similar process. Every challenge, every heartbreak, every revelation, act of forgiveness, or kindness, become another facet — a new window through which light can radiate outward.

Jewelers evaluates diamonds using the 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. These same qualities map perfectly onto the ascension process:

Cut is the shaping of the soul through experience. Hardship may be the catalyst for transformation, but it is the full spectrum of living, the joyful, the painful, the humbling, and the triumphant — that refines the soul. Every loving action and every offer of forgiveness becomes a newly cut facet.

Color is the frequency we emit — the base tone of our consciousness. Like a spinning chakra or a rainbow, it reveals our emotional and spiritual spectrum. The higher we rise, the more brilliant our hue. Perhaps that’s why we are called Hu-man!

Clarity reflects our moral and energetic transparency. “Good thoughts, good words, and good deeds” — echoed in ancient tradition from Zoroastrianism to Ma’at (the Egyptian principle of truth, balance, order, harmony, morality, and justice). These determine how unobstructed our inner light may shine. Our clarity polishes the facets we form.

Carat weight is the most paradoxical of all, for spiritually it has nothing to do with heaviness. The Egyptians taught that the heart must be “light as a feather.” In this model, carat becomes a measurement of lightness.

The phoenix rises from the ashes having burned off that which no longer serves. Freed from your burdens, your soul can now fly, like a caterpillar after emerging from its cocoon, as in that 2009 crop circle showing what is to come for humanity.

When all four qualities refine together, the result is a crystalline being who reflects and transmits higher frequency light like a living prism.

And this is where the story deepens, because some say our evolution is not only symbolic but biological. Our DNA many be shifting from the dense two-strand structure we’ve been taught, toward an original 12-strand crystalline form aligned with the full spectrum of consciousness. If true, then we aren’t just becoming diamonds metaphorically; we are becoming crystalline beings, capable of holding and transmitting vastly more light.

This aligns with the ancient idea that our solar system itself is organized in a 12-frequency structure, just like the additional chakras and the forgotten energetic layers of the human body. Twelve planets (some in higher planes of existence). Twelve chakras. Twelve strands. Twelve dimensions. Twelve facets of consciousness being revealed.

We have the balance of day and night (12 hours), A year is 12 months, 12 apostles. An important number with a true meaning that time may have forgotten until now, at the time of our awakening and remembering.

We will be able to see them all, because as our inner vision expands, our outer perception naturally follows in that state of higher consciousness. And like a diamond, finally catching the full light of the sun, and the Creator’s essence of love and light.

The Turning Point of Light

Every age has its symbols, but this moment in history feels different. Humanity is no longer wandering in the dark searching for meaning… we are remembering. We are rediscovering what the ancients tried to teach in temples, mystery schools, in buried scrolls, songs, and carved in stone. We are waking from a long winter of forgetting, stepping into a season where the leaves fall away and the evergreen soul reveals itself again.

If the teachings are true and consciousness is rising, if DNA truly can awaken, if light can shape flesh and flesh can become light, then we are not at the end of a story. We are returning to the unity of being One with all.

The diamond, once hidden in darkness, is surfacing. The facets are being polished. The colors are emerging. And the soul is remembering its original brilliance.

We are not just witnesses to this shift; we are participants. And more than that, we are the catalysts of change.

Every time we choose compassion over judgment,
cooperation instead of competition,
truth over lies,
forgiveness over blame,
and love over despair,

             the light shines brighter and clearer.

And somewhere beyond the veil of ordinary sight, the universe responds. Dimensions thin and new frequencies rise. Ancient knowledge stirs. The great cosmic architecture, twelve planets, chakras, DNA strands, hidden worlds. They all begins to vibrate once again like a tuning fork struck by the Creator’s hand.

I don’t believe ascension was meant to be an escape, but an awakening to who we are; divine beings, more than human. We are eternal souls having a human experience. We are returning home and rising into the brilliance we were always designed to carry.

We are diamonds in the making.
We are prisms of consciousness.
We are souls remembering their many colors.

And the moment we finally catch the full truth and light of the sun…
we illuminate the world around us.
